दोस्तों जैसा कि आप जानते हैं भारत के प्रधानमंत्री  नरेंद्र मोदी जी ब्रिक्स शिखर सम्मेलन में भाग लेने के लिए इस समय चीन में हैं.
चीन के अखबार  Global Times में छपे लेख के अनुसार, ब्रिक्स समूह का मुख्य पहलू यह है, कि इस समूह के सभी देश चीन से जुड़े हुए है.
चीन ने यह प्रस्ताव पेश करने की कोशिश की है, कि ब्रिक्स समूह के सभी देश चीन के Belt and Road Initiative  से जुड़कर बहुत लाभ प्राप्त कर सकते हैं.
हम सभी जानते हैं, चीन दुनिया में अमेरिका की जगह लेना चाहता है.
इसलिए वह free trade और विश्व आर्थिक व्यवस्था में सभी के विकास को सुनिश्चित करने की पैरवी कर रहा है.
चीन के यह शब्द सुनने में बड़े अच्छे लगते हैं, लेकिन हम सभी ने देखा है, कि चीन ने  कैसे छोटे और गरीब देशों उदाहरण के लिए श्रीलंका और म्यांमार को अपने कर्ज के जाल में फंसाया है. चीन इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर के प्रोजेक्ट में या तो बहुमत की हिस्सेदारी मांग रहा है, या फिर इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर प्रोजेक्ट को अपने अधिकार में चलाने के लिए लंबे समय के लिए लीज मांग रहा है.
इसलिए चीन का वास्तविक व्यवहार, उसके मीठे सुनाई देने वाले शब्दों से मेल नहीं खाता.
ब्रिक्स समूह का एक जिम्मेदार सदस्य होते हुए भारत चाहता है, कि ब्रिक्स समूह अपने उद्देश्यों को प्राप्त करने में सफल हो.
लेकिन चीन के Belt and Road initiative और उसके हिस्से China Pakistan Economic corridor के खिलाफ भारत को कई सारी चिंताएं हैं.
साथ ही हम सभी जानते हैं, कि भारत ने इसी वर्ष Belt and Road प्रोजेक्ट के सम्मेलन का बहिष्कार किया था.

जब तक चीन भारत की मुख्य चिंताओं का हल नहीं निकालता, तब तक भारत चीन के जाल में नहीं फंसेगा, जिसके अनुसार चीन ने अब ब्रिक्स समूह की सफलता को बेल्ट एंड रोड इनिशिएटिव की सफलता से जोड़ना चालू कर दिया है.
इसके अलावा ब्रिक्स और Belt and Road initiative को जोड़ने के पीछे एक और कारण है.
आप जानते हैं, भारत और जापान ने मिलकर Asia Africa Growth Corridor initiative पर काम करने का निर्णय लिया है, और अफ्रीका के कई सारे देशों ने भी  इस इनिशिएटिव पर ध्यान दिया है, क्योंकि वह चाहते हैं कि अफ्रीका महाद्वीप में चीन के प्रभाव को संतुलित किया जाना चाहिए.
इसलिए अगर भारत Belt and Road initiative को परोक्ष रूप से भी Join करता है, तो Asia Africa Growth Corridor initiative की प्रगति की रफ्तार धीमी होने की संभावना है.
साधारण शब्दों में, ब्रिक्स और Belt and Road initiative को जोड़ने से चीन परोक्ष रूप से भारत का समर्थन प्राप्त करने की कोशिश कर रहा है, साथ ही वह चाह रहा है, Asia Africa Growth Corridor initiative पैदा होने से पहले ही मर जाए.
भारत और जापान की मित्रता एक दूसरे को लाभ पहुंचाने वाली है, साथ ही भारत और जापान के इनिशिएटिव और चीन के इनिशिएटिव में भी कई अंतर हैं.
साथ ही भारत और जापान ने मिलकर Asia Africa Growth Corridor initiative पर काम भी आरंभ कर दिया है, इसलिए अब अगर इस initiative की रफ्तार भारत के कारण धीमी होगी, तो भारत और जापान की मित्रता में दरार पैदा हो सकती है.

इस  बात की संभावना कम है, भारत के प्रधानमंत्री ब्रिक्स के माध्यम से चीन की Belt and Road initiative में सहयोग देने के लिए तैयार होकर ,चीन के जाल में फस जाएंगे.
ब्रिक्स ऐसे देशों का समूह है, जो एक दूसरे को बराबरी की नजर से देखते हैं. इस समूह में सभी देशों के साझा सपनों को प्राप्त करने की कोशिश की जाती है.
अगर चीन यह मानता है, कि इस समूह का उपयोग करके वह अन्य देशों को मना लेगा, कि वह चीन के सपने पूरा करने में योगदान दें, ताकि केवल चीन को ही लाभ हो तो इसमें चीन एक बड़ी गलती कर रहा है.

As you know, Prime Minister Narendra Modi is in China to participate in BRICKS summit.

As per opinion published in Chinese news paper Global Times, the key features of BRICKS grouping is its association with China.

China has proposed that BRICKS nations can  gain a lot by integrating with China led Belt and Road Initiative.

As we all know, now a days China is trying to replace America, Hence its projecting itself as the guardian of free trade and global economic orders based on equitable solutions and access to all.

These words are good to hear, but we all have seen through how China has trapped small and poor countries for example Sri Lanka and Myanmar in its debt trap, and now forcing them to give china majority stakes or allow china to operate the infrastructural  assets on long term lease.

This Chinese real behavior doesn't match at all with Chinese sweet sounding words at all.

Being a responsible BRICKS member, India wants this group to succeed in achieving it objectives.

Having said that, India has serious concerns about Belt and Road initiative in general and about China Pakistan Economic corridor to be specific. We all know, India as openly boycotted Belt and Road ceremony this year.

As long as China doesn't address core Indian concerns, there is no point in India falling into Chinese trap only because China has started linking BRICKS success with success of Belt and Road initiative.

Moreover, there is bigger Chinese game plan behind linking BRICKS and Belt and Road Initiative,

Since India and Japan have collaborated to work on Asia Africa Growth Corridor initiative, and Many African nations have shown interest, and are looking at this initiative as instrument to counterbalance Chinese initiative.

Hence if  India joins the belt and road initiative, it would effectively slow down the work on Asia Africa growth corridor progress.

In simple words, By linking BRICKS and Chinese Belt and Road initiative, China is indirectly trying to get Indian support and to force the premature abortion of Asia Africa Growth corridor initiative.

friendship of India and Japan is synergistic in nature and there are distinct difference in between the two initiatives.
Moreover, India and Japan have already started journey on this initiative and it would clearly mean betrayal of friendship with Japan if progress on this initiative slows due to India.
Its unlikely Prime minister Modi is going to fall into this Chinese obvious trap of BRICKS working with China through Belt and Road Initiative.

BRICKS is grouping of equal partners, therefore only shared dreams should be pursued.
It would be mistake on Chinese part to think that BRICKS is platform to persuade other members of the group to follow Chinese dream for the benefit of only China.
