दोस्तों हाल ही में भारत की तरफ से सबसे बड़े प्रतिनिधिमंडल ने Eastern Economic Forum में भाग लिया था.

रूस के पूर्वी क्षेत्र के विकास के लिए भारत प्रतिबद्ध है. यह इलाका प्राकृतिक संसाधनों से परिपूर्ण है. लेकिन आर्थिक और इन्फ्रास्ट्रक्चर की दृष्टि से यहां पर विकास नहीं हुआ है.
अंग्रेजी के अखबार Economic Times में छपी खबर के अनुसार, अभी Mumbai से रूस के पूर्वी क्षेत्र के Vladivostok शहर तक समुद्र और सड़क के रास्ते से पहुंचने में 40 दिन का समय लगता है.
यह लंबा समय भारत और रूस के पूर्वी क्षेत्र के बीच में व्यापार को बढ़ाने में सबसे बड़ा बाधक है.
भारतीय प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी जी के नेतृत्व में भारत ने चेन्नई को Vladivostok शहर से जोड़ने के लिए एक समुद्री मार्ग प्रस्तावित किया है.
जब यह समुद्री मार्ग पूरी तरह से काम करने लगेगा तो चेन्नई से Vladivostok तक पहुंचने में मात्र 24 दिन का समय लगेगा.
स्वाभाविक रूप से यह समुद्री मार्ग आपसी व्यापार को बढ़ाने में बड़ी मदद देगा, और इसकी सहायता से भारत रूस के पूर्वी क्षेत्र के विकास में तेज गति से सहयोग प्रदान कर पाएगा.
रोचक बात यह है, कि भारत के द्वारा प्रस्तावित यह समुद्री मार्ग, जो पूर्वी एशिया को पश्चिमी प्रशांत महासागर से connect करेगा, चीन के maritime silk route से भी आगे जाता है. लेकिन स्वाभाविक रूप से चीन इस प्रस्ताव को संदेह की निगाह से देखेगा. लेकिन चीन की प्रतिक्रिया देखने लायक होगी.
व्यापारिक लाभ को एक तरफ रख कर हम देखें, तो इस प्रकार के प्रोजेक्ट भारत को दुनिया का नेता बनने में सहायता प्रदान करते हैं.
क्योंकि भारत सक्रिय होकर दुनिया को आगे बढ़ने का रास्ता दिखा रहा है.
वे दिन चले गए हैं, जब भारत विश्व शक्तियों का पीछा किया करता था, या उनके प्रोजेक्ट के अनुसार प्रतिक्रिया दिया करता था. अब दुनिया को भारत की तरफ ध्यान से देखना होगा.

India is committed to the development of Russian Resource super rich but economically poor and under developed Far east region.
As per news published by Economic Times news paper, the current shipping and road route takes 40 days right now to reach from Mumbai to Vladivostok city in Russian Far east.
Hence, this distance is major bottleneck in growing Indian trade with Russian far east.
Hence, Under the leadership of Prime Minister Modi, India has proposed direct shipping lane connecting Chennai and Vladivostok city.
Once this route is functional, Indian ships can reach Vladivostok city in just 24 days.
This sea route will obviously support growth of bilateral trade. and let India contribute faster to the Development of Russian Far east.
interesting to note, This India proposed route connecting North east Asia and Western Pacific region goes beyond the Chinese maritime silk route. However, China will look at this proposal with suspicion. lets see how they react.
Keeping aside the commercial aspects, Such visionary project places India in leadership position.
Here, India is proactively showing the way forward to the worlds.
Gone are the days, when India used to follow other global powers or react to their plans. Now its time for world to take notice of India.
