दोस्तों ब्रिक्स समिट 3 और 5 सितंबर  के बीच चीन में आयोजित की जाएगी.
इस शिखर वार्ता का उद्देश्य अच्छे भविष्य के लिए पार्टनरशिप को बढ़ाना है.
इस शिखर वार्ता में भाग लेने के लिए भारत के प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी  चीन जा सकते हैं.
चीन के अखबार ग्लोबल टाइम्स के अनुसार शिखर वार्ता के पहले भारत चीन के बीच दोकलाम विवाद को सुलझाने की जिम्मेदारी सिर्फ भारत की है.

 भारत और चीन के विवाद के कारण ब्रिक्स समिट में दोस्ती और सहायता के माहौल पर खराब प्रभाव पड़ सकता है.
भारत चीन सीमा विवाद के कारण यदि भारतीय और चीन के नेता आपस में मिलेंगे तो आपसी संबंधों को और अच्छा करने की संभावना बहुत कम हो जाती है.
 हर साल सितंबर में दोकलाम इलाके में  बर्फ गिरने की संभावना होती है .
यह बर्फबारी भारतीय सैनिकों को पीछे हटने  के लिए मजबूर कर सकती है.
लेकिन चीन को यह पता है भारतीय सैनिक सिर्फ खराब मौसम के कारण दोकलाम के इलाके को नहीं छोड़ेंगे.
आखिर चीन को यह मालूम है की  भारतीय सैनिक हमेशा से सियाचिन में बहुत ही खराब मौसम का सामना करते आए हैं.

अगर चीन दोकलाम इलाके में यथास्थिति बनाए रखने पर राजी नहीं होता है तो इस बात की संभावना बहुत ही कम है  की  भारतीय सैनिक सामरिक महत्व की जगह को  छोड़ने के लिए तैयार होंगे.

 अब चीन को भी समझ आ गया है सीमा पर तनाव बढ़ने का नुकसान भारत और चीन दोनों देशों को होगा.
पूरी दुनिया का ध्यान इस सीमा विवाद पर केंद्रित है और सब लोग चीन की अतिक्रमण करने की  आदत से  परिचित हैं.
फिर भी चीन दुनिया को यह दिखाने की कोशिश कर रहा है की यह विवाद भारत ने पैदा किया है और चीन सिर्फ भारत के कारण परेशान हो रहा है.
बड़ी बड़ी बातें करते समय चीन यह भूल जाता है की  भूटान जैसे छोटे से देश ने चीन से दोकलाम इलाके  में एकतरफा कार्यवाही करके रोड बनाने के काम को रोकने के लिए कहा है.चीन को यह समझने की जरूरत है कि पाकिस्तान को छोड़कर दुनिया के अन्य सभी निष्पक्ष देश छोटे और कमजोर देश भूटान के साथ सहानुभूति रखते हैं.
हम सभी को याद है कि पहले चीन की सेना भारतीय सीमा में घुस जाती थी और कई बार प्रार्थना करने पर चीन की सेना भारतीय सीमा से पीछे हटती थी. लेकिन भारतीय प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी के शक्तिशाली नेतृत्व के कारण चीन  के साथ जैसे को तैसा व्यवहार किया जा रहा है.
चीन मानता है कि भारत का बुद्धिजीवी वर्ग अभी भी कमजोर भारत कि चीन से मित्रता का पक्षधर है. जी हां चीन अभी भी कांग्रेस की पुरानी सरकारों को याद करता है.
अभी भारत में राष्ट्रवादी सरकार है इसलिए चीन को समझ जाना चाहिए की धमकियों से इस बार काम नहीं चलेगा.
भारत के राष्ट्रीय सुरक्षा सलाहकार अजीत डोवल 27 और 28 जुलाई को चीन की यात्रा पर जा रहे है. यह एक अच्छा अवसर है कि दोनों देश शांति के साथ मित्रता पूर्वक इस छोटे से स्थानीय विवाद को सॉल्व करने का रास्ता निकालें.
जिस तरह चीन कहता है कि भारत चीन को धमका नहीं सकता उसी प्रकार से चीन को समझ जाना चाहिए कि अब चीन भी भारत को धमका नहीं सकता.

Friends, Ninth BRICS Summit is going to be held from September 3 to 5 in China.Interestingly The Theme of this years BRICS summit is, Stronger Partnership for a Brighter Future. For this summit Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi may be visiting China.  As per Chinese News Paper Global Times, It's Indian Not Chinese responsibility to resolve this dispute before this summit.

- This ongoing border tension can disturb the friendly and co-operative atmosphere that used to prevail in earlier BRICS summits.

- The border tension will obviously affect the outcome of any meeting in between Indian and Chinese leadership.
-  There may be show fall in Doklam Plateau in September, which can force Indian troops to return to Indian side. But China understand the determination of Indian leadership, hence they know that Indian soldiers will not leave the Doklam Plateau just because of bad weather.
- After all China is aware of capability of Indian troops to withstand the extreme weather in Siachin every year.

- If China doesn't agree to maintain status quo in Doklam Plateau, there is very less possibility that Indian soldiers will leave this place of immense strategic advantage.

- Now China better understands that if tension escalates on the border, it will be harmful to both India and China.

-  The whole world is watching this dispute and everyone is aware of Chinese tendency to  encroach. Still China is trying to create impression that India is trouble maker and China has not started the tensions. While trying to take high moral ground, China forgets, that very small country Bhutan has clearly asked china to stop any unilateral road construction activity in Doklam Plateau. China needs to realize, that except Pakistan, all neutral countries are going to sympathize with weaker and smaller Bhutan.

- We all remember China used to trespass in Indian territory and returning only after multiple diplomatic requests from Indian side.
Under the strong leadership of Narendra Modi, India has let China enjoy taste of its own medicine.
- China believe that Indian liberal elites still support friendship with China. Perhaps they are missing earlier Congress governments.
- As India is led by a nationalist leadership, Threats of Chinese attack wont work any more.

Since Indian NSA Ajit Doval is scheduled to visit China this on  Jul 27 and 28, its good opportunity for both the countries to sit with calm and resolve this small localized dispute friendly and peacefully.
China says India cannot bully china, the same way, China must realize, that China cannot bully India anymore
