लेकिन जुलाई महीने की शुरुआत में, दशकों से चीन के द्वारा छेड़े गए व्यापारिक युद्ध के जवाब में, राष्ट्रपति ट्रंप ने चीन के 34 बिलियन डॉलर के माल पर आयात शुल्क लगा दिया.



तो इसके जवाब में चीन ने भी अमेरिका की 34 बिलियन डॉलर के माल पर आयात शुल्क लगा दिया.



इसी व्यापारिक युद्ध की पृष्ठभूमि में, उत्तर कोरिया से बातचीत कर रहे अमेरिकी वार्ताकारों को उसके व्यवहार में परमाणु हथियारों को खत्म करने के संदर्भ में नकारात्मक परिवर्तन दिखाई देने लगा.



चीन ने यह प्लानिंग की थी, की राष्ट्रपति ट्रंप को उत्तरी कोरिया की लॉलीपॉप देकर, चीन अपने आप को व्यापारिक युद्ध से बचा सकता है.



लेकिन राष्ट्रपति ट्रंप अपने विरोधियों पर अधिक से अधिक दबाव बनाना चाहते हैं. इसलिए उत्तरी कोरिया से बातचीत में प्रगति के लिए उन्होंने चीन के साथ व्यापारिक युद्ध समाप्त ना करने का निर्णय किया. और उन्होंने चीन के 16 बिलियन डॉलर के माल पर आयात शुल्क बढ़ा दिया. जिससे व्यापारिक  युद्ध की तीव्रता और बढ़ गई है.



दुनिया के सामने तो चीन अपनी वीरता की बड़ी डींगे हांकता है, लेकिन इस बुधवार और गुरुवार को चीन के प्रतिनिधिमंडल ने अमेरिका में अमेरिकी प्रतिनिधिमंडल से व्यापारिक युद्ध को रोकने के संदर्भ में बातचीत की.



क्योंकि अमेरिका अभी भी अपनी लाइन पर डटा हुआ है, इसलिए स्वाभाविक था, यह बातचीत असफल हो गई.



लेकिन अभी कल तक अमेरिका के विदेश सचिव उत्तरी कोरिया की यात्रा के बारे में योजना बना रहे थे.



लेकिन इसी बीच राष्ट्रपति ट्रंप ने इस यात्रा को निरस्त करने का निर्णय लिया.



अब अमेरिका और उत्तरी कोरिया के बीच बातचीत तभी चालू होगी, जब अमेरिका और चीन के बीच व्यापारिक युद्ध खत्म हो जाएगा.



राष्ट्रपति ट्रंप आज यह अनुमान लगा पाने में सफल हुए, की चीन के आशीर्वाद के कारण अगले सप्ताह अमेरिकी विदेश सचिव की यात्रा के दौरान उत्तरी कोरिया से होने वाली बातचीत सफल नहीं होगी.



ऐसा लगता है, राष्ट्रपति ट्रंप यह समझ गए हैं, कि उत्तरी कोरिया तो चीन नामक बीमारी का एक लक्षण मात्र है.





अगर किसी व्यक्ति को TB की बीमारी है, लेकिन वह खांसी और बुखार की दवाई लेता है. तो आप बताइए, क्या उसकी TB कभी ठीक होगी?

ठीक उसी प्रकार से, अमेरिका चीन नामक जिस बीमारी से परेशान हैं, उत्तरी कोरिया उस बीमारी का एक लक्षण मात्र है.

 यह सबसे अधिक मूर्खतापूर्ण तर्क है, जिसे चीन के विशेषज्ञों ने बड़ी सफलता पूर्वक भारत के नेताओं और भारत के लोगों को बेचा है.



आप यह बताइए, चीन को भारत के साथ सीमा पर गोली चलाने की जरूरत क्यों है, अगर उसकी तरफ से पाकिस्तान भारत की सीमा पर हर रोज भारतीय सैनिकों को मार रहा है.



चीन के साथ व्यापार करने से होने वाले व्यापारिक घाटे के कारण, चीन भारत को वैसे ही बेरोजगारी की समस्या से धीरे-धीरे मार रहा है. तो चीन को भारत के ऊपर अपनी गोलियां बर्बाद करने की जरूरत क्या है.



जैसा कि पिछले 70 वर्षों में हुआ है, भारत ने लगातार चीन के साथ अच्छे संबंधों की स्थापना की भरसक कोशिश की है. लेकिन इसी बीच हर एक पड़ोसी के साथ हमारे बुरे संबंध बनते गए हैं.



इसी बीच, हमारी मेनस्ट्रीम मीडिया में आजकल जो बातचीत चल रही है, वह हमें थोड़ा सा  चौंकाती है.



मोदी से नफरत करने वाली, विपक्षी पार्टी की मीडिया ने राहुल गांधी को भारत का प्रधानमंत्री बनाने की जिम्मेदारी अपने ऊपर ले ली है.




अगर आपने ध्यान से देखा हो, तो पिछले कुछ महीनों से, भारत की पूरी मीडिया राहुल गांधी के लिए चीयरलीडर बन चुकी है.



वह कुछ भी कहें, या कुछ भी ट्वीट करें, उसे पूरे दिनभर हैडलाइन के रूप में चलाया जाता है. अपनी एक अंतिम उम्मीद के रूप में , वह भारतीय जनता के सामने राहुल गांधी को जमकर बेच रहे हैं, क्योंकि जनता को उनके पुराने उत्पाद अरविंद केजरीवाल में कोई रुचि नहीं रह गई है.



दुर्भाग्यवश, मीडिया की इन चीयरलीडर का नाच देखकर, लोगों को ऐसा आभास होने लगा है, कि राहुल गांधी के रूप में बल्लेबाज बहुत ज्यादा रन बना रहा है.



परिणाम यह है, हर  1 महीने के बाद राहुल गांधी की लोकप्रियता तेजी से बढ़ रही है.



बड़े ही साफ शब्दों में, हम राहुल गांधी का विरोध नहीं कर रहे हैं. हम जानते हैं, प्रधानमंत्री बनना उनका जन्म सिद्ध अधिकार है, और वह उसे लेकर ही रहेंगे.



हम तो सिर्फ इतनी बात कहना चाह रहे हैं, यदि मोदी जी ने चीन की समस्या का समाधान नहीं किया है, तो यह उम्मीद लगाना बेकार होगा, की  राहुल गांधी के नेतृत्व में भारत की रणनीति में कोई बदलाव आएगा.



वैसे भी प्रभावी ढंग से राहुल गांधी वर्ष 2004 से 2014 के बीच भारत के प्रधानमंत्री रहे हैं.



इन 10 वर्षों के दौरान, भारत को चीन से होने वाला व्यापार घाटा 35 गुना बढ़ गया. वर्ष 2004 में केवल 700 करोड़ से बढ़कर 2014 में यह 25 हजार करोड़ हो गया.



अगर आज भारत में बेरोजगारी की समस्या है, तो राहुल गांधी और उनकी यूपीए की सरकार को उसका पिता माना जा सकता है.



अगर आप आजकल उन्हें ध्यान से सुने, तो आप आएंगे, उन्हें चीन के मॉडल से बड़ी प्रेरणा मिलती है. लेकिन इस मॉडल को जल्द ही राष्ट्रपति ट्रंप तोड़कर जमीन पर गिराने वाले हैं.



साथ ही ऐसा लगता है, प्रधानमंत्री मोदी की तरह उन्हें भी समस्या की जड़ को पकड़ने में कोई रुचि नहीं है.



इसलिए शायद ऐसा लगने लगा है, भारत की चीन समस्या का कोई समाधान संभव नहीं है. कोई बात नहीं, आइए देखते हैं, चीन की बीमारी का इलाज कर पाने में राष्ट्रपति ट्रंप कितने सफल होते हैं.

China had also retaliated with tariffs on the American import worth 34 Billion Dollars.



However, with this trade war in the background, American negotiators started observing negative attitude in North Korean side towards the denuclearization.



Early last month, American foreign secretary visited North Korea had to return America empty handed after failed talks during north Korean visit.



China was expecting that by giving trump North Korean lollipop , it can prevent trade war from breaking out.



But Trump believes in putting maximum pressure on the opponents. That's why now, Rather than stopping trade war with China to seek progress in talks with North Korea,  He further escalated trade war on Chinese goods worth 16 Billion Dollars.


While Chinese government shows bravado in the media, On this Wednesday and Thursday, they held talk with Americans in America.



As expected, American side is still holding the line, and the talks have failed.



Meanwhile Until yesterday  American foreign secretary was planning to go to North Korea again for the talks.



But President Trump has cancelled the proposed visit.



Now, America North Korea talks will start only after the trade war in between American and China ends.



With the blessing of China, Trump was able to foresee another failed America North Korea talks next week.



Basically, Trump has realized that North Korea is symptom of disease called China.



if a patient is suffering from Tuberculosis, but he takes medication to treat normal cough and fever.



You tell, will he be able to recover from Tuberculosis.



Your answer will obviously be No.



In the same way, North Korea is cough and fever like symptoms, America is  suffering due to a disease called China.



Just like any other president in last 60 years, trump could have easily and foolishly tried to fix the problem of North Korea and completed his term without any solution.

In fact, Thanks to Massive Indian trade deficit with China, what is the need to waste Chinese bullets, when Cheap Chinese goods are more than enough to destroy India by problem of Unemployment.





As happened in the last 70 years, India has been desperately trying to have good friendship with China but developing bad relationship with each of the neighbors.



What really surprises us, the discussion happening in our main stream media.



Modi hater opposition party media has set a goal to make Rahul Gandhi next Prime Minister of India.



While PM Modi is not doing good on Chinese front, it would be utter foolishness to assume that Rahul Ghandhi led weak government will fix Chinese problem.



If you have observed, Indian Media has become cheerleader for Rahul Gandhi for last couple of months.



Whatever he says or tweets. they start dancing by making it headline. As a last hope,, they are overselling him, because No body is interested to buy their last product called Arvind Kejariwal.





Unfortunately, By looking at the impressive performance of Cheerleaders in the media, We tend to assume that batsman Rahul Ghandhi is playing very well.



The result is, his popularity continues to rise month after month.



Lets be clear, we have nothing against Rahul Gandhi. Becoming Prime Minister of India is his berth right. and he will get it.



The point, we are trying to make here is, if PM Modi has not delivered on Chinese front, it would be naive to believe that Rahul Ghandi can change Indian China Policy.

Given that Rahul Ghandhi was effectively Indian prime minister from year 2004 to 2014.



In just 10 years Indian trade deficit with China has been multiplied by 35 and has gone from merely 700 Crore to massive 25 thousand Crore .



If there is problem of unemployment in India, He and his UPA government can be considered as its father.



In fact, if you listen him closely, he derives inspiration from outdated Chinese model, which is going to be  destroyed to the ground by Trump.



Moreover, Just Like PM Modi, he also doesn't understand the root cause of problem.



That's why, we think, There is no solution in sight for Indian China Problem. Anyways, lets see, how much Trump succeed in treating the disease called China.
