पाकिस्तान के रक्षा मंत्री अभी रूस की यात्रा पर गए हुए हैं. 



स्पुतनिक से बातचीत करते हुए उन्होंने कुछ बातों की पुष्टि की. 



पाकिस्तान ने रूस के साथ एस 400 मिसाइल डिफेंस सिस्टम को खरीदने के ऊपर बातचीत चालू कर दी है. 



हमारे कई दर्शकों ने पाकिस्तान की रूस के सुखोई 35 लड़ाकू विमान खरीदने की क्षमता के ऊपर सवाल उठाए थे. लेकिन उन्होंने इस बात की पुष्टि की, कि रूस और पाकिस्तान ने इस सौदे के संदर्भ में शुरुआती चरण की बातचीत कर ली है. आने वाले कुछ बरसों में दोनों देश इस संदर्भ में सहमति पर पहुंच जाएंगे. 



साथ ही रूस के टी 90 टैंक में रुचि दिखाते हुए, पाकिस्तान ने रूस से इन तीसरी पीढ़ी के टैंक को लंबे समय तक खरीदने के लिए अपनी रुचि दिखा दी है. आपको याद होगा, कि टी 90 टैंक भारतीय सेना का मुख्य टैंक है. 



इस प्रकार से सिद्ध हो जाता है, रूस और पाकिस्तान रक्षा क्षेत्र में सहयोग और अधिक बढ़ाने वाले हैं. और अब तो रूस एक ही प्रकार के उपकरण भारत और पाकिस्तान दोनों को ही बेचने के लिए तैयार दिखाई पड़ रहा है. 



इस प्रकार से रूस भारत के द्वारा खींची गई लक्ष्मण रेखा को पार करता हुआ दिख रहा है. 



 जैसा कि अब लग रहा है, पाकिस्तान में जो जगह अमेरिका ने खाली छोड़ी थी, वह रूस ने भर दी है. 



रूस की तरफ से मिला ऐसा मित्रतापूर्ण जवाब निश्चित करेगा, कि पाकिस्तान चीन के ऊपर जरूरत से अधिक निर्भर ना हो. 



लेकिन पहले की तरह, भारत और पाकिस्तान के सीधे तनाव के बीच रूस भारत का पक्ष नहीं लेगा, बल्कि वह तटस्थ रहने का निर्णय लेगा. हमें रूस के ऐसे व्यवहार के लिए तैयार रहना होगा. 



आप जानते हैं, पिछले साल जून महीने में भारत और पाकिस्तान दोनों शंघाई कोऑपरेशन आर्गेनाईजेशन  के सदस्य बने. 





जैसा कि यह संगठन सैन्य सहयोग, गुप्त सूचनाओं के आदान-प्रदान, और आतंकवाद से लड़ने के लिए आपसी सहयोग करता है. इसलिए वर्ष 2001 में  निर्माण के बाद से ही,इस संगठन के द्वारा संयुक्त सैन्य अभ्यास किए जा रहे हैं. 



इस साल जून के महीने में रूस के उराल पर्वतों में संयुक्त युद्धाभ्यास का आयोजन किया जाने वाला है. 





इसलिए पहली बार भारत चीन और पाकिस्तान की सेनाएं एक साथ बड़े ही जटिल युद्धाभ्यास में भाग लेने वाली हैं. 





भारतीय रक्षा मंत्री की पिछली रूस की यात्रा के दौरान इस संदर्भ में प्राथमिक निर्णय लिया गया. 



हालांकि भारत और पाकिस्तान के बीच द्विपक्षीय युद्धाभ्यास नहीं होता है, लेकिन इसका मतलब यह नहीं है, कि हम दोनों  देश कई देशों के साथ मिलकर संयुक्त युद्धाभ्यास में भाग ना ले. 



आप तो जानते हैं, भारत और पाकिस्तान के बीच क्रिकेट सीरीज नहीं होती है, लेकिन दोनों ही देश वर्ल्ड कप में भाग लेकर एक दूसरे को तगड़ा कंपटीशन देते हैं. 



इसी भावना के साथ, भारतीय सैन्य दल को विश्वास के साथ इस संयुक्त युद्धाभ्यास में भाग लेना चाहिए, और कई देशों के साथ मिलकर कॉन्प्लेक्स ऑपरेशन करने की कला में महारत हासिल करनी चाहिए.

Defense minister of Pakistan is right now on Russian visit.



While discussing with Sputnik , he confirmed below points.



Pakistan has started negotiations with Russia on buying S400 defense system.



Many of our viewers have raised question about capability of Pakistan buying Russian Sukhoi 35. However he in deed confirmed that Talks in this regard is in early stage, and in few years final agreement may be signed.



Showing interest in T 90 Tanks, Pakistan has offered long term commitment to buy Russian Third Generation battle tank. You may recall, that T90 Tank is Main Battle tank for India.



These three points once again confirm, that Russia is ready to engage more with Pakistan in defense area, to the extent that its now selling the same set of equipments to both India and Pakistan. This is certainly Russia crossing the red line drawn by India.



As it appears now, Whatever space left by Americans, is being occupied by Russians.

Such friendly Russian response will ensure that Pakistan doesn't become over dependent on China.



However, Unlike in the past, we should be ready to see Russia taking neutral position in case of direct confrontation in between India and Pakistan.





Anyways, We all know, last year in June India and Pakistan have become member states of Shanghai Cooperation Organisation.



Given this organization covers areas of Military cooperation, intelligence sharing and counter terrorism. After the creation of this organization in the year 2001, This organization has been conducting joint Military exercises.





This year, the joint military drill is scheduled to take place in Ural Mountains of Russia in the month of June



First time ever, the armies of India, China and Pakistan will participate in this complex military drill.



In the last Russian visit of Indian defense minister, the groundwork has been laid for this army drill.



India may not have bilateral military drill with Pakistan, but that doesn't mean, we abstain from multi nations army drill.



You know, India doesn't hold bilateral cricket series with Pakistan, but both nations participate in world cup, and give tough competition to each other.



In the same spirit, our military delegation should confidently participate in it, and hone the skills to conduct multi nation military operation.
