पाकिस्तान अधिकृत कश्मीर में सभी निर्माण गतिविधियों पर रोक लगा कर चीन इस सकारात्मक भूमिका को आज ही स्वीकार कर सकता है.

आप ही बताइए, चीन पाकिस्तान इकोनॉमिक कॉरिडोर पर पूर्ण विराम लगाने से अच्छा क्या कोई और सकारात्मक कदम हो सकता है?

हम सभी जानते हैं, कुटिल चीन यह नहीं करेगा. पाकिस्तान ने उसके लिए जिस भूमिका की रचना की है, उसी भूमिका को हमेशा की तरह निभाता चला जाएगा.

चीन के इस वक्तव्य के बाद एक बार फिर से सिद्ध हो गई है, भारत की वर्तमान चीन का तुष्टिकरण करने की नीति के बावजूद, चीन की भारत के प्रति नीति में रत्ती भर भी परिवर्तन नहीं हुआ है.

1962 का युद्ध हारने के बाद, भारत के पहले प्रधानमंत्री सीधे खड़े होकर नहीं चल पाए. जहां तक चीन का सवाल है, लगता है, प्रधानमंत्री मोदी जी 21वी सदी के नेहरु बनना चाहते हैं.

जैसा कि चीन ने अपनी नीति में कोई भी परिवर्तन नहीं किया है, ऐसा लगता है, भारत को बातचीत में उलझाकर दुष्टता पूर्वक प्रधानमंत्री मोदी जी के कार्यकाल के 5 वर्ष वह बर्बाद करना चाहता है. वैसे भी, अब 2019 का चुनाव पूरी तरह से खुला हुआ है.

कभी ना खत्म होने वाली हमेशा अच्छी चल रही औपचारिक बातचीत, और हाल ही में चालू हुई अनौपचारिक बातचीत के बावजूद कोई सकारात्मक परिणाम सामने नहीं आया है.

बातचीत के बाद बातचीत करते रहना चीन के द्वारा यथास्थिति की रक्षा करने का एक औजार बन गया है. जबकि यह यथास्थिति सिर्फ चीन को लाभ पहुंचाती है.

आप जानते हैं, पिछले 30 वर्षों में भारत की सरकार का ध्यान इस बात पर रहा था, कि रक्षा उपकरणों का भारत में ही उत्पादन किया जाना चाहिए.

वास्तव में ऐसा कोई भी भारतीय नागरिक नहीं होगा, जो आधुनिक रक्षा उपकरणों का भारत में उत्पादन नहीं चाहता है.

अब आप इस बात पर विचार कीजिए, दुनिया में रक्षा उपकरणों का सबसे अधिक आयात करने वाला भारत वर्ष 2014 से 2018 के बीच, प्रतिवर्ष 3500 करोड़ से कम खर्चे पर विदेशी रक्षा उपकरण खरीदा आया है.

अगर इन 5 वर्षों में भारत ने इन सभी विदेशी रक्षा उपकरणों का उत्पादन भारत में किया होता, तो भारत को लगभग 17500 करोड़ों रुपयों की बचत होती.

अब आप तुलना कीजिए, वर्ष 2014 में चीन के साथ व्यापार करने से भारत को 25000 हजार करोड़ का घाटा हुआ. जो वर्ष 2018 में बढ़कर 44000 करोड हो गया.

आप इस बात पर ध्यान दीजिए, चीन से खरीदा जाने वाला कोई भी अत्याधुनिक सामान ऐसा नहीं है, जिस में जिसे भारत में नहीं बनाया जा सकता है.

अगर हम इन 5 वर्षों में यह सारा माल भारत में बनाए होते, तो भारत को 175000 करोड़ की बचत हो सकती थी.

अब आप बताइए, भारत में लड़ाकू विमान बनाने के बजाय, क्या भारत सरकार को ज्यादा ध्यान भारत में खिलौनों का उत्पादन बढ़ाने पर नहीं होना चाहिए था?

राष्ट्रीय राष्ट्रीय संसाधनों का उपयोग करने के लिए गलत प्राथमिकताओं का चुनाव करने का इससे बड़ा उदाहरण कोई नहीं हो सकता है.

और इसके साथ, भारत के साथ मीठी-मीठी बातें करके, चीन के साथ भारतीय व्यापार घाटे को कम करने के लिए भारत सरकार कोई गंभीरतापूर्वक कदम नोट है, चीन का यह निश्चित कर लेता है.

इस समस्या का एक पहलू और है. भारतीय लोग चीन का माल खरीदे यह भारत सरकार के हित में है.

भारत के लोग जितना माल खरीदते हैं, भारत सरकार को उतना ही अधिक इनडायरेक्ट टैक्स मिलता है.

आप जानती हैं यह बहुत आसान बात है, आप बाजार में जितना पैसा खर्च करते हैं, भारत सरकार के पास उतना अधिक टैक्स जमा होता है.

अब अगर भारत सरकार चीन के माल पर आयात शुल्क लगा दे, तो चीन का माल भारत में महंगा हो जाएगा. तो भारत के लोग सामान खरीदेंगे. जिससे स्वाभाविक रूप से भारत सरकार के पास कम टैक्स जमा होगा.

इसलिए अगर भारत सरकार चीन के खिलाफ कदम उठाती है, तो पहले से ही संसाधनों के अभाव से परेशान सरकार की आय के और अधिक कम हो जाने का खतरा बढ़ जाता है.

वास्तव में यह एक दुष्चक्र है. और चीन ने साल दर साल इस का का भरपूर लाभ उठाया है.

इस साधारण से सत्य की ओर कोई ध्यान नहीं दे रहा है, यदि आप किसी प्रकार का उत्पादन नहीं करते हैं, तो आप उपभोग करने की क्षमता को भी खो देते हैं. यही कारण है, भारत में बेरोजगारी की समस्या दिन दूनी रात चौगुनी बढ़ रही है.

आजकल हमारे कई दर्शकों का ऐसा खेलना है, हमें राष्ट्रपति ट्रंप और अमेरिका पसंद आते हैं.

हां हमें राष्ट्रपति ट्रंप का काम अच्छा लगता है. क्योंकि वह चीन को लाभ पहुंचाने वाले दुष्चक्र से बाहर निकलने की कोशिश तो कर रहे हैं. अमेरिकी लोगों का लंबे समय में जो हित है, उसके लिए वह आज लड़ रहे हैं.

अगर हमारे नेता हमारे सच्चे हितों  के लिए नहीं लड़ रहे हैं, तो हम किसका दोषारोपण राष्ट्रपति शी या राष्ट्रपति ट्रंप के ऊपर नहीं कर सकते हैं.

हमें यह बात जरूर चौंकाती  है, चाहे विपक्ष हो या सरकार हो, चीन के साथ बढ़ रहा व्यापारी घाटा किसी के लिए समस्या नहीं है.

इसलिए दूर-दूर तक कोई संभावना दिखाई नहीं दे रही है, कि भविष्य में भारत का चीन के साथ व्यापार घाटा कम होगा.

जबकि भारत चीन के साथ बातचीत करके अपना वक्त बर्बाद कर रहा है, कहीं दूर बेजिंग में बैठे राष्ट्रपति सी भारत से कमाए गए डॉलर अपने हर मौसम के दोस्त पाकिस्तान के ऊपर उड़ा रहे हैं.

With this statement, once again it becomes clear, there is no change in Chinese policy towards India despite on going China appeasement policy.



First Indian prime minister never walked straight after miserably loosing 1962 War. So far as China is concerned, It appears that Prime Minister Modi wants to become Nehru of 21st century.



As China shows no change in its policy, it becomes clear that by engaging with India, its criminally consuming the 5 years tenure of Prime Minister Modi with general election 2019 wide open.



These never ending formal talks and just started informal talks have brought no significant result.



Talks after talks have been a tool for China to protect status quo, which only benefits China.



You know, in last 30 years, Indigenous defense production has been focus for each government at center.



In fact, There is no Indian citizen who would not want production of sophisticated defense equipment in India.



Now consider this, Despite being largest importer of defense equipment in the world, from year 2014 to year 2018,  each year worth of Indian imported defense equipment was less than 3500 crore rupees.



Therefore, In last 5 years, if we had produced all these equipment in India, we would have saved around 17500 Crore rupees.



Now compare, From year 2014, Indian trade deficit with China was 25 Thousand crores. it became 44 Thousand Crore in the year 2018.



Please mind it, None of these Chinese item is high technology item, which cannot be produced in India.



If we had made all these Chinese goods in India, we would have saved whopping 1 Lakh 75 Thousand crores in last four years.





Now, you tell, Should India not prioritize first making Toys in India, before even thinking about making fighter jets in India?



This is a classic case of wrong prioritization of national resources.



On top of this, By sweet talking to India, China prevents India from taking any serious and meaningful step to reduce this trade deficit.



There is another aspect here. Indians buying Cheap Chinese goods helps Indian government.



The more goods Indians buy, the more indirect tax Government gets.



You know, its very simple, The more you spend in the market, the more government earns.



Now, if Government puts tariffs on Chinese goods, they will become costly, Indians will buy less. the government will get lesser indirect tax.



That's why acting against China will harm already resource constrained Indian government as well by reducing its income.



Its vicious circle, and cool China is exploiting it year after year.



The simple truth nobody is looking at is, that if you don't produce any thing, you eventually lose the capability to consume as well.



That's why Indian unemployment problem is rising in India.



Now a days, our viewers remark, that We Like Trump.



Yes, we like him, because he is coming out of this vicious circle benefiting China. He is fighting for the long term real interest of Americans.



if our leaders are not fighting for our real interests, we cannot blame Trump, or Xi Jinping for it.



What really surprises us, Be it government or opposition, Massive Chinese trade deficit is not a problem for any one of them.



That's where there is no hope for any reduction in Chinese trade deficit with India.



While India continues to waste its time, some where in Beijing President Xi is smiling and giving dollars earned from India to all weather friend Pakistan.
