इस सप्ताह ट्रंप प्रशासन ने औपचारिक तौर पर पाकिस्तान को सुरक्षा सहायता ना देने का निर्णय लिया, लेकिन उन्होंने यह नहीं बताया कि कितने धन की आर्थिक सहायता रोकी जा रही है. हालांकि यह पता करना कोई बड़ा कठिन काम नहीं है, फिर भी उन्होंने औपचारिक तौर पर यह ना बताने का निर्णय लिया. 1 बिलियन डॉलर या 2 बिलियन डॉलर धन रोके जाने की जो बात आपने सुनी है, वह केवल अनौपचारिक स्रोतों से पता चली है. दोस्तों यह केवल अनुमान मात्र है.हम यह बात कहना चाह रहे हैं, कितना धन रोका जा रहा है, यह महत्वपूर्ण ही नहीं है. क्योंकि अमेरिका यह बात अच्छे से समझता है, कि यह केवल पाकिस्तान के साथ एक मोल भाव करने का नया तरीका है. इस बात में कोई आश्चर्य नहीं है, ट्रंप प्रशासन ने साथ ही यह भी कह दिया, कि जरूरत पड़ने पर वह पाकिस्तान को धन देने का निर्णय भी ले सकते हैं. जैसा कि हमने इस वीडियो में दिखाया है, पाकिस्तान अमेरिका का स्वभाविक और पसंदीदा मित्र नहीं है, यह तो मजबूरी की मित्रता है. और पाकिस्तान के लोग यह बात बड़े अच्छे से समझते हैं.

राष्ट्रपति ट्रंप ने अफगानिस्तान में और अधिक सैनिक तैनात करने का निर्णय लिया है, साथ ही वह अफगानिस्तान में अपने ऑपरेशंस को भी बढ़ाना चाहते हैं. लेकिन अगर उनके पास अफगानिस्तान तक पहुंचने का कोई विश्वसनीय वैकल्पिक रास्ता नहीं है, तो बड़ी आसानी से यह पता लगाया जा सकता है, कि अमेरिकी सेना अफगानिस्तान में कितने दिनों तक तैनात रह सकती हैं. अगर पाकिस्तान ने रास्ता रोक दिया तो अमेरिका अफगानिस्तान में कुछ भी नहीं कर पाएगा. चाबहार बंदरगाह से होता हुआ रास्ता तो विकल्प हो ही नहीं सकता. और अगर रूस सहयोग देता भी है, तो भी कराची बंदरगाह से गुजरने वाले रास्ते की तुलना में, मध्य एशिया से गुजरने वाले रास्ते से यातायात करना बड़ा महंगा पड़ता है.

दोस्तों, अफगानिस्तान में अमेरिकी सैनिक कब तक तैनात रखना है, इसका निर्णय करने के लिए ,यद्यपि राष्ट्रपति ट्रंप ने condition based approach अपनाई है. लेकिन बड़ा सवाल है, अपनी शर्तों को पूरा होता हुआ देखने के लिए, अमेरिका कितने समय तक के लिए इंतजार कर सकता है. इसलिए अफगानिस्तान में जमीन पर बैठा हुआ हर आदमी समझता है, अमेरिकी सैनिक एक ना एक दिन अफगानिस्तान से पीछे हट जाएंगे. अब आप बताइए, पाकिस्तान अफगानिस्तान में अपने हितों के खिलाफ काम क्यों करेगा, जबकि वह यह जानता है, कि राष्ट्रपति ट्रंप केवल अपनी घरेलू जनता को खुश करने की कोशिश कर रहे हैं. और वह सिर्फ यह दिखाना चाहते हैं, वह कुछ ना कुछ कर जरुर रहे है. एक बात तो हो सकती है, पाकिस्तान कुर्बानी के बकरे अमेरिका को सौंप देगा, ट्रंप प्रशासन उन्हें अपनी सफलता बताते हुए अगले चुनाव में लड़ सकता है. दोस्तों यह पहली बार नहीं है, जब अमेरिका ने अपनी आर्थिक सहायता पाकिस्तान के लिए रोकी है. पाकिस्तान के रूप में अमेरिका को एक ऐसा दोस्त मिला है, जिसने उस आदमी को मारने में भी अमेरिका की सहायता नहीं की, जो उन सभी समस्याओं का जिम्मेदार है, जिनके दलदल में अमेरिका आज फंसा हुआ है. इसलिए यह अपेक्षा करना मूर्खता होगी, कि अमेरिका के द्वारा सांकेतिक आर्थिक सहायता रोके जाने के बदले, पाकिस्तान अमेरिका की ठोस तरीके से सहायता करेगा.

जहां तक भारत का सवाल है, जब भी पाकिस्तान के खिलाफ कुछ भी कहा जाता है, तो हमें अच्छा लगता है. लेकिन भूतकाल ने हमें सिखाया है, कि हमें ऐसा बहुत थोड़े समय के लिए ही लगा है. अच्छी बात यह है, कि अमेरिकी लोगों की तरह हमें जल्दी से भूल जाने की आदत नहीं है. इसलिए दोस्तों, अमेरिका और पाकिस्तान के बीच सार्वजनिक तौर पर गुस्से से भरा वाद विवाद चल रहा है, वह उन दो यात्रियों के बीच के बर्ताव के समान है, जो ऐसी ट्रेन में सवार हो गए हैं, जिसको ऐसी जगह जाना है, जहां पर यह दोनों यात्री नहीं पहुंचना चाहते.

In this week, when Trump administration formally announced a freeze on security aid to Pakistan, curiously enough they didn't put a numerical number for this aid cut.



Though its mathematically very easy to arrive at how much fund flow is being cut off, yet they chose not to provide formal number.



Whatever number $1 Billion or $2 Billion aid cut that you are aware of, have been provided by anonymous sources. Basically, its pure guess work.



The point, we are trying to make is, Why should America waste efforts to put a number when they know its just another negotiation tactic.



No wonder, Trump administration has clearly stated, they can release fund on case to case basis.



As we have shown in this video, Pakistan is not the american friend by choice, but by compulsion, And People in Pakistan knows this very well.


Trump stationed more troops in Afghanistan, he also wants to intensify the operations. Without the viable alternative supply routes, it will be pure mathematics to determine how long american forces can stay in Afghanistan, leave aside the aim of conducting any operation.





Cha bahar route can be easily eliminated, even if Russia cooperates for route via central Asia, this route is costlier than route via Karachi port.



Friends, though president trump has adopted condition based approach to determine the troops withdrawal from Afghanistan. yet the bigger question is how long American administration can afford to wait for those conditions to be met.



That's where,every one on the reality ground knows with sense of surety that one day, American troops will eventually withdraw.



Now you tell why Pakistan will work against its perceived core interests in Afghanistan just because president trump wants to please his domestic audience by showing as if he is doing something.



One thing can happen, few Pakistan offered sacrificial lambs will be touted as success, or face saver for trump administration in next election.



Friends, This was not the first time american aids were cut. When you have a friend, who didn't help you in  killing the very person, who was responsible for all the mess America is in today. it's foolish to expect that Pakistan will substantially help america , because of barely symbolic aid cut.



So far as we Indians are concerned, though it sounds very pleasing when something is said against Pakistan, but past has clearly told us, such pleasant situation was only short lived.



Thankfully Unlike Americans we have memory. So friends,  this public display of anger in between America and Pakistan is nothing but a heated argument in between two persons, who are boarded in a train with the destination where none of them wants to go.
