- Amid Doklam Standoff With each morning China is issuing War Threats to India. Friends, you will be amazed to know, China is India's largest Trading Partner.
- In the Financial year 2015-16, there has been trade of $70 Billion in between India and China.
- India has exported goods worth of $9 Billion to China.
- On the other hand, India Imported goods worth of $61 Billion from China.
- Since Trade deficit is the amount by which the cost of a country's imports exceeds the value of its exports.
- there is whopping $52 Billion trade deficit in between India and China.
- In simple words, India has given $52 Billion money to China in financial Year 2015-16 alone. Please Mind it, we are talking about only one year.
- Now coming to China Pakistan Economic Corridor Project.
- As per china this is just a commercial project, but we all Indians know, this has been designed to encircle India in the region.
- As per Former Indian National Security Advisor M K Narayanan  "China Pakistan Economic Corridor must be viewed as a major threat. Both countries [China and Pakistan] have a common intention to undermine India's position in the region.
- For this corridor, construction has already started in P O K area, which is integral part of India. Doing any construction in disputed area amount to challenging the Indian sovereignty and territorial integrity.
- You know, the value of China Pakistan Economic Corridor projects is worth $ 62 billion now.
- If India and China trade goes on as usual, by 2015-17, India would have already given $104 Billion to China due to $52 Billion annual trade deficit.
- As per Indo-China relationship expert Brahma Chellaney, India is indirectly paying for China Pakistan Economic Corridor project.
- Next time, you buy anything Made in China, please be aware that your hard earned money may be used against you and your fellow countrymen.
- Out of total Chinese exports, only 3% goods are exported to Indian Market. So even if all Indians stop buying Chinese goods, we will not be able to harm China in a big way.
- But if Indians stop buying Chinese goods, it will be major motivating examples for people of other countries like America, Japan and other small Chinese neighbors to stand up against the bullying nature and arm twisting techniques of China.
- The moment, they start getting inspired by Indians, China will panic and start taking corrective measures. Hence we all should disregard short term economic benefits and stand against the bully.
- The Indian lobby, which is getting benefited by Chinese trade, they will obviously tell you all,this measure won’t work.
- As long as you prioritize national interest over self-interest, you will make small contribution by not buying Chinese product, when India Made option is available.
- Friends interestingly China says, it has right to build road in disputed Doklam region, which China considers its own, and India doesn’t have any right to stop its construction activity so Indian troops must with draw. China is apparently trying to protect it’s sovereignty and territorial integrity
- With the same logic, Pakistan occupied Kashmir is Indian territory, why China is building road there totally disregarding Indian sovereignty and territorial integrity related objections? China obviously doesn’t have answer to this question.
