You might know, After informal meeting in between Prime Minister Modi and President Xi,  a high level delegation from Chinese People's liberation Army has just arrived in India to have discussion with Indian Military leadership.



While We welcome the initiation of engagement in between Armies of two neighbors. However, its important to remember, Chinese delegation is coming to India after completing its Pakistan visit.



Its simply Chinese way to keep India related with Pakistan.

For the better relationship with India, it would be good if China can start looking at India independent of its relationship with Pakistan.



You know, China will obviously not accept this condition, that's where if China doesn't like India to tell it who should be Chinese friend, In the same way China should not believe that India would appreciate China interfering into India America relationship.



Recently, Chinese news paper Global Times has dared to ask India not to join American Indo Pacific strategy, but to start following China for Indian development.



India is so big nation that neither America nor china can keep India in its pocket.



Moreover, China must look at this simple fact, last year alone, India lost whopping 52 Billion Dollar in Trade with China, but Gained 23 Billion Dollars in trade with America.



America where China dumps its 85% of products should not preach us, who we should engage with how.



Unless China provides truly level playing field for Indian firms, India cannot afford to become dumping ground for Chinese goods, which may soon see closed american doors.



Anyways, lets return back to Chinese military delegation's Indian visit.



This visit has once again revived the talk to set up a military hotline in between India and China.



You know, Director General of Operations DGMOs of India and Pakistan are already connected with hotline.



In the same manner, There was proposal that China and India DGMOs should also be connected with hotline back in year 2012.







However, China doesn't see India as equal neighbor and that's why came up with excuse, that hotline should be in between theater commanders for quick resolution of border issues.



This shows, China wants to link India and Pakistan at its own convenience.



Anyways, In year 2016, India agreed with China to have hotline in between theater commands, only after China combined all India facing commands into single Chinese western theater Command.





However as soon as India entered into  First American foundational agreement namely Logistics Exchange Memorandum of Agreement, the hotline in between India and China became obvious first victim of Chinese envy.


Now again India and China are trying to establish hotline, however it would be wise for China to realize that India would be joining rest two communication based foundational agreement with America in near future.



It would be good if China takes care of this eventuality, before agreeing to establishing hotline contact again with India.



If China has observed Indian recent behavior, our decision are driven by solely by Indian interests. That's why China must start looking at India independent of America.



By the way, India is already more than ready to engage China independent of its relation with Pakistan.
