Friends lets starts with the key facts about China and India.
- In 2017 Chinese defense budget is $150 Billion. and Indian defense budget is only $50 Billion.
- In other words, Each year China is spending money which is equal to 3 times of  what India  spends on its armed forces.
- Historically, Chinese defense spending has always been way more than that of India.
- Chinese People's liberation army is the world's largest military force, with a strength of approximately 2.3 Million personnel.
On the other hand, Indian army has approximately  1.3 Million personnel.
- These are two main reasons why Chinese are confident that they will be able to overwhelm India in case there is a war in between China and India.
- On the other hand, Since American defense budget is $600 Billion, they are ready to fight a war not to lose. Basically they believe they can give tough fight to America in a war.
- As per editor in Chief, of Chinese newspaper Global Times,
"if China and India engage in military conflict, the P L A has an overwhelming advantage and if China and the US have a standoff in the nearby waters, the P L A will not lose'.

- We accept the fact that India is spending less and size of Indian Army is smaller than China, but the outcome of any war will never depend on such simple calculations.

- History is filled with examples, when small under dog armies have defeated big favorite armies. Common sense says the size of army, and how much money is spent, are not the only two criteria that determine the out come of a war.
- We all know, Strategy, friendship and alliance with others, fighting spirit of troops, ability to fight long battle and active public support are few more such factors.
- China would do better to remind itself with the story of young smaller and weaker David, defeating the much bigger and stronger Goliath.
- While making threatening comments against neighboring country, Chinese intellectual missed the whole picture.
- China wants India not to underestimate the power of China. the apt response is, China should not overestimate its power in comparison to India. India learnt a lot from 1962, China may also learn from 1967.

More than anything else, it’s bullying and threatening Chinese attitude that angers people living in the neighboring countries.No matter how much China talk about peace harmony friendship and growth, As long as China has this sort of attitude, it will not have friends in the neighborhood.
