Hello Friends, welcome to Real Quick Info channel. Lets discuss our Original Real Quick Analysis.




Whenever we talk about India China trade relationship, We often hear that In Financial Year 2017, India has 51 Billion Dollar Trade deficit with China, and in Financial Year 2018, We have trade deficit of 62 Billion Dollar.



But today we will not limit ourselves to one or two years of India China trade. Because it tell us only limited half truth.



In this historical India China trade graph covering last 21 years, Red line shows Chinese Import to India and Blue line shows Indian export to China.



If your son or daughter is struggling to find a job after completing education, if your brother or sister lost job, if your friend continues to search job without any success, the answer lies in this graph.



As you can see here, India China trade was quite balanced before year 2004.



thereafter, UPA government came in to power, they got this great idea to make China the largest trading partner of India .



They considered it a very noble cause to achieve,  and China eventually became largest Indian trading partner in the financial year 2012, but with net Indian trade deficit.



Before China, America and United Arab Emirate used to be Indian largest trading partners, but with net Indian trade surplus.



Though every one knew about this, yet half hearted efforts have been made to reduce this trade deficit with China. The result is in last six years Indian trade deficit has gone up from 37 billion Dollar to 62 Billion Dollars.



Even if you disregard interest rate, and just add the Indian trade deficit with China, in last 21 years, Poor India lost whopping 435 Billion Dollars to rich China. 

This is the truth of Indian trade relationship with China, which no expert will tell you. While Indians happily buy cheap Chinese goods, China continue to rob India.



In fact, we don't blame Indian consumer for this sorry state. Its very obvious for any consumer to buy cheap goods.



Many of you suggest, that Indians should not buy Chinese goods, but now a days, if you go to market and you decides not to buy Chinese goods, you wont find alternative product at all.



During this onslaught of Chinese goods, Indian manufacturers have been forced to transform in to trader of Chinese goods.



Indian are busy in buying cheap goods, but the basic question is, how long you can continue to buy without earning money.



Because, these cheap Chinese goods are fundamental reason, why we have huge unemployment in India.



As per recent report of Parliamentary standing committee, 2 lakh Indians have lost jobs, Thanks to dumping of cheap Chinese solar panels in India.



You can blame Modi government, and change it in next election, That will not help you, unless you realize, that China is the root cause of rising unemployment in India.



If Modi government goes, another government will come, and foolishly continue to take pride in China as largest trading partner of India.



If Small Indian neighbors like Maldives, sri lanka and Nepal are harming Indian interests, its foolish to blame them. Its China and its rising economic and military power, which is attracting them, and China should be considered responsible here.



Now a days, many of our viewers are saying, we are taking side with America.

Lets talk about hard cold numbers. As you can see in below chart, Blue line presents Indian export to America and Red Line represents American import to India.



In last 21 years, leave aside year 2008, India used to have net trade surplus with America.



The credit for all this Indian IT revolution and Millions of young Indians being employed in IT companies, must to go to America.



Those experts, who tell us that Trade surplus doesn't create job and Trade deficit doesn't cause job loss, simply misrepresent the fact to make fool out of all of us.



Thanks to this trade surplus, if we don't even consider interest rate, In last 21 years, India got massive 189 Billion Dollar trade surplus from America and millions of IT jobs.



Now, you tell us, which country is Indian friend, China with 435 Billion Dollar Indian trade deficit, or America with 189 Billion Dollar Indian trade surplus.



When the bad time comes, person loses the ability to distinguish in between friend and foe. Therefore we can safely say, Indian bad time is going on. Having said that we take pride in taking side with America, only because trade with America has generated millions of jobs in India.



When Indian economy was opened in the year 1991, there was wide spread belief that America  would exploit Indian economy, but these numbers from Indian commerce ministry confirm, that India has been hugely benefited from American trade.



However, its China which has taken unfair advantage of Indian free trade, and the result is young  Indians are coming out of college, and roaming on street without any hope of getting job.



You would be surprised to know, many of our shameless Chinese friends slap us in the face by saying, that its natural for India to have trade deficit with China. because Indians don't produce anything, which Chinese can buy.



Now consider this, Chinese products are very easily registered by Indian Authorities, but Indian products have to suffer from delay and high fee to get registered by Chinese authorities.



The result is, Chinese goods find easy way to vast Indian market, but Indian goods are blocked at the entry point of Chinese market.



Problem is getting even worse, because due to increasing ease of doing business, GST implementation and other business friendly initiatives of Modi government, Chinese companies are taking clear advantage here.



Many experts say, that Chinese goods are cheap because its economy of scale. But these expert simply don't ask, from where China has gained this economy of scale.



Largest market in the world, America buys 85% of Chinese goods. The guaranteed excess to huge American market allowed China to build massive factories to produce cheap goods at largest scale.



So these experts should rather thank America for Cheap Chinese goods. Now you tell, With the help of American companies, if China can achieve Economy of Scale, Why Indian companies cannot.


Unfortunately, In India, Leaders and people are still obsessed with Cold War Mentality, and they feel good in abusing America.



Now a days, you might hear from many experts, that Global Trade war has no winner.



That's fine. but these expert conveniently forget, that We are already a loser in free trade with China.



In Trade war, If China becomes a loser, would it not be considered as win for America??







Nevertheless, Current Modi government seems to have adopted the policy of China appeasement.



In November this year, In most likelihood, India will enter into free and Unfair Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership.



With reduced access to American market, As soon as India joins this agreement, cheap Chinese goods will flood Indian market, as we have never seen before. The problem is no one in India is interested to talk about harmful effects of this Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership.



Instead of focusing on Rafael deal, Rahul Gandi and other opposition leaders will do great service to the Nation, if they start opposing government move to join this free and unfair trade agreement in the leadership of China.





Recent experience confirms, If China has future in South Asia, India will have no future at all.



That's why, we support Free and Fair Trade. India  should join the fight with America and European Union to get free and fair trade deals.



Make no mistake, On going trade war is not going to end any time soon, Emperor Xi Jinping   has liberty to fight this war for next 10 years.



As part of this video, we just want to highlight, that For rising unemployment in India, Only if we blame China, then government in the center will be made to wake up to enter into free and fair trade with China.



As of now,  Just like British East India Company, China continue to rob and kill India.
