आप जानते हैं, कूटनीति के छेत्र में एक महत्वपूर्ण जीत हासिल करते हुए, इस बार पाकिस्तान के द्वारा प्रायोजित आतंकवादी संगठनों के नाम ब्रिक्स शिखर सम्मेलन के घोषणा पत्र में शामिल किए गए हैं.
अभी हाल ही में अमेरिका ने दुनिया के सामने यह स्वीकार किया था, आतंकवाद से लड़ाई में पाकिस्तान का दोहरा चरित्र है.
उस समय पाकिस्तान को चीन के साथ अपनी मित्रता का घमंड था, पाकिस्तान मानता था, कि हर हालत में चीन उसका समर्थन करेगा, और पाकिस्तान को दुनिया में अलग-थलग नहीं होने देगा.
इस बार ब्रिक्स सम्मेलन चीन में आयोजित हुआ है, इसलिए ब्रिक्स शिखर सम्मेलन के घोषणा पत्र में पाकिस्तान के आतंकवादी संगठन के नाम शामिल होने से, पाकिस्तान को अपनी नीति पर फिर से विचार करना पड़ेगा, क्या वह आतंकवादियों का समर्थन करता रहेगा, और क्या वह ऐसी अपेक्षा कर सकता है, कि चीन पाकिस्तान को सहायता प्रदान करेगा.
भारत की उपलब्धि उल्लेखनीय है, क्योंकि पिछले वर्ष जब भारत में ब्रिक्स शिखर सम्मेलन का आयोजन किया गया था, तब इन आतंकवादी संगठनों के नामों के घोषणा पत्र में शामिल करने के प्रस्ताव को चीन ने समर्थन ना देकर गिरा दिया था.

साधारण शब्दों में, पिछले वर्ष भारत की जमीन पर भारत की कूटनीतिक हार हुई थी.
इस साल भारत ने चीन को मजा चखाते हुए, चीन की जमीन पर कूटनीति के क्षेत्र में चीन को परास्त किया है.
इस बात में कोई आश्चर्य नहीं है, कि चीन के विशेषज्ञ चीन के नेतृत्व की निंदा कर रहे हैं, वह लोग यह कह रहे हैं, कि उन्हें समझ नहीं आ रहा है कि चीन के नेतृत्व ने ऐसा कैसे होने दिया.
इस शिखर सम्मेलन के घोषणा पत्र ने पाकिस्तान को तगड़ा झटका दिया है, और इस से पाकिस्तान चीन की मित्रता में दरार भी पैदा हो जाएगी.
अपनी असफलता पर अफसोस प्रकट करने के बजाए, चीन को चाहिए कि वह पाकिस्तान को समझाए, कि आगे आने वाले समय में चीन  आतंकवाद को प्रायोजित करने वाली पाकिस्तान की नीति  को छुपाने का प्रयास नहीं करेगा.
भारतीय प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी जी के नेतृत्व में यह भारतीय कूटनीति की एक बड़ी विजय है.
लेकिन आपको पता होना चाहिए, कि अगस्त माह में भारत और रूस के मध्य में ब्रिक्स शिखर सम्मेलन की तैयारी करने के लिए दिल्ली में आपसी बातचीत हुई थी.
इस बात में कोई संदेह नहीं है, कि रूस के सहयोग के बिना भारत यह सफलता हासिल नहीं कर सकता था.
एक सीमा तक विश्वास के साथ आप कह सकते हैं, कि ब्रिक्स शिखर सम्मेलन के दौरान चीन अलग-थलग पड़ गया, और चीन के पास इसके अलावा कोई रास्ता नहीं था, कि वह भारत की मांग के अनुसार पाकिस्तान के आतंकवादी संगठनों के नामों को शिखर सम्मेलन की घोषणा पत्र में शामिल होने दे. ऐसा लगता है कि इस बार भारत की इस मांग का रूस ने समर्थन किया होगा.
इसलिए हमें रूस के नेतृत्व को भी धन्यवाद देने की जरूरत है कि उन्होंने पिछले वर्ष के ब्रिक्स शिखर सम्मेलन की अपनी गलती को इस साल के शिखर सम्मेलन में सुधार लिया.
अंत में हम यह कह सकते हैं, कि मोदी जी उस राह पर तेजी से आगे बढ़ रहे हैं, जिससे आगे आने वाले समय में दुनिया में पाकिस्तान पूरी तरह से अलग-थलग पड़ जाएगा.
अब आगे आने वाले समय में पाकिस्तान के लिए भारत के खिलाफ  किसी भी आतंकवादी घटना को अंजाम देना बहुत मुश्किल हो जाएगा.
पाकिस्तान के आतंकवादी संगठन ब्रिक्स शिखर सम्मेलन के घोषणा पत्र में शामिल हो गए हैं, इसलिए इन आतंकवादी संगठनों के पीछे खड़े पाकिस्तान का समर्थन करके चीन अपने आप को दुनिया के सामने विचित्र स्थिति में नहीं डालेगा.

You know about the major Indian Diplomatic Win in getting Pakistan sponsored Terrorist organizations included in the BRICKS summit declaration.

Having been publicly exposed by America for its duplicity, Pakistan was very proud of its all weather friend China, assuming it will continue to ensure that Pakistan's global isolation is NOT complete.

Importantly given that China is host country, BRICKS summit declaration will force Pakistan to rethink if it can continue to sponsor terrorists against India and be sure of Chinese diplomatic cover fire.


This achievement is rather sweet, because last year China successfully shot down Indian proposal to include the same terrorist organizations in the BRICKS summit declaration.

In simple words, it was Indian defeat on Indian Soil.
With this years BRICKS summit declaration, India has aptly returned the favor by defeating china on its on soil.

No wonder Chinese leadership is being criticized in their own country, to the extent that Chinese analysts are not able to figure out, how did they let this happen.

This summit declaration must have sent  cold sock waves in Pakistan and will create rift in between China and Pakistan.

Rather than regretting about Chinese failure, China should better make Pakistan understand that China is no longer there to cover up its terrorist sponsorship schemes.

This is certainly another win for Indian diplomacy under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

However, In the month of August, India held discussions with Russia in recent BRICKS preparatory meetings in New Delhi.

Lets be clear, Without Russian active support, India could not have achieved this feat.
With certain degree of confidence, you can conclude,  Being isolated in this BRICKS summit, China has no other way but to concede to Indian just demand, which was supported by Russia.

Hence, Thanks should be passed across to Russian leadership for correcting the mistake, they have committed in last year's BRICKS summit in India.

In the end, Modi is well on his path to ensure the complete global isolation of Pakistan in near future.

Now on wards, It would be more difficult for Pakistan to perpetrate any terrorist acts against India.
because, it can not even count on China because after getting these terrorist organization included in the BRICKS summit declaration, China will not globally embarrass itself by supporting Pakistan.
