आइए अब हम आज के विषय के बारे में बात करते हैं.

2016 तक भारत के पास सो से लेकर 120 परमाणु हथियार थे, इसकी तुलना में पाकिस्तान के पास 110, से लेकर 130 परमाणु हथियार थे. इसके बाद पाकिस्तान ने तेज गति से परमाणु हथियारों का निर्माण करके अपने पास 140 परमाणु हथियारों का जखीरा इकट्ठा कर लिया है.
परमाणु हथियारों के अलावा उसने इन हथियारों को इस्तेमाल करने के लिए हर तरह की मिसाइल भी बना ली है, जिससे वह किसी भी तरह का परमाणु हमला कर सकता है. इससे आगे बढ़ते हुए Wion में ऐसी खबर छपी है, कि पाकिस्तान ने जमीन के अंदर परमाणु हथियारों को सुरक्षित रखने के लिए सुरंगों का निर्माण कर लिया है. यह सुरंगे एक दूसरे से जुड़ी हुई हैं, इनकी ऊंचाई 10 मीटर है, और चौड़ाई 20 मीटर है, हर सुरंग में घुसने और निकलने के लिए अलग अलग रास्ता बनाया हुआ है. यह सभी सुरंगे चौड़ी सड़क से भी जुड़ी हुई हैं, ताकि तेजी से इनके अंदर आने और बाहर जाने में सुविधा बनी रहे. ऐसी हर एक सुरंग 12, से लेकर 24 परमाणु हथियारों को सुरक्षित रूप से अपने अंदर रख सकती है.

Wion  के अनुसार इन सुरंगों का निर्माण Mianwali में किया जा रहा है, जो भारत की राजधानी दिल्ली से 750 किलोमीटर की दूरी पर स्थित है.
अब सवाल यह उठता है, कि परमाणु हथियारों की सुरक्षा करने के लिए पाकिस्तान आखिर इन सुरंगों का निर्माण क्यों कर रहा है?
पाकिस्तान का यह कदम इस बात को सिद्ध करता है, की पाकिस्तान को भारत की तरफ से Splendid Nuclear Strike  होने का खतरा है. अगर आप Splendid Nuclear Strike के बारे में और अधिक जानना चाहते हैं, तो हमारे इस वीडियो को देख सकते हैं.
अगर कभी भी पाकिस्तान की ओर से परमाणु हमले का खतरा होगा, तो इस रणनीति के तहत भारत अचानक से हमला करके पाकिस्तान के सारे परमाणु हथियारों को जल्दी से नष्ट कर देगा. अब जबकि पाकिस्तान ने अपने परमाणु हथियार सुरंगों में छुपा दिए हैं, तो भारत की पारंपरिक मिसाइल इन सुरंगों को भेदकर, परमाणु हथियारों को नष्ट नहीं कर पाएंगे. ऐसा नहीं है, की सुरंगों के अंदर छुपे हुए परमाणु हथियारों को नष्ट करने का कोई तरीका नहीं है.
भूकंप बम जैसी भी एक चीज होती है, इस बम को बहुत ऊंचाई से गिराया जाता है, जिससे यह बहुत तेजी से जमीन से टकराता है, और जमीन के अंदर घुसकर बहुत बड़ा धमाका कर देता है, जिस से जमीन फट जाती है, और कपकपाने लगती है, इस प्रकार से जो भूकंप आता है उसके कारण जमीन के अंदर बनी हुई सुरंग पूरी तरह से टूट जाती हैं. ऐसा कर पाना पारंपरिक हथियारों से संभव नहीं है. इस तरह के भूकंप बम का इस्तेमाल दूसरे विश्व युद्ध में बड़े पैमाने पर किया गया था.
Nuclear Bunker Buster दूसरा विकल्प है, यह जमीन और पत्थर को भेदकर जमीन के अंदर परमाणु बम का विस्फोट कर देता है, जिससे जमीन के अंदर छुपे हुए लक्ष्य का विनाश हो जाता है.
आपको याद होगा कि इसी साल अमेरिका ने अफगानिस्तान में Mother of All bombs को गिराया था, जिसका उद्देश्य गुफाओं और सुरंगों में छुपे हुए आतंकवादियों को मारना था.
इसलिए इस तरह के विकल्प मौजूद हैं, जिससे पाकिस्तान की गुफाओं में छुपे हुए परमाणु हथियारों को Splendid Nuclear Strike करके नष्ट किया जा सकता है. लेकिन यह बात भी सत्य है, कि इन सुरंगों का निर्माण हो जाने के बाद ऐसा कर पाना मुश्किल हो गया है.
कष्ट देने वाली बात यह है, कि जहां तक हमने पाया है, भारत के पास अभी ऐसा कोई वैकल्पिक हथियार  मौजूद नहीं है.
 इस से भी अधिक परेशान करने वाली बात यह है, कि भारत अभी भी परमाणु हथियारों का पहले उपयोग न करने की अपने नीति पर डटा हुआ है.
जबकि पाकिस्तान ने तो यह भी तय मान लिया है कि भविष्य में भारत उसके ऊपर Splendid Nuclear Strike कर सकता है, और उसने इस तरह की Strike से निपटने के लिए तैयारी करना भी चालू कर दिया है.
इसलिए हम भारतीय इस बात को माने या ना माने, परमाणु हथियारों के खेल में पाकिस्तान हमसे आगे निकल चुका है. ऐसा लगता है, कि परमाणु हथियारों का पहले उपयोग न करने की नीति के पीछे भारत उदासीन हो चुका है, और यह बड़ी ही दयनीय हालत दर्शाता है.
जहां तक पाकिस्तान का सवाल है, भारत को यह बात सुनिश्चित करनी होगी, कि दोनों देशों के बीच परमाणु शक्ति संतुलन बना रहे. नहीं तो 1 दिन ऐसा आएगा, जब पाकिस्तान की धमकियों से डर कर भारत को झुकना पड़ेगा. प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी जी के नेतृत्व में हमें अपेक्षा है, कि भारत परमाणु नीति के क्षेत्र में सक्रिय होकर काम करेगा.

Till 2016, In comparisons to Indian 100 to 120 Nuclear warheads, Pakistan had 110 to 130 nuclear warheads.

Yes, With faster rate, Pakistan is building nuclear stockpile. They  are reported to have already built a stock of 140 nuclear warheads.

Besides Nuclear weapons, it has developed full range of missile delivery systems to launch all kinds of nuclear attack.

Going a step ahead, Today, there was report published by Wion says Pakistan is building underground tunnels to store its nuclear weapons and launchers.

These interconnected tunnels are 10 meters in height and 10 meters in width. Each tunnel is having separate entry and exit gates.
These are connected with wide roads to allow smooth transportation of Nuclear weapons and launchers.

Each of these tunnels can store 12 to 24 Nuclear weapons.

As per the Wion report, the tunnels are being dug in Mianwali which is just 750 Kilometer away from India's capital New Delhi.

Now the question comes, why is Pakistan building underground tunnels to store nuclear weapons and launchers.

This basically confirms, that Pakistan has accepted, there is real threat of Indian Splendid Nuclear Strike.

If there is threat of Imminent nuclear attack from Pakistan, Until today, India was having an option to launch comprehensive counter force strike, that attempts to completely disarm Pakistan of its nuclear weapons by destroying all nuclear weapons in very short period of time.

With These weapons stored in deep and strong tunnels, conventional Indian missile system may not be able to penetrate in side the ground to destroy the stored nuclear weapons.

Its not that, there is no option to destroy the weapons stored insides tunnels.

There is something called Earth Quake Bomb, which is dropped from high altitude to attain very high speed as it falls and upon impact, penetrates and explodes deep underground, causing massive caverns or craters as well as intense shock waves. In this way, the seismic bomb can affect targets that are too massive to be affected by a conventional bomb, as well as damage or destroy underground tunnels. Such bombs were extensively used during World War II.

Another option is using Nuclear Bunker Buster, which can penetrate soil and rocks to deliver nuclear warhead to an underground target.

You can recall, This year only America dropped Mother of All bombs in Afghanistan because it wanted to kill the terrorist hiding in Caves and Tunnels.

Hence, the idea is, there are still options to destroy Pakistan's nuclear weapons stored in tunnels in Splendid Nuclear Strike. But yes, now it has become more difficult to destroy them.

Unfortunately, As far as we could research, India seems to have neither of these weapons to penetrate Pakistan's Tunnels.

Rather alarming question is, while India continued to stick to its No First Use policy, Pakistan has already taken it for granted that India can conduct Splendid Nuclear Strike, and it has already started preparation to meet the challenge.

Hence, whether we Indians accept or reject, Pakistan looks to be way ahead of us at least in Nuclear game.

India looks to be complacent with No First Use policy and this is sad state of affairs.

With respect to Pakistan, India must keep nuclear power in balance, else one day we should be ready to succumb to Nuclear threats from Pakistan. Under the leadership of PM Modi, We frankly expect more proactive Indian nuclear policy.
