इस वर्ष 15 जनवरी के आर्मी डे के ठीक पहले, भारतीय सेना अध्यक्ष ने बड़े ही साफ शब्दों में कहा, अगर उनसे कहा जाएगा तो, पाकिस्तान के परमाणु हथियारों से डरे बिना, वह सीमा पार करके पाकिस्तान की सेना को मुंहतोड़ जवाब दे सकेंगे. भारतीय सेना अध्यक्ष के आत्मविश्वास से परिपूर्ण इस वक्तव्य को सुनकर, पाकिस्तान के विदेश मंत्री ने ट्वीट किया है, कि भारतीय सेना अध्यक्ष का ऐसा कहना गैरजिम्मेदाराना है. अगर भारतीय सेना अध्यक्ष का यह वक्तव्य पाकिस्तान को स्वीकार्य नहीं है, तो हम यह पूछना चाहते हैं, कि वह भारतीय सेनाध्यक्ष से क्या सुनने की अपेक्षा रखते हैं. क्या वह यह अपेक्षा करते हैं, कि भारतीय सेना अध्यक्ष पाकिस्तान के परमाणु हथियारों से डरकर, सीमा के पार जाकर पाकिस्तान की जमीन पर आक्रमण करने में अपनी असमर्थता प्रकट करे. अगर उनको ऐसी आशा है, तो वह ट्विटर पर जाकर युद्ध लड़ सकते हैं. एक बहुत लंबे समय तक पाकिस्तान ने लगातार भारत को परमाणु युद्ध की धमकी दी है. दुर्भाग्यवश भारतीय शासन हमेशा से गैरजिम्मेदाराना पड़ोसी के द्वारा परमाणु हथियारों से लड़ाई लड़ने के डर के दबाव में आकर निर्णय लिया करते थे. जहां तक भारतीय सेना अध्यक्ष के वक्तव्य का सवाल है, हमने वर्ष 2016 में सर्जिकल स्ट्राइक करके पहले ही सिद्ध कर दिया है, कि पाकिस्तान की परमाणु युद्ध की धमकी खो खली है. यह वही पाकिस्तान है, जो सर्जिकल स्ट्राइक के पहले हर दिन भारत को धमकी दिया करता था, कि यदि भारतीय सेना ने लाइन ऑफ कंट्रोल को पार किया, तो वह जवाब में भारत पर परमाणु हथियार से हमला करेगा. भारतीय सेना ने सीमा के अंदर घुसकर जबरदस्त सर्जिकल Strikes की, लेकिन सर्जिकल स्ट्राइक के अस्तित्व को झुठलाने के अलावा, पाकिस्तान कुछ भी नहीं कर पाया. पाकिस्तान के बारे में सच बात यह है, यह एक ऐसा देश है, जिसे अपने आप को उल्लू बनाने की आदत लग चुकी है. परमाणु हथियारों से युद्ध नहीं लड़ा जाता, भारत की बात छोड़ दें, अब तो America ने भी पाकिस्तान की परमाणु धमकियों पर विश्वास करना छोड़ दिया है. हमें तो पाकिस्तान की परमाणु युद्ध की धमकियों को सुनने की आदत पड़ चुकी है, भारतीय सेनाएं हमेशा से पाकिस्तान की इस परमाणु युद्ध की चुनौती का सामना करने के लिए तैयार हैं. अब तो बस उन्होंने साफ शब्दों में अपने विचारों और विश्वास को प्रकट करना शुरू कर दिया है. स्वाभाविक है, पाकिस्तान को भारतीय सेना का यह बदला हुआ व्यवहार पचाने में दिक्कत आ रही है. लेकिन वह जितनी जल्दी यह बात समझ जाएं, उनके लिए उतना ही अच्छा होगा, अब तो भारतीय बच्चों को भी पाकिस्तान की परमाणु युद्ध की खोखली धमकियों से डर नहीं लगता है. इससे एक कदम आगे बढ़ते हुए हम तो यह कहना चाहते हैं, कि भारत आत्मविश्वास के साथ मजबूत धरातल पर खड़ा हुआ है. हाल के कुछ वर्षों में, हमने Ballistic Missile Defense program के क्षेत्र में खासी प्रगति की है. भारतीय interceptor missiles के बारे में पाकिस्तान सिर्फ परेशान हो सकता है, चाहे पाकिस्तान की लंबी दूरी या छोटी दूरी की परमाणु हथियार ले जाने वाली Ballistic Missile हो, उसको भारतीय वायु क्षेत्र में प्रवेश करने के पहले ही नष्ट कर दिया जाएगा. Twitter पर रोते रहने के बजाए, अच्छा होगा पाकिस्तान Ballistic Missile Defense system की भीक, चीन से मांगे. यह आत्मविश्वास से परिपूर्ण नया भारत है, पाकिस्तान के लिए अच्छा होगा, कि वह भारत के इस व्यवहार का सामना करने की आदत डाल ले. आपके विचार से, क्या भारत पाकिस्तान युद्ध में, पाकिस्तान परमाणु हथियारों का इस्तेमाल भारत के खिलाफ कर सकता है?

In the run up to Army Day on 15 January, Indian Army Chief has clearly said that if given a task, Indian army is ready to cross the border without any fear of Pakistani Nuclear weapons.



In response to  such statement filled with self confidence, Pakistani foreign minister remarked that its very irresponsible statement from Indian Army chief.



If this statement is not acceptable to them. let us ask, what does he expect Indian army chief to say?



Does he expect Indian army chief to say that we cannot conduct operations deep inside Pakistani territory, because we are scared of their nuclear weapons? If they have such expectations, they can continue to fight war on twitter.



For a unusually very long period of time, Pakistan has been threatening India with Nuclear war. Unfortunately, Indian establishment has always made policy choices fearing the possibility of nuclear retaliation from reckless neighbor in the west.



As far as statement of Indian Army chief is concerned, we have already called Pakistan nuclear bluff during Surgical strikes in the year 2016.



This is the same Pakistan, which used to daily threaten India with Nuclear response if Indian forces decided to cross the line of control.



Indian forces deliver multiple blows on their face, and Pakistan could not do anything else except denying the surgical strikes.



This is truth about a nation, which has developed habit of fooling itself.

Nuclear weapons are not meant for fighting a war.  Leave India aside , even America has stopped believing in Pakistan's nuclear threats.



Rather We are habitual of Pakistani nuclear threats. Indian armed forces have always been prepared to meet such challenges. Its only now, they have started articulation of their views in public.



Of course for Pakistan, its little difficult to assimilate such statement.  But the sooner they realize, the better it will be for them, even Indian kids are not afraid of Pakistan's nuclear empty threats.



Going a step further, our self confidence is not without any solid basis, We have made significant progress in Ballistic Missile Defense program.



Pakistan can only crib about Indian interceptor missiles. Whatever long and short range nuclear capable ballistic missiles Pakistan has developed will be destroyed, even before entering in Indian air space.



Rather than crying on twitter, it will be good for Pakistan to beg China for such missile defense system.



This is new India filled with self confidence, it would be better if Pakistan gets adapted to it soon.
