 हम सभी ने Doklaam Standoff  के बारे में सुना है आज इस वीडियो में हम इसके पीछे चाइना के गेम प्लान को समझने की कोशिश करेंगे.

चाइना के अखबार ग्लोबल टाइम्स के अनुसार भूटान का इस विवाद से कुछ भी लेना देना नहीं है  साथ ही चीन और भूटान लंबे समय से अच्छे मित्र रहे हैं.


 चीन के अनुसार यह विवाद भारत और चीन के बीच है और भारत भूटान को एक बहाने के तौर पर इस विवाद में घसीट रहा है ताकि भारत चीन सीमा पर तनाव बढ़ाया जा सके.
हाल के कुछ वर्षों में चीन के अनुसार, चीन और भूटान के बीच सीमा विवाद  को निपटाने में बहुत प्रगति हुई है.
भूटान के साथ मित्रता बढ़ाने के साथ चीन  चाहता है कि भूटान भारत के प्रभाव क्षेत्र से बाहर निकले.

हम सभी को पता है कि भारत भूटान की विदेश और रक्षा नीति को नियंत्रित करता है वास्तव में यह भारत का दायित्व है कि वह भूटान की किसी भी बाहरी खतरे से रक्षा करें.
 भूटान ज्यादातर सामान का आयात भारत से करता है और वह अपने ज्यादातर सामान का निर्यात भारत को करता है.
भारत भूटान को सबसे अधिक आर्थिक मदद देता है और वह वहां पर महत्वपूर्ण इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर प्रोजेक्ट पर काम कर रहा है.
स्वाभाविक रूप से चीन को भारत और भूटान की यह मित्रता बुरी लगती है.
हाल के वर्षों में चीन ने नेपाल बांग्लादेश और श्रीलंका के साथ मित्रवत संबंध बढ़ाएं हैं और वह भूटान के साथ भी अपनी दोस्ती को गहरी करने की कोशिश कर रहा है.
जैसा कि हम सब जानते हैं कि भूटान हिमालय की वादियों में दुनिया के दो सबसे अधिक आबादी वाले देशों के बीच में स्थित है इसलिए भूटान का सामरिक महत्व बहुत अधिक बढ़ जाता है.
पिछले एक दशक में भारत ने भूटान के साथ अपने संबंध को नजरअंदाज किया था जिसके कारण भूटान चाइना के साथ अपने संबंधों को मजबूत बनाने  पर जोर देने लगा था.
जब नरेंद्र मोदी भारत के प्रधानमंत्री बने तब उन्होंने भूटान  के महत्व को पहचाना और अपनी सबसे पहली विदेश यात्रा मैं भूटान गए. उन्होंने भारत के द्वारा भूटान को दी जाने वाली आर्थिक सहायता में  50% का इजाफा भी किया.
 भारत और भूटान के  बीच में फिर से बढ़ती हुई दोस्ती को देखकर चाइना को परेशानी होना स्वभाविक है.
-  चाइना को पता है कि अगर भारत अपनी सेना को Doklaam से पीछे हटा लेता है तो यह उसकी बड़ी सफलता होगी और यह बात सिद्ध हो जाएगी कि  भारत भूटान की रक्षा नहीं कर सकता।
भारत की विश्वसनीयता खो जाने पर चाइना को भूटान के साथ अपनी मित्रता बढ़ाने का अवसर मिलेगा। और भूटान के पास चीन से दोस्ती बढ़ाने के अलावा कोई और विकल्प नहीं बचेगा
- आने वाले वर्षों में चीन भूटान को एक तटस्थ देश  बनाना चाहता है ताकि अगर कोई भारत के साथ  विवाद हो तो वह भूटान का उपयोग भारत के खिलाफ कर सके. ऐसी स्थिति आज जो हालत है उससे बिल्कुल विपरीत होगी।
अब आपको समझ आ गया होगा कि यह पूरा विवाद सिर्फ एक रोड बनाने के ऊपर नहीं है. इसके पीछे चीन का बहुत ही बुद्धिमान गेम प्लान है.
 आगे देखते हैं कि यह विवाद कौन सी करवट लेता है. हम आशा करते हैं भारतीय प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी के नेतृत्व में चीन को उपयुक्त जवाब दिया जाएगा

We all have heard so much about Doklam Standoff. Today, we will try to understand the real Chinese game plan behind this.
- As per report published in Chinese Newspaper Global Times, Bhutan has nothing to do with this stand off and both of them have always been good friends.

- Rather Doklam issue is in between India and China. Bhutan is being used an EXCUSE by India to create tension on the Indo-china border.

- Over last few years, China and Bhutan have made significant progress in border talks.
While trying to build friendship bond with Bhutan, China is trying to take it out of India's area of influence.
- We all know, India plays important role in controlling foreign policy and defense of Bhutan. Its basically  India's duty to save Bhutan from any external threat.

 - Bulk of Bhutanese imports come from India and India is market for its almost all exports.
- Being biggest donor, India is working on key infrastructure projects in Bhutan as well.
-China obviously dislikes this deep bond of friendship in between India and Bhutan.
- It has already been building stronger relationships with other Indian neighbors like Nepal, Sri lanka and Bangladesh but china is yet to make significant progress in relationship with Bhutan.
- Since Bhutan is located at the heart of the Himalayas and squeezed between two most populated countries in the world, Bhutan has a huge strategic significance.
- in last one decade, India has to some extent neglected the relationship with Bhutan. As result Bhutan government naturally started growing the relationship with China.
 - When Narendra Modi became Indian prime minister, he realized the importance of Bhutan and he chose Bhutan as his first foreign visit and increased Indian aid to Bhutan with 50 percent.

This revival of bonding in between India and Bhutan is causing major irritation in China.
-  China knows it very well, if India withdraws its troops from Doklam plateau, it will be major success and will prove the Chinese point that India Can NO longer provide safety for Bhutan.
- And China will get major opening here and it will start influencing Bhutan further and Bhutan will have no option other than reducing reliance on India and increasing friendship with China.
- The long term game plan looks like to convert Bhutan into neutral state and use to Chinese advantage in future conflicts with India. Such situation will be just exact reverse of current situation.
- Now, you understand, this whole stand off is not at all about building a road. There looks to be intelligent Chinese game plan behind this.
- Lets see, how things go from here. Under Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi, we can hope for better response to china.
