हमारे हाल ही के एक वीडियो में, हमने इस बात की चर्चा की थी, पाकिस्तान रूस से मिसाइल डिफेंस सिस्टम, सुखोई 35 लड़ाकू विमान और T 90 टैंक खरीदने के लिए बातचीत कर रहा है.

हम में से कई लोगों का यह सोचना सही है, कि पाकिस्तान की मौजूदा खस्ता आर्थिक हालत उसे आधुनिक और महंगे रक्षा हथियार खरीदने से रोकती है.
लेकिन हम सभी को यह नहीं भूलना चाहिए, कि पाकिस्तान की सोच क्या है?
पाकिस्तान के भूतपूर्व राष्ट्रपति और प्रधानमंत्री जुल्फिकार अली भुट्टो ने कहा था. कि हम घास की रोटी खा सकते हैं, भूखे भी रह सकते हैं, लेकिन अपना खुद का परमाणु बम बनाने के अलावा हमारे पास कोई विकल्प नहीं है.
सामान्य अर्थशास्त्र के नियमों के अनुसार पाकिस्तान निर्णय नहीं करता है.
आप जानते हैं, अगर पाकिस्तान के पास आर्थिक और तार्किक बुद्धि से सोचने की क्षमता होती, तो पिछले 70 सालों से उसने कश्मीर के लिए युद्ध नहीं लड़ा होता.
वैसे भी हम इस बात की ओर आपका ध्यान आकर्षित करना चाह रहे हैं, पाकिस्तान के रक्षा मंत्री झूठे वक्तव्य जारी कर सकते हैं, लेकिन अभी तक रूस की तरफ से आधिकारिक तौर पर इन वक्तव्यों का खंडन नहीं किया गया है.
हम में से कोई भी ऐसा नहीं होगा, जो इस बात से इंकार करेगा, कि हाल के कुछ वर्षों में रूस और पाकिस्तान एक दूसरे के बहुत करीब आ चुके हैं.
जब रूस तालिबान को हथियार दे सकता है, तो इस बात में कोई आश्चर्य नहीं है, कि अब अफगानिस्तान में पाकिस्तान और रूस के सामरिक लक्ष्य एक हो गए हैं.
सुविधा की दृष्टि से बनाए गए पाकिस्तान के साथ संबंधों को वैधता प्रदान करने के लिए, रूस और पाकिस्तान दोनों ने इस्लामिक स्टेट के खतरे को बढ़ा चढ़ाकर बताना चालू कर दिया है.
इस बड़े ही जटिल परिदृश्य में, अंग्रेजी के अखबार हिंदुस्तान टाइम्स में छपी खबर के अनुसार, भारत के राष्ट्रीय सुरक्षा सलाहकार इस सप्ताह रूस की यात्रा पर जाने वाले हैं.
यह आशा की जाती है, भारत के राष्ट्रीय सुरक्षा सलाहकार रूस को फिर से यह बताएंगे, कि भारत लगातार रूस के साथ दोस्ती बनाए रखने के लिए कटिबद्ध बना रहेगा.
जब तक रूस की पाकिस्तान के साथ मित्रता, भारत और रूस की मित्रता को प्रभावित नहीं कर रही है, तब तक किसी को कोई दिक्कत नहीं होनी चाहिए.
भारत में ऐसा कोई नहीं है, जो यह सोचता है, रूस के साथ मित्रता का टूट जाना भारत के लिए अच्छा होगा.
आजकल के उभरते हुए बहु ध्रुवीय विश्व में भारत और रूस की मित्रता का महत्व बढ़ता ही जा रहा है.
वास्तव में इस यात्रा के पहले , कल बुधवार को रूस के राष्ट्रपति पुतिन ने प्रधानमंत्री मोदी जी से भारत और रूस की सामरिक भागीदारी के ऊपर बातचीत की थी.
रूस और अमेरिका के मध्य तनाव के बीच, भारतीय राष्ट्रीय सुरक्षा सलाहकार की रूस की यात्रा का महत्व और अधिक बढ़ गया है.
आशा की जाती है, S 400, अकुला 2 पनडुब्बी जैसे महत्वपूर्ण रक्षा सौदों के ऊपर बातचीत में प्रगति के अलावा, आर्थिक व्यापार के क्षेत्र में रिश्तों को मजबूत बनाने के ऊपर ध्यान दिया जायेगा .

While Defense minister of Pakistan confirmed the existence of such negotiations.
There has been no official confirmation from Russian side about these talks.
That’s why we may tend to believe, that Pakistani Defense minister was just creating an illusion for the audience at home.
While many of us are right in believing, that current economic condition of Pakistan prevents it from buying very costly sophisticated weapons.
However we must never neglect the way Pakistan thinks.
As per Former president and Prime minister of Pakistan Zulfikar Ali Bhutto. "We will eat grass, even go hungry, but we will get our own atom bomb, we have no other choice."
The decisions of Pakistan are never governed by Logic of general economics.
You know, If Pakistan had the capability to think in terms of economics, it would not have fought for Kashmir for last 70 years.
Anyways, the Point, we want to highlight here is, if Pakistan defense minister is making false statement, why Russian side is not denying the very existence of any such defense negotiations.
Nevertheless, no one can deny the fact that Pakistan and Russia have come remarkably closer now.
When Russia can supply arms to Taliban, no Wonder, Now Pakistan and Russia share the strategic objectives in Afghanistan.
In order to legitimize this alliance of convenience, they seem to have created exaggerated enemy in the form of Islamic state.
In this complex background, As per report published in Hindustan times, Indian national Security Advisor is going to visit Russia this week.
It is expected, Indian NSA will once again reassure his Russian counterpart about Indian commitment toward Russian friendship.
As long as Russian friendship with Pakistan is not interfering in Russian friendship with India, there should not be any issue.
No one in India believes, that India will be in better position without friendship with Russia.
In the emerging multi polar world, the relevance of this bilateral relationship has only increased.
In fact, Before this visit, Yesterday Russian President held a phone call with Prime Minister Modi to discuss strategic partnership between Russia and India.
Amid rising possibility of direct confrontation in between Russia and United States, Russian visit of Indian NSA holds increasing significance.
Hopefully, besides making progress on S400 and Akula 2 submarine defense deals, India and Russia can look for strengthening economic and trade relationship as well.
