आपने कई बार भारतीय मीडिया और विशेषज्ञों को यह कहते हुए सुना होगा, राष्ट्रपति ट्रंप के द्वारा  Global Trade War चालू करने के बाद जल्द ही पूरी दुनिया के ऊपर आसमान फटने वाला है.



वास्तव में हम इसके लिए भारतीय मीडिया और विद्वानों को दोष देना नहीं चाहते हैं. क्योंकि वह तो अमेरिकी वामपंथी मीडिया में छपी खबरों को अपनी आंखें और दिमाग बंद करके पढ़ रहे थे.



सीधे शब्दों में कहा जाए तो, जिस प्रकार भारत की मीडिया प्रधानमंत्री मोदी जी से नफरत करती है, वैसे ही अमेरिका की मीडिया राष्ट्रपति ट्रंप से नफरत करती हैं.



जल्दी से नाराज हो जाने वाले मूर्ख राष्ट्रपति ट्रंप को वैश्विक अर्थव्यवस्था के लिए सबसे बड़ा खतरा बताया जाने लगा था.



लगभग सभी विद्वान चीन की तरफ से यथास्थिति की रक्षा करने की भरसक कोशिश कर रहे थे. जबकि चीन ने पूरी दुनिया के खिलाफ व्यापारिक युद्ध पिछले 20 वर्षों से छेड़ रखा था.



बहुत ही अधिक स्मार्ट चीन के राष्ट्रपति शी ने राष्ट्रपति ट्रंप को अलग थलग करने की भरसक कोशिश की. उन्होंने यूरोपियन यूनियन से चीन के नेतृत्व का  अनुसरण करने के लिए कहा.



लेकिन यूरोपियन यूनियन ने ना सिर्फ उनके मुंह पर मना कर दिया, बल्कि फ्री और फेयर Trade Deal के लिए अमेरिका के साथ मोल भाव भी चालू कर दिया.



पिछले 1 वर्ष से अमेरिका और मेक्सिको के बीच  फ्री और फेयर Trade Deal के लिए मोल  भाव चल रहा था. कल ही अमेरिका और मेक्सिको इस संदर्भ में एक सहमति पर पहुंच गए.



इस प्रकार राष्ट्रपति ट्रंप ने North American Free Trade Agreement NAFTA को तोड़ दिया है.



राष्ट्रपति ट्रंप के अनुसार NAFTA अमेरिका के इतिहास में की गई सबसे बुरी व्यापारिक Deal थी.



शायद आपको पता हो, वर्ष 1994 में अमेरिका कनाडा और मेक्सिको NAFTA के इस फ्री ट्रेड एग्रीमेंट में शामिल हुए थे.



NAFTA को धन्यवाद देने की जरूरत है, वर्ष 2000 और 2010 के बीच लगभग 600000 मैन्युफैक्चरिंग जॉब अमेरिका से मेक्सिको चले गए. क्योंकि मैन्युफैक्चरिंग प्लांट को अमेरिका से उखाड़कर मेक्सिको में लगा दिया गया .



मेक्सिको में सस्ते मजदूरों को काम पर लगा कर कार कंपनियों ने भारी चांदी काटी. लेकिन अमेरिका के  मजदूरों की रोटी छिन गई.



अब अमेरिका और मेक्सिको के बीच इस नए फेयर ट्रेड एग्रीमेंट के अनुसार, अगर उत्तरी अमेरिका में कोई भी कार बेची जाएगी, तो उसके 75% ऑटो पार्ट्स उत्तरी अमेरिका जिनमें अमेरिका और मेक्सिको शामिल है, में ही बने होने चाहिए.



इससे भी अधिक महत्वपूर्ण बात यह है, कार के 40 से 45 प्रतिशत ऑटो पार्ट्स बनाने के लिए जिन Workers को काम पर लगाया जाएगा, उनको हर 1 घंटे के लिए कम से कम $16 मजदूरी में दिए जाने चाहिए.



इस प्रकार कार को बनाने वाली कंपनियां अमेरिका में Car नहीं बेच पाएंगी, यदि कार के सारे के सारे ऑटो पार्ट्स बनाने के लिए मेक्सिको के मजदूरों को काम पर लगाया जाएगा. जिनको हर 1 घंटे के लिए $5 से भी कम मजदूरी देनी पड़ती है.



इस उदाहरण मात्र से सिद्ध हो जाता है, कि कार कंपनियां मेक्सिको में अच्छी मजदूरी का लाभ उठा नहीं पाएंगी. और कार कंपनियों को ऑटो पार्ट्स बनाने के लिए अपने मैन्युफैक्चरिंग प्लांट मेक्सिको से उखाड़कर वापस अमेरिका में लगाने होंगे.



इस प्रकार अमेरिका को दुनिया के लिए manufacturing powerhouse बनाया जा सकता है.



यहां पर महत्वपूर्ण बात यह है, यह राष्ट्रपति अमेरिकी मजदूरों के हक की लड़ाई लड़ रहा है, ना की कार कंपनियों के अधिकारियों के हक की. जो केवल Profit के पीछे पड़े रहते हैं, ताकि उन्हें अधिक से अधिक तनख्वा और बोनस मिल सके.



इसके अलावा, अमेरिकी किसानों से अधिक कृषि के उत्पाद खरीदने के लिए भी मेक्सिको राजी हो गया है.



जैसा कि पहले भी हमने कहा है, अगर हमारे नेता हमारे हितों के लिए नहीं लड़ रहे हैं, तो इसके लिए हम राष्ट्रपति ट्रंप को जिम्मेदार नहीं ठहरा सकते हैं.



अभी तो राष्ट्रपति ट्रंप ने सिर्फ मेक्सिको के साथ डील करने में सफलता प्राप्त की है, अलग थलग पड़ा कनाडा भी अमेरिका से डील करने के लिए बातचीत को तैयार हो गया है. या तो कनाडा अमेरिका और मेक्सिको की इस डील में शामिल हो जाएगा, अथवा अमेरिका कनाडा के साथ दूसरी fair Trade deal करेगा.



जब तक राष्ट्रपति ट्रंप को अमेरिका के लिए Fair Trade Deal नहीं मिल जाती है, वह कनाडा पर दबाव बनाए रखेंगे. एक अच्छी Deal पाने के लिए राष्ट्रपति  ट्रंप को कोई जल्दबाजी नहीं है. वह जानते हैं, अच्छी Deal बेहतरीन Deal की दुश्मन होती है.



देर-सवेर कनाडा भी अमेरिका के साथ Fair Trade Deal कर ही लेगा.



जैसे ही राष्ट्रपति ट्रंप मेक्सिको कनाडा और यूरोपियन यूनियन जैसे अपने पारिवारिक मित्रों के साथ व्यापारिक विवाद को सुलझा लेते हैं, उसके बाद अंत में वह चीन जैसे दुश्मन से अकेले में निपटेंगे.  इसलिए राष्ट्रपति ट्रंप के अनुसार, चीन से बातचीत करने का सही समय अभी नहीं आया है.



इसी बीच हर एक नई Trade Deal के साथ, व्यापार के माध्यम से पूरी दुनिया का शोषण करने वाले चीन के ऊपर और अधिक दबाव बनाने के लिए राष्ट्रपति ट्रंप का विश्वास बढ़ता जाएगा.



हाल ही में उन्होंने उत्तरी कोरिया से बातचीत को भी स्थगित कर दिया है, ताकि पहले चीन के साथ व्यापारिक विवाद को निपटाया जा सके.



अब भारत की ओर लौटते हुए, हम सिर्फ यह बात कहना चाहते हैं, राष्ट्रपति ट्रंप अमेरिकी मजदूरों के हित में लड़ाई लड़ सकते हैं, तो प्रधानमंत्री मोदी जी भारतीय मजदूरों के हित में संघर्ष क्यों नहीं कर रहे हैं?



हम चीन पर ऐसी शर्त क्यों नहीं लगा रहे हैं, कि जब तक चीन के माल में भारत में बने 40% पार्ट्स नहीं लगे होंगे, तब तक चीन की कंपनियां अपना माल भारत में नहीं बेच पाएंगी.



अगर हम भारत में रोजगार बढ़ाना चाहते हैं, तो इसके लिए हमें चीन से लड़ना होगा.



यहां पर पूरा ध्यान Fair Trade की ओर दिया जाना चाहिए, नाकि फ्री ट्रेड की ओर.



भारत को नुकसान पहुंचाते हुए, चीन और विकास नहीं कर सकता है.



हमें आश्चर्य कभी-कभी इस बात से होता है, कि भारत के बड़े-बड़े विद्वान अपना समय इस बात के ऊपर खर्च कर रहे हैं , की चीन के द्वारा अमेरिका के कच्चे माल पर लगाए गए आयात शुल्क के कारण, भारत चीन को कितना अधिक कच्चा माल बेच पायेगा .



यह सभी विद्वान इस बात का विश्लेषण क्यों नहीं कर रहे हैं, कि अमेरिका ने भी चीन के माल पर आयात शुल्क लगाए हैं. और भविष्य में कई अन्य चीन की वस्तुओं पर आयात शुल्क लगने वाला है. अमेरिका और दुनिया के अन्य देशों के साथ Fair व्यापारिक संबंध स्थापित करते हुए, हम इन वस्तुओं के भारत में उत्पादन पर ध्यान क्यों नहीं दे रहे हैं?



चीन को थोड़ी अधिक मात्रा में सोयाबीन और कपास निर्यात करके, आखिर कब तक हम संतुष्ट बने  रहेंगे.



हम यह नहीं कह रहे हैं, की भारत ने चीन को  कच्चा माल नहीं निर्यात करना चाहिए. हम सिर्फ यह कह रहे हैं, की हम गलत चीजों पर अपना ध्यान दे रहे हैं.



वैसे भी हमें यह बताने के लिए आर्थिक विशेषज्ञों की जरूरत नहीं है. अगर हमारे पास सस्ता कच्चा माल मौजूद है, तो चीन खुद हमारा दरवाजा खटखटाएगा.



धीरे धीरे पूरी दुनिया Fair Trade की ओर बढ़ेगी, हमें इसके लिए अपने आप को अनुकूल बनाना होगा, और इसकी मांग करनी होगी.



दुनिया के किसी भी देश के साथ Trade डील करने का मुख्य उद्देश्य भारत में रोजगार की संभावनाओं को बढ़ाना होना चाहिए, ना की बड़ी बड़ी कंपनियों का प्रॉफिट बढ़ाने पर.



कहने की जरूरत नहीं है, भारतीय लोगों को चीन को अमीर और शक्तिशाली बनाने  में अपना योगदान बंद करना होगा.



और इसी समय चीन भारत के साथ बहुत अच्छा व्यवहार कर रहा है, हमें इसका श्रेय राष्ट्रपति ट्रम्प  को देना चाहिए, ना कि प्रधानमंत्री मोदी जी को.



चीन को मोदी जी से ठंडी हवाओं की अपेक्षा है, क्योंकि राष्ट्रपति ट्रंप की तरफ से चीन को गर्म हवा लग रही है.



यहां पर ध्यान रखने की जरूरत है, अगर चीन इस व्यापारिक युद्ध में जीत गया, तो हमें कई सारे डोकलाम विवादों के लिए तैयार रहना होगा.



और इस प्रक्रिया के दौरान, आज हम चीन के इंडस्ट्रियल सब्सिडी प्रोग्राम के शिकार हैं, और कल भी हमेशा हम चीन के शिकार बने रहेंगे.



जैसा की हमने अपने कई अन्य वीडियोस में चर्चा की है, यथास्थिति की रक्षा करते हुए, चीन को अधिक कच्चा माल बेच कर हम केवल मूंगफली का चुनाव कर रहे हैं, जबकि दुनिया के साथ फेयर ट्रेड एग्रीमेंट करके हम भारत को दुनिया का मैन्युफैक्चरिंग base बना सकते हैं. और इस प्रकार हम  Jackpot का चुनाव करेंगे.

You might have heard Indian media and experts saying, Sky is going to fall as Trump started trade war against the whole world.



In fact, We don't want to blame Indian media for this. After all they were just blindly consuming the feed provided by liberal American Media.



Lets put it simply, Just like Indian Media hates Modi, American Media hates Trump.



Foolish and short tempered Trump has been successfully casted as single biggest threat to Global Economy.



Almost all experts were protecting the status quo on behalf of China, which has been waging trade war against whole world for last 20 years.



Super smart President Xi tried hard to isolate President  Trump. He requested European Union to follow Chinese leadership.



European union said flat NO to Chinese President, and rather decided to have negotiations with America for free and fair trade.



For last one year, America and Mexico have been participating in trade talks. Yesterday, both have entered into America Mexico Fair Trade agreement.



Basically, President trump has  broken North American Free Trade Agreement NAFTA.



President Trump considers NAFTA as single worst trade deal ever joined by United States.



You may know, Back in the year 1994, America, Canada and Mexico entered in to NAFTA.



Thanks to NAFTA, America lost 6 Lakh manufacturing jobs to Mexico in between year 2000 and 2010 because plants were shifted from America to Mexico.



Car companies earned huge profits by hiring cheap Mexican labor, but Americans lost the jobs.



Now, As per new fair trade agreement, if a car is to be sold in North America, 75% of parts much be produced in North America including United States or Mexico.



More importantly 40 to 45% of Car auto parts must be manufactured by those workers, who earn at least 16 Dollars per hour.



Thus car companies will not be able to sell car in America, if it's all auto parts are made by Mexican workers earning less than 5 dollars per hour.



As an example, These two rules will remove the low cost advantage of Mexico, and Car companies would be forced to make auto parts in America.



Thus making America again the manufacturing powerhouse of the world.



More importantly, here is an American president,who has been fighting for the American workers not for CEOs of Car companies, who just love profits for their higher annual bonus.





On top of it, Mexico will buy more from American farmers.





As we have said, if Our leaders are not fighting for the interests of Indian workers, we cannot blame President Trump for it.



For now, Trump has cut the deal with Mexico alone. Isolated Canada is now forced to join either America Mexico  deal, or there will be separate America Canada fair trade deal.



As long as Trump administration is not going to get fair deal, it will continue to apply pressure on Canada. President trump is in no hurry to get a good deal with Canada. He knows, Good deal is the enemy of best deal.



Sooner than later, Canada will also fall in line.



Once President trump has settled fair trade deals with Family friends like Mexico, Canada and European union.



He will handle Enemy China alone in the end. Perhaps that's why President Trump has said, time to talk to China has not come.



Meanwhile, with each trade deal President Trump is gaining more confidence to apply maximum pressure on Worst culprit in China.



Recently, he has also decided to Postpone the talks with North Korea till the trade issue is resolved with China.



Now, coming to India. The point we are trying to make is, If President Trump can fight for the wages of American workers, why PM Modi should not fight for the wages of Indian workers.



Why can we not put a condition on Chinese firm to sell goods in India only if 40% of its components are manufactured in India?



If we want job in India, we must fight with China for it.



The key word here is, Fair trade, not  free trade.



China can grow but not at the expense of India.



what worries us more, Indian experts are wasting their  time on analyzing  how much raw material India can sell to China, given that China has imposed tariffs on American raw material.



Why are these expert not looking at newly imposed and proposed American tariffs on Chinese Finished goods. Why we cannot  focus on making goods with fair trade relationship with America and the world?



How long will we remain satisfied by exporting more cotton and soybean to China?



We are not saying, India should not export raw material to China.



We are only saying that our focus is on wrong area.



Moreover, we don't need economic experts to tell us, that Cheap Indian soybean can be exported to China.



If we have cheap commodities, Chinese will come here knocking our door.



World is moving towards Fair trade, we should adapt to it, and ask for it.



The aim of any trade deal should be growing number of Jobs in India rather than increasing profits of few companies.



Needless to say, We Indians must stop building China.



At this point of time, when China is behaving very nicely to India, credit must go to President Trump, not to PM Modi.



China is expecting favors from India, only because President trump has turned the heat on it.



Please remember, if China wins this trade war, we have to be ready for next Doklam standoff.



In the process, we are victim of Chinese  industrial subsidy program now, and we will remain Chinese victim forever.



As we have argued in a number of our videos, by protecting the status quo and selling more raw material we are just opting for Peanuts.  when we could have gone for Jackpot by fighting for fair trade deals and by making India manufacturing hub for world.





Many of our viewers say, We should go for both Chinese Pea nuts and American Jackpot. So far as we think, if we win Jackpot, peanuts will take care of themselves.
