Should India Expect America winning Afghan War against Pakistan??

In last fifteen years, Having provided $33 Billion in aid to Pakistan. Now, American administration is considering to deny aid worth $255 Million to Pakistan.
This consideration is motivated by the fact that Pakistan has steadfastly declined to provide Americans access to the Haqqani network linked abductor, who was arrested when Pakistani forces freed a Canadian american family in October this year.
Hence, you may understand, this withholding of aid is kind of bargaining chip against Pakistan.
But its very unlikely that Pakistan will succumb to american pressure this time around for small amount of $255 Million.
That's where, we all have heard one suggestion that America should strip Pakistan of the status of Non Nato ally. Thus depriving Pakistan of access to Military equipment could be more punitive.
But more than anyone else, Pakistan understands very well and exploited the American over dependence.
In order to resupply its forces in Afghanistan, America could have taken advantage of three routes.
Number one - Taken help from countries dominated by Russia, or Northern Distribution Route.
Number two - Cha bahar Port of Iran
Number three- Karachi Port of Pakistan.
You can easily figure out, America cannot use first and second option due to hostile relationship with both Russia and Iran.
Yes friends, Pakistan is not American friend out of choice, but out of compulsion.
The result is, last two American presidents have miserably failed in Afghanistan, and third is on the path to certain failure.
There was hope for America to utilize Cha bahar port in future, but given Nuclear Agreement with Iran is itself in danger, there is effectively no possibility for America to use Iranian transit route even for non lethal goods transport. American are more interested in burning the bridge right now.
If America wants to bring about the real change in Pakistani attitude, it must reduce its over dependence on Pakistan. Therefore First America needs to change the fundamental assumptions of its foreign policy.
As long as America has bad relationship with both Russia and Iran, it has to live at the mercy of Pakistan.
Till then, regardless the public posture of American presidents, there will effectively be no change on the ground.
However With this strategy, America can only delay its defeat in Afghanistan.
Sooner or later, America will have to stop issuing threats to Pakistan and make sensible efforts to find alternative supply routes to Afghanistan.
America can stop aid worth few millions to Pakistan right now. But China is flooding Pakistan with Billions right now. So why Pakistan will even care about these American weak threats.
Credit must be given to Pakistan for being successful in exploiting the most powerful nation on the earth.
So far as India is concerned, we need to stop expecting any american step, which will force Pakistan to mend its way.
Rather, there is no such American tactical step which can do that. Lets wait and see how much time America needs to realize that it needs to fundamentally change its own strategy, before expecting any change in Pakistani policy.
