We all have heard about AIDS disease, we also know that its caused by HIV virus.

Globally Millions of people have already been killed by HIV Virus infection and Millions more continue to  get infected. We all know, there is no way to cure this disease.

you understand it very well that Its very difficult to kill your enemy if it keeps improving and finding a way to avoid your attack while it grows in size.

 The same way when HIV virus infects human body, this virus changes slightly each time it grows.  By the time our body's defense mechanism learns and destroys most of the HIV virus, few of them change themselves and starts to grow very rapidly again.Due to this rapid improvisation with growth. Therefore our body's Antibody based defense mechanism is not able to kill all the virus at any point of time.

However, there is something called Broadly Neutralizing Antibodies (Bnabs), which attack on the weakness of HIV virus which they CANNOT change while growing. Hence Bnabs are able to successfully neutralize all HIV Virus.

But the problem is that human body is not able to produce these smart Bnabs.
Here, I have one very good news for you.

In one important experiment, scientists have injected cows with a protein which is very similar to the envelop of HIV virus .
In response, Cows produced Bnabs like antibody to block the growth of the injected protein.
Perhaps this is the very reason that Cows dont suffer from HIV AIDS disease,
When these Bnabs like antibody extracted from Cow Blood and used against real HIV virus in laboratory conditions, they showed positive results against HIV virus.

This discovery may open up the possibility of  Immunization of cows to provide an avenue to rapidly generate Bnabs, which can be extracted from cow blood to use in clinical capacity in order to provide short term protection against HIV, or help treat those who are already infected. The move may help alleviate the suffering of millions patients who are currently living with HIV.

Besides HIV AIDS, Bnabs extracted from Cow can help in treating multiple other diseases as well.
For example - Autoimmune disorders, Certain cancers, and infectious diseases like malaria.
Though there is need of further scientific research and human clinical trials to confirm the capability of Bnabs extracted from Cow blood. yet this experiment has opened the gateway to use cow in helping humanity in eradicating the most deadly diseases of our time.

आप जानते हैं कि यदि आपका शत्रु अपनी संख्या बढ़ाने के साथ-साथ अपने रूप को भी बदल ले तो ऐसे शत्रु को मारना बहुत कठिन हो जाता है.

 इसी प्रकार से HIV संक्रमण होने के बाद जब एक एचआईवी वायरस से दूसरे एचआईवी वायरस का जन्म होता है, तो दूसरा एचआईवी वायरस पहले एचआईवी वायरस से थोड़ा सा अलग होता है.
जब तक हमारे शरीर की एंटीबाडी बेस्ड सुरक्षा पहले वाले एचआईवी वायरस को खत्म करने में सफल होने लगती है तभी कुछ एचआईवी वायरस अपने आप को परिवर्तित करके फिर से तेजी से अपनी संख्या बढ़ाने लगते हैं.
 इस तरह अपने आपका सुधार कर लेने से HIV वायरस को हमारे शरीर का सुरक्षा  तंत्र पूरी तरह से नष्ट नहीं कर पाता औरएड्स का इलाज नहीं हो पाता.
एक विशेष प्रकार की Broadly Neutralizing Antibodies ( बीनब) होती है.जोकि HIV वायरस की  उस  कमजोरी पर हमला करती है, जिसको यह वायरस अपनी संख्या बढ़ाते समय परिवर्तित नहीं कर सकता. इस प्रकार से  बीनब HIV वायरस को पूरी तरह से नष्ट करने में सक्षम है.
लेकिन समस्या यह है कि मनुष्य के शरीर में इन स्मार्ट  बीनब को बनाने की  क्षमता नहीं होती है.
लेकिन दोस्तों मेरे पास एक अच्छी खबर है.
हाल ही में नेचर डॉट कॉम में एक रिसर्च पेपर पब्लिश हुआ है जिसकी लिंक नीचे डिस्क्रिप्शन बॉक्स में दी गई है.
एक प्रयोग करते समय वैज्ञानिकों ne एक ऐसा प्रोटीन जो एचआईवी वायरस के बाहरी कवर से मिलता जुलता है, उसको गाय के अंदर इंजेक्शन से डाल दिया इसके जवाब में गाय ने  बीनब की तरह ही एंटीबॉडी का विकास किया ताकि इस इंजेक्टेड प्रोटीन को बढ़ने से रोका जा सके.
 शायद यही कारण है की गाय को कभी भी एचआईवी एड्स की बीमारी नहीं होती.
 गाय के खून से इन एंटीबॉडी  को एक्सट्रेक्ट किया गया और उन्हें प्रयोगशाला में जिंदा HIV वायरस के खिलाफ प्रयोग किया गया जिससे सकारात्मक परिणाम मिले

इस खोज के बाद यह संभव हो गया है कि  बीनब एंटीबॉडी को बड़े पैमाने पर गाय से प्राप्त किया जा सकता है जिसका प्रयोग एचआईवी से संक्रमित लोगों की रक्षा में किया जा सकता है और एचआईवी वायरस को शरीर के अंदर बढ़ने  से रोका भी जा सकता है. इससे दुनिया में एचआईवी के संक्रमण से परेशान लाखों लोगों की  सहायता होगी।

एचआईवी एड्स के अलावा गाय से प्राप्त  बीनब का इस्तेमाल और भी कई बीमारियों के इलाज में किया जा सकता है यह बीमारियां हैं ऑटोइम्यून डिस ऑर्डर, विशेष प्रकार के कैंसर, और फैलने वाली बीमारी जैसे मलेरिया।
