कल अंग्रेजी के वॉशिंगटन पोस्ट में छपे आर्टिकल के अनुसार, पाकिस्तान चीन के साम्राज्यवाद का अगला शिकार बनने वाला है.
ऐसा विचार प्रस्तुत करने वाला वाशिंगटन पोस्ट अकेला अखबार नहीं है. पाकिस्तान चीन की कॉलोनी बन जाएगा, ऐसा निष्कर्ष निकालने के लिए विशेषज्ञों के ऊपर करोड़ों रुपए खर्च कर दिए गए हैं.
आप जानते हैं, श्रीलंका के एक बंदरगाह पर जो हुआ, उसे बड़ी ही आसानी के साथ पूरे पाकिस्तान के ऊपर लागू कर दिया जाता है.
इसलिए बड़े पैमाने पर लोगों का ऐसा मानना है, कि चीन बहुत चालाक और शक्तिशाली देश है, और दुनिया का हर देश उसके क़र्ज़ के जाल में बड़ी आसानी से फंस जाएगा.
यहां पर ऐसा लगता है, कि दुनिया भर के विशेषज्ञों ने एक मूलभूत गलती कर दी, उन्होंने पाकिस्तान और श्रीलंका को एक तरह का देश मान लिया.
जैसा कि कहा जाता है, गीदड़ की जब मौत आती है, तो वह शहर की ओर भागता है. वैसे ही, जब किसी देश का बुरा समय आता है, तो वह पाकिस्तान के साथ मित्रता कर लेता है.
कई विशेषज्ञों और हमारे कुछ दर्शकों का ऐसा मानना है, कि यदि पाकिस्तान चीन का कर्ज लौटाने की हालत में नहीं हुआ, तो शक्तिशाली चीन बड़ी आसानी के साथ पाकिस्तान के इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर और प्राकृतिक संसाधनों पर कब्जा कर लेगा.
अब आप इस घटना पर ध्यान दीजिए, कल सोने की खान में काम करने वाले चीन के इंजीनियर क्वेटा शहर की ओर लौट रहे थे.
और उनकी बस पर आत्मघाती हमला हो गया. चीन के 3 इंजीनियर और पाकिस्तान के 3 नागरिक इस हमले में घायल हुए.
यह बहुत बड़ा धमाका था. अच्छा यह हुआ, कि ड्राइवर ने धमाके की जगह के ठीक पहले इमरजेंसी ब्रेक लगाने में सफलता पाई. और जिस कारण इस हमले में किसी भी यात्री को जान नहीं गवानी पड़ी.
वैसे भी आत्मघाती हमला यहां पर महत्वपूर्ण नहीं है, यहां तो हमले के पीछे का संदेश महत्वपूर्ण है.
बलूचिस्तान लिबरेशन आर्मी ने इस हमले की जिम्मेदारी अपने ऊपर ले ली है. क्योंकि चीन के इंजीनियर उनके इलाके से सोने को लूट रहे हैं, इसलिए उन पर हमला किया गया है.
अपेक्षा के अनुसार, चीन ने इस हमले की निंदा की है. और उसके अधिकारी पाकिस्तानी अधिकारियों के साथ मिलकर ऐसे कदम उठाएंगे, जिससे चीन की कंपनियों और चीन के नागरिकों की पाकिस्तान में सुरक्षा की जा सके.
यहां पर साफ करने वाली बात यह है, पाकिस्तान में चीन के नागरिकों पर हुआ यह पहला हमला नहीं हैं. मई 2004 में ग्वादर में धमाका हुआ था, जिसमें चीन के 3 नागरिकों को जान गंवानी पड़ी, और चीन के 9 नागरिक घायल हुए.
अब आप इस बात पर विचार कीजिए, चीन पाकिस्तान इकोनॉमिक कॉरिडोर पर काम करने वाले 7,000 चीन के नागरिकों की रक्षा के लिए पाकिस्तान के 15000 सैनिक तैनात हैं. और 30000 पाकिस्तानी सैनिकों को तैनात करने की योजना पर काम चल रहा है. अगर यह योजना लागू की गई, तो चीन के हर एक नागरिक की पाकिस्तान में रक्षा के लिए, लगभग 6 पाकिस्तान के सैनिकों की जरूरत पड़ेगी.
इतने अस्थिरता पूर्ण वातावरण में, अगर चीन ने पाकिस्तान के प्राकृतिक संसाधनों पर कब्जा करने की बात सोची, तो वह बड़ा मूर्ख होगा.
आप जानते हैं, पाकिस्तान बलूचिस्तान में आतंकवाद का दोषारोपण भारत के ऊपर करता है. अब चीन भी भारत को इसके लिए दोष दे सकता है.
लेकिन समस्या यह है, दोषारोपण करने से समाधान नहीं निकलता है.
किसी दूसरे पर दोष लगाना बहुत आसान होता है, लेकिन यह बात भी संभव हो सकती है, कि इन आतंकवादी हमलों के पीछे पाकिस्तान के विश्व प्रसिद्ध Non state actors का हाथ हो. ताकि पाकिस्तान में चीन के लिए लक्ष्मण रेखा खींची जा सके.
इस आत्मघाती हमले के पीछे चाहे किसी का भी हाथ हो, मूलभूत बात यह है, चीन पाकिस्तान में सिर्फ तब तक काम कर सकता है, जब तक उसके ऊपर पाकिस्तानी सेना की छत्रछाया मौजूद है.
इसके अलावा, जब विशेषज्ञ कहते हैं, की चीन पाकिस्तान के इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर और प्राकृतिक संसाधनों पर आसानी से कब्जा कर लेंगे, तब वह यह भूल जाते हैं, कि चीन यहां पर राजनीतिक नेतृत्व से बात नहीं कर रहा है. बल्कि पाकिस्तान के केस में चीन को पाकिस्तान आर्मी को हैंडल करना पड़ेगा.
पिछले 70 वर्षों के इतिहास में, पाकिस्तान की सेना ने किसी भी प्रधानमंत्री को 5 बरसों का अपना कार्यकाल पूरा करने का अवसर नहीं दिया.
अब आप निर्णय लीजिए, कि क्या यह पाकिस्तानी आर्मी किसी विदेशी ताकत के कारण पाकिस्तान में अपनी शक्ति और नियंत्रण में कमी होना बर्दाश्त करेगी. जबकि पाकिस्तान की सेना ने तो पाकिस्तान के राजनेताओं तक के साथ प्रशासनिक क्षमता साझा नहीं की हैं.
पाकिस्तान चाहे किसी भी आर्थिक संकट से गुजरता रहे, इस वर्ष भी पाकिस्तान की रक्षा बजट में 7% का इजाफा किया गया है. बात यह है, आम पाकिस्तानी को परेशानी का सामना करना पड़ सकता है, लेकिन पाकिस्तानी सेना को जो चाहिए वह उसे मिल जाता है.
पाकिस्तानी सेना को सब कुछ इसलिए मिल जाता है, क्योंकि उसने पाकिस्तान को जानबूझकर अस्थिर बना रखा है. और इसी के लिए भारत को पाकिस्तान का मानसिक दुश्मन बना दिया गया है. पिछले 70 वर्षों से पाकिस्तान की सेना इसी डर और अस्थिरता के ऊपर ही फल फूल रही है.
चीन पाकिस्तान में सिर्फ तब तक रह सकता है, जब तक वह परमाणु शक्ति से संपन्न पाकिस्तानी सेना को खुश रखता है.
चीन दुनिया का सबसे बड़ा मूर्ख देश होगा, अगर उसने पाकिस्तान और श्रीलंका को एक तरह का देश मानने की गलती की.
पिछले 70 वर्षों में, अमेरिका ने पाकिस्तान का इस्तेमाल करने की कोशिश की, लेकिन जमीन पर पाकिस्तान ने अमेरिका का इस्तेमाल किया.
अभी चतुर चीन की बारी चल रही है, और उतावला स्मार्ट रूस लाइन में लगा हुआ है.
दुनिया में शयाने लेकिन घमंडी मुर्गों की कमी नहीं है. पाकिस्तान की सेना यह बड़े अच्छे से समझती हैं. एक शक्ति को दूसरी शक्ति के खिलाफ इस्तेमाल करके अस्थिर पाकिस्तान में पाकिस्तान की सेना अपना वर्चस्व कायम रखने में हमेशा कामयाब हुई है.
पाकिस्तान में चीन जितना भी चाहे अपना पैसा जला सकता है. लेकिन पाकिस्तान में वसूली बिल्कुल भी संभव नहीं है.

Yesterday, Washington Post has published article saying that Pakistan may be next victim of Chinese imperialism.
Washington post is not alone, millions of dollars have been spent in concluding that Pakistan will turn into Chinese colony.
You know, what happened in a single Sri lankan port is very conveniently extrapolated on whole Pakistan.
Therefore this impression has been successfully created that China is so powerful and smart that every other nation will fall into its debt trap diplomacy.
The fundamental mistake almost all experts have made here is, that they have assumed that Pakistan and Sri lanka are same kind of country.
As it is said, When death comes to a jackal, then he runs towards the city. In the same manner, when bad time comes to a country, it makes friendship with Pakistan.
Many experts and few of our viewers think, that when Pakistan will not be able to service Chinese loans, China will easily take Pakistani assets and Natural resources in its control.
Now consider this, yesterday as usual Chinese engineers working on a gold mining project were being transported to the city of Quetta.
Their bus came under suicide attack. Three Chinese engineers and three Pakistanis were injured.
It was massive blast, however thanks to emergency brakes applied by driver, the bus stopped just before the point where blast happened. That's why there was no loss of life.
Anyways, Its not attack that matters,what matters is the message behind it.
Baluchistan Liberation Army claimed the responsibility for the attack. These Chinese engineers were targeted because they were extracting gold from their region.
China has condemned this suicide attack, and it's officials are working with Pakistan to investigate and take measures to improve security of Chinese agencies and nationals in Pakistan.
Lets be clear, this is not the first attack on Chinese nationals in Pakistan. back in May 2004, an explosion in Gwadar killed three Chinese engineers and wounded nine.
Now consider this, Pakistan has already deployed strong 15000 security staff to protect 7000 Chinese working on China Pakistan Economic corridor project. There is plan to deploy 30000 more troops. After this plan is executed, 6 Pakistani soldiers will protect life of a single Chinese worker.
You tell, if China will be foolish enough to control Pakistani assets and minerals in this unstable environment?
You know, Pakistan regularly blames India for insurgency in Baluchistan, Now China can also start blaming India.
But the problem is, Blaming India doesn't provide you the solution.
While its very convenient to blame somebody. But it may be quite possible, there is invisible hand of Pakistani deep state behind these attacks to draw a red line for China in Pakistan.
No matter, who is behind this suicide attack. The point is simple, China can hope to work in Pakistan, as long as it has security cover provided by Pakistan Army.
Moreover, when experts say that China will force Pakistan to give up control over its assets and resources. They simply forget that China is not dealing with elected leaders but with Pakistan Army.
In last 70 years of history, Pakistan Army has distinction to not allow any prime minister to complete his full five years term.
Now you decide, will same Pakistan Army easily allow erosion in its authority and control due to a foreign power, when it cannot share the power with its own political leaders.
No matter how economic difficult phase Pakistan is going through, This year alone, Pakistan Army got 7 percent hike in defense budget. The point is, Pakistani common man can suffer endlessly, but Pakistan army will always have full excess to resources .
Pakistan army gets all this because Pakistan is unstable state. Basically Pakistan army thrives on this instability.
China can stay in Pakistan, as long as it keeps Nuclear powered Pakistan Army happy.
China has to be most foolish nation on the face of earth, if it assumes that Pakistan and Sri Lanka are same kind of countries.
In last 70 years, America tried to use Pakistan, but end up getting used by Pakistan.
Now, its the turn of Clever china, and Smart Russia is in the queue.
World has no dearth of Clever but arrogant Roosters, and Pakistan army knows it very well. It will play one power against another to protect its supremacy in unstable Pakistan.
Clever China can only burn its money in Pakistan as much as it wants. Recovery is simply not possible there.
