कल आपने इस बात पर ध्यान दिया होगा, 16 वर्षों के बाद अमेरिका के किसी राष्ट्रपति ने पहली बार सार्वजनिक तौर पर यह स्वीकार किया है, कि अमेरिका की पाकिस्तान के साथ दोस्ती अ सफल रही है.

इन वर्षों के दौरान, अमेरिका ने बहुत बड़ी मात्रा में अपना धन पाकिस्तान में बर्बाद किया है.
परिणाम सबके सामने हैं, 16 वर्ष बीत जाने पर भी, अमेरिका ने अफगानिस्तान की युद्ध में जीत हासिल नहीं की है, अमेरिका की विजय कब होगी, इस सवाल का जवाब किसी के पास नहीं है.
जो बात भारत में हर, एक बच्चा जानता है, वह बात समझ पाने में अमेरिका को 16 साल लगे हैं.
इस समय जब पाकिस्तान दुनिया में अलग-थलग पढ़ रहा था. अपेक्षा के अनुसार चीन खुले तौर पर पाकिस्तान के समर्थन में सामने आया है.
चीन के अनुसार, आतंकवाद के खिलाफ लड़ाई में पाकिस्तान ने जमकर संघर्ष किया है. और आतंकवाद के खिलाफ जीत पाने के लिए पाकिस्तान ने बहुत सारी कुर्बानियां दी हैं.
आपको याद होगा, हर साल पाकिस्तान के लिए अमेरिकी राष्ट्रपति भी ऐसे ही शब्दों का उपयोग करते आए हैं.
कोई फर्क नहीं पड़ता, चीन का असली चेहरा इस बात से उजागर हो जाता है, की चीन ने  अकेले संयुक्त राष्ट्र संघ में पाकिस्तान के आतंकवादी मसूद अजहर पर प्रतिबंध लगाने के प्रस्ताव को pass होने से रोक रखा है. चीन का कहना है, कि इसके लिए पर्याप्त सबूत उपलब्ध नहीं है.
सबूत इतनी मात्रा में उपलब्ध हैं, कि अमेरिका ब्रिटेन और फ्रांस ने मसूद अजहर पर प्रतिबंध लगाने वाले प्रस्ताव को संयुक्त राष्ट्र संघ की सुरक्षा परिषद में प्रस्तुत किया है.
इस बात में दिमाग लगाने की जरूरत नहीं है, कि चीन सबूतों को क्यों देखना नहीं चाहता.
अगर चीन सबूतों को देखना नहीं चाहता, तो नए सबूत देने की जिम्मेदारी भी भारत की नहीं है.
लगता है पाकिस्तान की तरह ही चीन को भी विश्वास है, की आतंकवादी घटना कहां होती है, उससे तय होगा कि कौन सा आतंकवाद अच्छा है, और कौन सा आतंकवाद बुरा है.
उदाहरण के लिए Xinjiang के आतंकवादी बुरे हैं, और कश्मीर के आतंकवादी अच्छे हैं.
दुनिया में दो तरह के लोग होते हैं. एक वह जो दूसरे की गल तियों से सीखते हैं. दूसरे वो जो खुद गल तियां करके सीखते हैं. लगता है, चीन का स्वभाव दूसरे लोगों की तरह है.
अगर चीन ने अमेरिका के अनुभव से कुछ नहीं सीखा, तो चीन को यही कीमती अनुभव समझ आने में कई दशकों का समय लगेगा.
अपनी धीमी होती हुई अर्थव्यवस्था की रफ्तार को तेज करने के लिए, चीन का ध्यान अभी China Pakistan Economic corridor पर केंद्रित है.
इस बड़े प्रोजेक्ट पर चीन लगभग $62 Billion का खर्च कर रहा है. ताकि पाकिस्तान में इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर का विकास किया जा सके.
पाकिस्तान जिस राह पर चल रहा है, यह बात निश्चित नहीं है, चीन पाकिस्तान में जो इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर बना रहा है, उसका वह लाभ उठा पाएगा.

पाकिस्तान में कट्टर पंथियों और आतंकवादियों की शक्ति धीरे-धीरे बढ़ रही है, और गरीब जनता में असंतोष भी बढ़ रहा है. अगर ऐसा ही चलता रहा, तो चीन का पाकिस्तान में पूरा निवेश खतरे में पड़ सकता है.

सबसे खराब हालत में, इस इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर का उपयोग करके आतंकवादी चीन को ही नुकसान पहुंचा सकते हैं.
चीन को इस बात पर ध्यान देने की जरूरत है, कि पाकिस्तान और श्रीलंका दोनों एक तरह के देश नहीं है.
जब श्री लंका चीन का कर्ज लौटाने में अ समर्थ हुआ, तो उसने अपने सामरिक रूप से महत्वपूर्ण बंदरगाह लंबे समय के लिए  चीन को किराए पर दे दिए.
लेकिन यदि पाकिस्तान ऐसी हालत में फंसा, तो इस बात की संभावना है, कि पाकिस्तान आतंकवादियों की शक्ति भी चीन के खिलाफ उपयोग कर सकता है. अगर ऐसा हुआ तो पाकिस्तान में काम करना चीन के लिए नुकसान का सौदा हो जाएगा.

लंबे समय से जो हाथ पाकिस्तान को खाना खिलाता है, पाकिस्तान उसी हाथ को काट लेता है. पाकिस्तान को इस काम में महारत हासिल है.
अपनी महत्वकांक्षा में अंधा होकर, चीन इतिहास को देखना भी नहीं चाहता.

वास्तव में, चीन भारत से इतनी नफरत करता है, कि वह पाकिस्तान से मोहब्बत करने लगा है.
कुछ दशकों पहले, अमेरिका ने भी पाकिस्तान का इस्तेमाल करके भारत को काबू में रखना चाहा था, लेकिन यह अमेरिकी रणनीति काम नहीं कर पाई. इस बात में कोई संदेह नहीं है, कि अगर चीन ने भी यही काम करना चाहा, तो उसे भी सफलता नहीं मिलेगी.
अगर चीन को विश्वास है, कि वह एक गैर जिम्मेदार देश पाकिस्तान पर काबू रख सकता है, तो चीन को आने वाले खतरों का सामना करने के लिए भी तैयार रहना होगा.

अंत में चीन को यही बात बतानी है, कि आक्रमण करने वाले दुश्मन से डरने की जरूरत नहीं होती, डरना तो उस नकली दोस्त से चाहिए, जो गले लगकर मिलता है.

Yesterday, You might have noticed that it took 16 years for the American president to publicly accept the failure of American friendship with Pakistan.
In this duration, America has already Burnt Billions of Dollars in Pakistan. The result speaks itself, America is yet to conclusively win Afghanistan war. When America  will win? nobody has the answer.
What even an Indian kid understands, America took 16 years to figure out the same.

At this moment, when Pakistan is getting increasingly isolated, As expected, China has openly come out in its support saying Pakistan was on the front line in the struggle against terrorism, and had made "great sacrifices" and "important contributions" in the fight against terrorism.
You can recall, this is the same set of words, that used to be spoken by American presidents in last years.

Anyways, The real face of China can be easily highlighted by the fact, that China has single handedly blocked the United Nations ban on global terrorist Masood Azhar living in Pakistan, citing lack of solid evidence.

These evidence are enough for US, the UK and France to move the proposal in UN security council.
For obvious reasons, china does not want to look at the available evidences.
If this is so, India does not carry the burden to make China look at evidences.

China is perhaps bought into Pakistan’s theory that, Depending on where terrorist act is committed, some terrorist can be good and some terrorist  can be bad.

For example, Terrorist in Xinjiang are bad, but Terrorist in Kashmir are good.

there are two kind of people in this world, first those who learn from the mistakes committed by others.
Second those, who learn by committing mistakes themselves.
Chinese behavior exactly matches with second type of people.

It will take time. Perhaps few decades for china to painfully learn the costly lessons.

For China, to accelerate slowing economy, the priority is China Pakistan Economic corridor. China is estimated to invest close to $62 Billion in building the infrastructural facilities in Pakistan.

The way Pakistan is going, there is no guarantee, China will be able to take advantage of these facilities across their life cycle.
As internal terrorists and hardliners gain more power and unrest among poor masses grows, The whole Chinese investment may end up in jeopardy .
Worst case scenario, the same infrastructure could be used against China as well.
China should appreciate the fact that Pakistan and Sri Lanka are not same. When Sri Lanka was not able to service Chinese loans, it has leased sri lankan valuable  strategic assets to China.
If Caught in such situation, Pakistan may unleash the power of terrorism against China, thus making Chinese operations in Pakistan too costly to afford.

Over time Pakistan has mastered the skill to cut the very hand that feeds it. Unfortunately Blinded by ambition, China is not ready to look at the past.

Moreover China hates India so much, that it loves Pakistan.
Way back, America also used Pakistan to contain India, it didn’t work. Undoubtedly if China is trying the same, Surely it will not taste the success.

If china believes, it can manage rogue state Pakistan. Well then it should be ready to face the consequences.
