21 अगस्त को अमेरिका के राष्ट्रपति डोनाल्ड ट्रंप ने अफगानिस्तान और दक्षिण एशिया के बारे में अपनी रणनीति का खुलासा किया था.
इस दौरान पूरा ध्यान सिर्फ इन बातों पर केंद्रित था, कि अमेरिका कैसे अफगानिस्तान का युद्ध जीतेगा, और किस प्रकार अमेरिका और पाकिस्तान की दोस्ती कमजोर पड़ रही है.
भारत की मीडिया ने भी इस बात को बहुत अच्छे से Cover किया, कि अमेरिका अब पाकिस्तान के दोहरे चाल चरित्र को समझ पा रहा है.
लेकिन इस भाषण के दौरान, अमेरिका के राष्ट्रपति ने बातों ही बातों में एक बहुत सीधा सख्त और साफ संदेश चीन को भी दे दिया था.
उनके अनुसार, दक्षिणी एशिया में अमेरिका की रणनीति का खासा जोर भारत के साथ सामरिक संबंधों को और मजबूत बनाने पर है.
दुनिया का सबसे बड़ा लोकतंत्र भारत अमेरिका का सुरक्षा और आर्थिक क्षेत्र में महत्वपूर्ण भागीदार है.
दक्षिणी एशिया एवं प्रशांत -हिंद महासागर क्षेत्र में सुरक्षा और शांति की स्थापना के लिए अमेरिका और भारत दोनों साथ मिलकर काम भी कर सकते हैं.
जहां तक आर्थिक और सामरिक शक्ति का सवाल है, तो चीन अभी भी भारत से आगे हैं.
लेकिन अमेरिका इस बात को बहुत अच्छे से समझता है, कि अगर कोई देश चीन की बढ़ती हुई ताकत को संतुलन में रख सकता है, तो वह देश केवल भारत है. भारत के साथ मिलकर अमेरिका प्रशांत हिंद महासागर में यह निश्चित कर सकता है कि अंतरराष्ट्रीय नियमों का पालन हो.
ऐतिहासिक रूप से, चीन को हमेशा भारत और अमेरिका की दोस्ती से डर लगा रहता है.
राष्ट्रपति ट्रंप की रणनीति का पालन करते हुए, अमेरिकी प्रशासन ने बड़े साफ शब्दों में दोकलाम के इलाके में यथास्थिति पर लौटने का समर्थन किया.
अमेरिकी प्रशासन को इस बात की आशा थी, कि भारत और चीन आपस में बातचीत करके शांतिपूर्ण ढंग से विवाद का हल निकालें.
अमेरिकी प्रशासन तो सावधान होकर पूरे विवाद को देख रहा था, और वह भारत सरकार से विवाद के दौरान लगातार बातचीत भी कर रहा था, अमेरिकी प्रशासन इस विवाद में जरूरत पड़ने पर सहायता करने के लिए भी तैयार था. लेकिन हाल फिलहाल तो वह केवल विवाद का सावधान होकर जायजा ले रहा था.
जापान ने तो पहले ही भारत का खुले शब्दों में समर्थन कर दिया था, लेकिन जैसे ही अमेरिका ने भी यथास्थिति पर लौटने के लिए भारत की स्थिति का समर्थन किया, तो इस से चीन को तगड़ा झटका लगा.
चीन के लिए ज्यादा चिंता की बात यह थी, कि इस द्विपक्षीय विवाद में शामिल होने के लिए अमेरिका तैयार दिखने लगा था.
चीन के तिब्बत प्रांत में पहले से ही अशांति है, इसलिए चीन कभी भी यह नहीं चाहेगा, कि तिब्बत के बॉर्डर पर अमेरिका का किसी प्रकार का हस्तक्षेप हो.
जैसा कि हम सबके सामने था, कि चीन लगातार अलग-थलग पढ़ रहा था, और उस पर दबाव बढ़ रहा था, कि वह विवाद को और ना भड़काए.
ब्रिक्स शिखर सम्मेलन के लिए चीन एक मेजबान देश था, इसलिए चीन की यह जिम्मेदारी थी, कि सम्मेलन का आयोजन सफलतापूर्वक हो.
इस बार ऐसा लगता है, की दोकलाम विवाद के समाधान होने को भारतीय प्रधानमंत्री मोदी जी की चीन की यात्रा से जोड़ दिया गया था.
अगर मोदी जी Belt and Road Initiative का बहिष्कार कर सकते हैं, तो यह बात असंभव नहीं थी, कि भारतीय हितों की रक्षा के लिए मोदी जी ब्रिक्स शिखर सम्मेलन में भाग लेने के लिए चीन की यात्रा पर ना जाएं.
इस प्रकार से ब्रिक्स सम्मेलन की आयोजन पर भी एक प्रश्न लग गया था.
इस बात को कहा जा सकता है, कि सितंबर की शुरुआत में ब्रिक्स सम्मेलन के आयोजन होने से, दोकलाम विवाद का तेजी से समाधान निकालने में मदद मिली.
इस वीडियो के माध्यम से हम केवल दोकलाम विवाद को सुल झाने में मदद करने वाले बाहरी कारणों के बारे में चर्चा करना चाहते हैं.
स्वाभाविक रूप से इस विवाद को सुलझाने का सबसे बड़ा श्रेय भारतीय सेना विदेश मंत्रालय और मोदी जी को जाता है.
लेकिन हमें जापान और अमेरिका को भी धन्यवाद देने की जरूरत है, क्योंकि उन्होंने भारत की स्थिति का समर्थन किया, उनके साफ संदेश से चीन को बातचीत के लिए आगे आना ही पड़ा.
इस विवाद का हल निकलने से अब ब्रिक्स शिखर सम्मेलन का सफल आयोजन निश्चित हो गया है. लेकिन सम्मेलन के बाद भी भारत की सेना को हमेशा चौकन्ना रहने की जरूरत है .
अगर भारत शक्तिशाली चीन को एक छोटी सी सड़क का निर्माण करने से रोक सकता है, तो अपना दिमाग लगाकर पाकिस्तान को इस विवाद से कुछ तो सीखना ही चाहिए.

- On 21 August, US President Donald Trump has outlined the American Strategy in Afghanistan and South Asia.
The attention was focused on how America plans to win Afghanistan War and how the friendship bond is weakening in between Pakistan and America .
Indian media has also covered in great details, What the president of USA has said about duplicity of Pakistan .
However, In this speech, US president has sent strong, subtle and clear message to China as well.
He said,
"Another critical part of the South Asia strategy for America is to further develop its strategic partnership with India. the world’s largest democracy and a key security and economic partner of the United States. We are committed to pursuing our shared objectives for peace and security in South Asia and the broader Indo-Pacific region."
So far as Economic and Military power is concerned, India lags behind China.
But America appreciates the reality that if there is any country which can help it in counter balancing Chinese Influence and in maintaining the rule of international laws in Indo Pacific region, it can only be India.
Historically, China has been wary of deepening India and American friendship bond.
Following new American strategy, Trump administration has unambiguously supported the return to status quo in Doklam region.
Quoting American official,
"We hope that India and China can find a negotiated solution to return to a peaceful state of affairs in the area.
We are just watching it very carefully and we are in conversation with the Indian government about the issues. We stand ready to help if that is desired. But, for the time being, we're monitoring the situation carefully,"
With Japan already supporting Indian side, America favoring return to status quo was a big set back to china.
More alarming sign was American readiness to get involved in this bilateral dispute.
for obvious reasons, China can not let America play any role on its already troubled Tibetan border.
As it was evident, China has been getting increasingly isolated in Doklam standoff, pressure to not escalate the issue was mounting up, and china being the host country, wanted to successfully organize the BRICS summit as well.
this time around, it appears that India made is Prime Minister Modi's visit to China for BRICS summit conditional to resolution of Doklam dispute.
If Modi can boycot Belt and Road Initiative, its not beyond imagination, to protect Indian interests, He might decide to boycott BRICS as well.
Hence, there was Big question mark on BRICS summit as well.
It can be safely said, The BRICS summit has accelerated the pace of efforts to find mutually agreed Doklam dispute resolution.
With this video, we are trying to high light the external factors that have helped in India - China negotiations.
The biggest share of credit for the resolution of doklam dispute off Course goes to Indian Army, Ministry of External Affairs and to PM Modi.
But at the same time, we must thank Japan and America for supporting Indian rightful stand. Their clear message forced china to sit on dialogue table.
With Today's dispute resolution, The Success of BRICS summit is confirmed, but India should remain alert even after the summit.
Meanwhile, If India does not allow mighty China to build a road, Pakistan must put mind in use and draw obvious lessons.
