दोस्तों, Real Quick Info चैनल पर एक नए वीडियो के साथ मैं आपका स्वागत करती हूं.

आप जानते हैं कि चीन ने अपने सीमावर्ती इलाकों में बड़े पैमाने पर रेलवे लाइन और सड़कों का निर्माण किया हुआ है, जिससे चीन की ताकत बहुत बढ़ गई है.
दूसरी तरफ भारत के सीमावर्ती इलाकों में मूलभूत इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर का विकास तक नहीं हुआ है.
सड़कों और रेलवे का निर्माण नहीं होने से, भारतीय सेना चीन की सेना के मुकाबले कमजोर हालत में है, इसके साथ ही इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर के अभाव के कारण सीमावर्ती इलाकों में आर्थिक विकास नहीं हो पा रहा है, और लोगों के जीवन स्तर में सुधार नहीं हो रहा है.
लद्दाख का, लेह जिला ऐसा ही इलाका है. इसके एक तरफ तो पश्चिम में पाकिस्तान अधिकृत कश्मीर है, तो दूसरी तरफ पूर्व और उत्तर में चीन है.
अभी बिलासपुर, मनाली और लेह को जोड़ने वाली 650 किलोमीटर लंबी सड़क है, लेकिन यह सड़क साल के 5 महीने पूरी तरह से बंद रहती है.
सर्दियों के दौरान जरूरी सामान की सप्लाई हवाई जहाज के द्वारा की जाती है. इससे सामान की कीमत बढ़ जाती है.
इसलिए यह बहुत ही जरूरी है, कि सामरिक रूप से महत्वपूर्ण लेह जिला भारत के साथ पूरे साल 12 महीने जुड़ा रहे.
प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी के नेतृत्व में रेल मंत्रालय ने सितंबर 2016 में रक्षा मंत्रालय के आर्थिक सहयोग से Survey कार्य चालू कर दिया है.
अगले 2 वर्षों में Survey का काम पूरा हो जाएगा.
स्वाभाविक रूप से इस पूरे प्रोजेक्ट की कीमत इस बात से तय होगी, कि कौन सा रास्ता अंत में चुना जाएगा. लेकिन एक अनुमान के अनुसार इस प्रोजेक्ट की कीमत एक लाख करोड़ के लगभग होगी.
2019 तक detailed project report तैयार हो जाएगी और अगर इस प्रोजेक्ट को स्वीकृति मिल गई,तो इस पर काम भी चालू हो जाएगा.
भारतीय रेल के लिए यह प्रोजेक्ट अभी तक का सबसे चुनौतीपूर्ण प्रोजेक्ट होगा.
यह प्रोजेक्ट हिमालय के पर्वतों से होकर गुजरता है और इसके रास्ते में ऐसे इलाके हैं जिनमें भूकंप या हिमस्खलन होने की बहुत अधिक संभावना होती है.
इसलिए इस प्रोजेक्ट में जो भी निर्माण होगा, वह बहुत ही मजबूत होना चाहिए, ताकि प्राकृतिक आपदाओं का सामना करते हुए साल के 12 महीने हर मौसम में इस रेलवे लाइन पर यातायात चालू रहे.
जब यह  रेलवे लाइन बन कर तैयार हो जाएगी, तो इस बात में कोई भी संदेह नहीं है, कि आपत्ति के काल में तुरंत भारतीय सेना बड़ी संख्या में सीमा पर तैनात की जा सकेगी. भारतीय सेना की यह क्षमता चीन को भारत पर आक्रमण नहीं करने देगी.
शांति के दौरान भी इस रेलवे लाइन से बहुत ही कम कीमत पर जरूरी सामान लद्दाख पहुंचेगा, इससे पर्यटन को भी बढ़ावा मिलेगा, और स्थानीय अर्थव्यवस्था तेज रफ्तार से विकास करेगी.
पिछले कई दशकों से इस प्रोजेक्ट पर विचार चल रहा है, लेकिन अब जाकर इस प्रोजेक्ट पर काम चालू हुआ है, निश्चित रूप से Survey को शुरू करना पहला महत्वपूर्ण कदम है.
भारत को इस प्रकार के चुनौतीपूर्ण प्रोजेक्ट हाथ में लेने चाहिए, और उन को समय पर पूर्ण करके, दुनिया को दिखा देना चाहिए की भारत में यह क्षमता है, कि वह इतने कठिन प्रोजेक्ट्स को भी पूरा कर सकता है.
जब भारत इस चुनौतीपूर्ण प्रोजेक्ट पर काम चालू कर देगा, तो यह भारत के सभी नागरिकों के लिए प्रेरणा का एक स्रोत बनेगा.

Hello Friends, I welcome you with a new video on my channel Real Quick Info.
Friends, you know China has already built massive infrastructure including Railway line and Road network on its side of border.

But India lacks even basic infrastructure facilities in its border areas.
Absence of such infrastructure not only places Indian armed forces in disadvantageous position with respect to Chinese forces, but also impedes the economic development and life standards improvement in the border areas.


Once such area is, Leh Destrict, in Ladakh. which is sandwiched between Pakistan occupied Kashmir in the west and China in the north and east.


Right now there is 650 Kilometer long road which connects Bilaspur Manali and Leh.
But this road remains closed for almost 5 months in a year.
During winters expansive supply of essential items is maintained by air.
Hence, there is obvious and urgent need of ensuring connectivity with strategically important Leh across the year.

Under the leadership of Prime Minister Modi, In September 2016  Indian railways has started survey work, which is being funded by Ministry of defense.
In next two years, the survey is expected to be completed.
The cost of the project will depend on the selected route. It may even go beyond 1 Lakh Crore.
By 2019, the detailed project report will be ready and if project is sanctioned, the construction work will start on the project.

This project is going to be most challenging project, Indian railways has ever undertaken.

The route of this project will pass through four Himalayan Ranges.

A part of Route will be most vulnerable to earth quakes and avalanche.

Hence, the construction should be very robust to withstand all such threats presented by nature, and ensure round the year connectivity for many decades to come after the completion of construction .
Once this rail line is built, without any doubt it will help rapid defense mobilization on very short notice, thus improving the defense capability, which will work as deterrent to enemy.

Even in peace time, this rail line will ensure cost effective round the year supply of essential commodities, increase number of tourists and local economy will grow much faster.

This project has been on drawing board for last many decades, but finally things have started moving. Conducting survey is certainly the first step forward.

India must undertake such challenging project and show  case to the world that we do have the  wherewithal to complete such daring project.

Merely the fact that India has started work on such challenging project, will work as inspiration for all Indian citizens for years to come.
