अमेरिकी वित्त वर्ष 2017 में, अमेरिका को चीन के साथ द्विपक्षीय व्यापार में 375 बिलियन डॉलर का घाटा हुआ. 



भारतीय वित्त वर्ष 2017 में, भारत को चीन के साथ द्विपक्षीय व्यापार में 51 बिलियन डॉलर का घाटा हुआ. 



जैसा कि हम कोई बड़े अर्थशास्त्री नहीं हैं, लेकिन जहां तक हम समझ सकते हैं, अपने पड़ोसी को भिखारी बनाने की चीन की नीति के कारण, दुनिया की नंबर 1 आर्थिक शक्ति अमेरिका को परेशानी का सामना करना पड़ रहा है. 



तो इस बात में कोई संदेह नहीं होना चाहिए, कि चीन की इस नीति के कारण हमें भी परेशानी का सामना करना पड़ेगा. 



अमेरिका के साथ तेज होते हुए व्यापारिक युद्ध के दौरान, अपने लिए एक बीमा योजना के तहत, चीन भारत जैसे दुनिया के बड़े बाजारों के साथ अच्छे संबंध स्थापित करने की कोशिश कर रहा है. 



लेकिन हमें यह बात नहीं भूलना चाहिए, चीन ने अभी तक भारतीय कंपनियों को अपने बाजार तक व्यापक पहुंच नहीं दी है. 

वास्तव में, पिछले महीने की जॉइंट इकनोमिक ग्रुप मीटिंग के बाद, संयुक्त वक्तव्य जारी नहीं किया जा सका, क्योंकि चीन भारत के साथ प्रभाव पूर्ण तरीके से विशाल 51 बिलियन डॉलर के व्यापारिक घाटे को कम करने के लिए तैयार नहीं हो रहा था. 



ऐसा नहीं है, चीन को निर्यात करने के लिए हमारे पास कुछ भी नहीं है. वास्तविकता यह है, भारत को भिखारी बनाने की नीति के अनुसार, चीन भारत से अधिक मात्रा में आयात नहीं  करना चाहता है. 



यदि चीन पाकिस्तान मालदीव नेपाल और श्रीलंका में पैसे फेंक रहा है, तो वास्तव में  परोक्ष रूप से चीन की इन गतिविधियों के लिए धन भारत ही दे रहा है. 



उदाहरण के लिए, चीन पाकिस्तान इकोनॉमिक कॉरिडोर के सभी प्रोजेक्ट्स की कुल कीमत 60 बिलियन डॉलर है, सिर्फ पिछले वित्तीय वर्ष में भारत ने व्यापार घाटे के रूप में चीन को 50 बिलियन डॉलर दिए हैं. 



कोई आश्चर्य की बात नहीं है, भारत के सभी पड़ोसी देशों को, चीन के पैसों से प्यार होने लगा है. 



इस प्रकार हमने एक भस्मासुर का विकास किया है, जिसे अब हम खुद संभाल नहीं पा रहे हैं. 



जब अमेरिका ने चीन के साथ व्यापारिक युद्ध चालू कर दिया है, तो हम चीन की बीमा योजना का हिस्सा नहीं बन सकते हैं. 



जहां तक हम समझते हैं, इस व्यापार युद्ध के दौरान हमें किनारे पर नहीं बैठना चाहिए. 



बल्कि आक्रामकता के साथ हमें अपनी भूमिका अदा करना चाहिए. और चीन के साथ मजबूती से मोल भाव करना चाहिए. 



टूटी हुई वर्तमान व्यवस्था ने चीन को बहुत अधिक लाभ पहुंचाया है. वक्त आ गया है, अब इस व्यवस्था को बदल देना चाहिए. 



वास्तव में यह व्यापारिक युद्ध  बहुत लंबे समय तक नहीं चलने वाला है. कुछ और चालों के लिए, अमेरिका के नहले पर चीन दहला मारेगा. लेकिन कुछ समय के बाद आपसी बातचीत और मोल भाव के द्वारा नई व्यवस्था का निर्माण कर दिया जाएगा. 



कुछ महीनों पहले, अगर भारत ने चीन के साथ व्यापारिक युद्ध चालू किया होता, तो चीन पर कोई प्रभाव नहीं पड़ता. 

लेकिन अपनी कंपनियों को चीन के बाजार तक पहुंच ना देने के कारण, यदि  भारत अब  चीन  के खिलाफ कोई कार्यवाही करता है, तो यह कार्यवाही निश्चित रूप से चीन को बड़ा कष्ट देगी. 



हम सभी चीन के साथ दोस्ताना संबंध रखना चाहते हैं, लेकिन अपने पड़ोसी को भिखारी बनाने की चीन की नीति को खत्म होना होगा.

In the fiscal year 2017, America has $375 Billion trade deficit with China.







For the Indian fiscal year, India has got $51 Billion trade deficit with China.







While we are not an economist, as far as we understand, When top most economy in the world cannot survive Chinese "Make your neighbor Beggar" Policy, there should be no doubt that India can survive through it.







As part of its insurance policy, Amid intensifying trade war with America, China is looking for better relationship with other large markets such as India.







But we must not forget China has consistently failed to ease the access to Chinese markets to Indian companies.







In fact, after last month’s Joint Economic Group meeting, The joint statement could not be released only because china could not effectively address India's Massive $51 Billion Trade deficit concerns.







It is not that we have nothing to export to China, The problem is China doesn’t want to import from India, after all it's policy is to make India a beggar.







If China is throwing money in Pakistan, Maldives, Nepal and Sri Lanka, it’s we who are indirectly funding such Chinese acts.











For example, Total worth of China Pakistan Economic Corridor projects is 60 Billion dollars. In last year alone, we have given away 50 Billion Dollars to China.

No wonder, all of Indian neighbors have fallen in love with Chinese money.






That’s how, we have created the monster, we are not able to handle now.







When America is starting its trade war with China, we Indian must not become a part of insurance policy for China.







As far as we understand, we need not sit on the side lines in this trade war.







Rather We must aggressively play our part and bargain hard with China.







The current broken system has heavily benefitted China. Now it’s time to change it.







In fact, this trade war will not go till the very end, after few rounds of American moves and Chinese counter moves , Negotiations will pave the way for new  system.







Few months ago, if India had started trade war with china, it would not have mattered to China.







But Now, if India makes China face the consequences for not granting its market access to Indian firms, It will definitely hurt China.







We want to have good friendly relationship with China. But Chinese make your neighbor beggar policy should end.
