Friends, you know, Since 1961 Bhutan is depicting Doklam Plateau as part of its map.
China claims this strategically important location its own. Hence there has been difference of perception in between China and Bhutan.

 Even during 24 rounds of China Bhutan Border Talks,  it has never been settled that Doklam is owned by China.

As per the China Bhutan agreement, both countries  are required to refrain from any unilateral action to change the status quo and continue to talk in order to peacefully resolve the border related differences.

Even before starting construction, When China Locally informed Indian side about its plan. Indian side refused to discuss and referred the matter to the Bhutanese government.

still China started construction of road in Doklam area. Since its Bhutanese territory, Bhutanese soldiers tried hard to stop china from building road.
But they were forced back to their camps by Chinese soldiers.
Living up to the commitment to the security arrangement in between India and Bhutan, India decided to help the neighbor in the hour of need.

Being a true friend of Bhutan, India obviously didn't publicize this incident because it would obviously have caused embarrassment to Bhutan.

Despite, India being on the side of truth, China lied to whole world saying the Doklam is settled Chinese territory, and its has every right to build a road there.

Though Chinese soldiers treated Bhutanese soldiers badly yet now china is behaving very nicely with Bhutan.

Only because India has unexpectedly  stood up to help and secure it's friend, China is issuing war threat to India with each sun rise.

China would have thought, replicating its decade old lethargic attitude, India would be slow to react.
And China can easily complete the road work. If Bhutan had protested, China would have told to Bhutan that It had informed India but India did not share any objection.

If China had succeeded in its mischievous  plan, India Bhutan friendship would have surely been thing of past by now.

You might have noticed, Bhutan is not reacting too much to entire dispute. China has been exploiting this Bhutanese silence by making claims that Dokalam is Chinese territory.

You see friends, China is  playing victim card, and it has to defend its territorial integrity and at the same time it is portraying India as aggressor.

While fact confirms, China is aggressor, Bhutan is victim and India is protector and true Friend of Bhutan.

Since Bhutan has confidence in India, it continues to keep silence and India is working in close coordination with Bhutan.

Other Countries are wise enough to see through these Chinese tricks, That's why China could not elicit supportive response from other world powers.

On the other hand, India has proactively engaged with other countries and shared Indian perspective.

While in media, China was issuing angry statement against India, behind the closed doors, it was looking for easy face saver.

When India asked china to go 250 Meters backwards from disputed area before Indian forces withdraw from there.
China was ready to go 100 Meters back wards. India obviously did not accept this offer.

After China failed to get face saver by back room negotiation, it again started retching up its war rhetoric.

Most of the time, China issues war threats to India but the real audience is Chinese people.
Friends, Its nothing more than public Image management.

Anyways, lets see which turn this dispute takes now. But please be careful to accept as truth whatever China is saying.
Since China has unknowingly boxed itself. overpowered by anger, China may do anything now.
