आप को पता है, हुआवे के साथ भारत की फाइव जी को लेकर सुरक्षा चिंताएं जायज़ हैं. साथ में हुआवे ने इस एग्रीमेंट का प्रस्ताव अन्य कई देशों को देकर अपनी बोतल में उतारा है.
लेकिन इतनी अकल्मन्द कंपनी हुआवे एक यही एग्रीमेंट अलग अलग देशो के साथ करके अपना समय और ऊर्जा क्यों बर्बाद कर रही है?
क्या अच्छा नहीं होगा, की हुआवे चीन के राजा से कहे की, केवल 2017 के नेशनल इंटेलिजेंस लॉ और 2014 के काउंटर एसपीओनाज लॉ में बदलाब कर दें, क्यों की यही दो कानून चीन की हर कंपनी से चीन की स्पाई एजेंसीज की मदद करने के लिए कहते हैं.
इन दोनों कानून के मुताबिक, चीन की इंटेलेजन्स एजेंसी अगर दूसरे देश का डेटा मांगेगी, तो चाइनीस कंपनी मना नहीं कर सकती है.
अब आप ही बताएं, की चाइनीस कंपनी हुआवे पहले अपने देश के कानूनों को मानेगी, अथवा भारत के साथ किये गए नो बैक डोर एग्रीमेंट को मानेगी.
भारत को उल्लुओं का देश समझने के बजाये, अच्छा होगा की चीन की कम्पनिया अपने दिमाग का इस्तेमाल समस्या की जड़ का इलाज़ करने में लगाए.

Yesterday, you might have read that Chinese company Huawei has said that its ready to sign No back Door agreement with India.
Interestingly, Huawei asked other companies to sign the same no back door pact with Indian government.
As per honest Huawei, under this agreement, if there is any violation, Indian government will have power to ban the companies involved in spying and sharing data with foreign country.
You tell, when whole Indian 5G network has been built on top of Huawei equipment, would it be possible for India to ban Huawei afterwards without seriously harming ourselves?
You know, serious security concerns are there about allowing Huawei in Indian 5G network. Interestingly, Huawei has presented same proposal to other countries as well.
However, why Huawei wants to sign separate no back door pacts with different countries?
Would it not be better for Huawei to request Chinese king to amend Chinese laws like 2017 National Intelligence law and 2014 Counter Espionage law, which force Chinese companies to mandatorily help Chinese spy agencies in gathering intelligence?
As per these two laws, Chinese companies cannot even refuse sharing intelligence with Chinese authorities.
