When should you sleep in the night?

Now a days, we all watch TV shows till late in the night, we enjoy checking updates on Instagram, Facebook and Twitter, the obvious causality is the TIME we fall sleep
If you go to sleep at different time daily, (for example – one day you go to sleep at 10 PM, another day you go to bed at 2 AM) you will have irregular sleep pattern.
- You struggle in getting sleep and you have problem in waking up and are not fully refreshed after you have woken up
- If you have irregular sleeping pattern, your natural body clock will get confused in releasing the Melatonin hormone, which responsible for making you want to sleep
- If you daily go to bed around same time in the night and wake up in the morning around the same time, you have regular sleep pattern
- This regular sleep pattern is As important As getting daily ENOUGH 7 to 8 Hours sleep
- If you have regular sleep pattern, you fall asleep quickly and you wake up refreshed in the morning

- As per scientific research, those who daily sleep at the same time, are more successful than those who daily sleep at different irregular times
- As per the study done at Harvard College, those students who have regular sleep pattern, performed better (higher GPA) than those with irregular sleep pattern in the class
- Good thing is, you can modify your sleeping pattern easily and ensure that your body knows when it is supposed to SLEEP
- Regardless, for how many hours you sleep, you should try to sleep and wake up at the same time to ensure that your body aid you in becoming efficient in your work
Friends, you can easily develop regular sleep pattern
- Keeping in view your normal schedule, figure out the 7 to 8 hours slot. Whether you feel sleepy or Not, you so should go to bed at the same time.
- When you are on your bed for sleep, don’t use Smart phone or laptop or tablets
- You can try to have morning walk or exercise
- Try to get morning sunlight and fresh & cool air
