नमस्ते दोस्तों, Real Quick Info  चैनल पर आपका स्वागत है. आइए, अब हम अपने Original Real Quick Analysis के बारे में चर्चा करते हैं.



जैसा की हमने कई बार चर्चा की है, चीन के साथ व्यापार करने से भारत को भारी नुकसान उठाना पड़ रहा है. और यह घाटा हर साल तेजी से बढ़ रहा है.



वित्तीय वर्ष 2017 मैं चीन के साथ व्यापार करते हुए भारत को 35 हजार करोड़ का घाटा हुआ था, और वर्ष 2018 में चीन के साथ होने वाला भारत का यह व्यापार घाटा बढ़कर 43 हजार करोड़ हो गया.



हालांकि यह आंकड़ा अपने आप में बहुत बड़ा है, लेकिन चीन का माल भारत में नेपाल बांग्लादेश और भूटान से होकर भी आ रहा है. इन सभी देशों के साथ भारत का फ्री लेकिन unfair ट्रेड एग्रीमेंट है.



वास्तव में यही कारण है, कि भारत के पड़ोसियों को चीन पर बहुत प्यार आता है.



दिन-रात भारत को गालियां देते हुए, चीन के माल के भारत में प्रवेश के लिए इन सभी देशों ने बहुत ही आकर्षक रास्ता उपलब्ध कराया है.



जबकि भारत का खून बह रहा है, हमारे पड़ोसी देश चीन के माल के trader बनकर कमीशन की मलाई उड़ा रहे हैं.



अगर यह पड़ोसी देश खुद माल का उत्पादन करके भारत में भेजे, तो इसमें किसी को कोई दिक्कत नहीं है. लेकिन समस्या यह है, यह छोटे छोटे देश अपनी जरूरत से अधिक माल चीन से आयात कर रहे हैं, और उसे सीधा भारत के बाजार में निर्यात कर रहे हैं.



इसलिए आधिकारिक तौर पर, चीन के साथ होने वाले व्यापार घाटे के जो आंकड़े प्रस्तुत किए जाते हैं,  उनकी तुलना में भारत को चीन के साथ व्यापार करने से कहीं अधिक घाटा हो रहा है.



यहां पर हमें यह समझना जरूरी है, की समस्या की जड़ चीन है, समस्या की जड़ में हमारे पड़ोसी देश नहीं है. वह तो चीन की मदद से सिर्फ दलाली खा रहे हैं.



भारत की सरकारें आंख मूंद कर बैठी रही, और भारत के लोगों की नौकरियां जाती रही.



आप इस बात पर विचार कीजिए, भारत दुनिया में कपास का सबसे बड़ा उत्पादक देश है. लेकिन सिर्फ पिछले 3 वर्षों में, वियतनाम ने भारत से 50% मार्केट छीन लिया है.



इसका एक परिणाम यह हुआ, भारत के कपास के किसानों को अच्छी कीमत नहीं मिल रही है.



साथ ही चीन वियतनाम से कपास आयात करता है, और दुनिया के बाजार में इतना सस्ता कपड़ा बेच रहा है.



ऐतिहासिक तौर पर, हमेशा से भारत ने चीन को कपड़े निर्यात किए हैं. लेकिन पिछले 1 साल में खेल बदल चुका है, अब चीन ने भारत को 1000 करोड़ के कपड़े निर्यात किए हैं.



कृपया ध्यान दीजिए, यह आंकड़ा चीन के उन कपड़ों की कीमत को शामिल नहीं करता है, जो भारत में बांग्लादेश और नेपाल से होकर आते है.



आपको अच्छी तरह से पता है, टेक्सटाइल इंडस्ट्री में बहुत बड़ी मात्रा में लोगों को रोजगार मिला हुआ है. भारत में रोजगार के अवसर बढ़ने की संभावना दिखाई नहीं दे रही है, तो दूसरी ओर चीन दिन-प्रतिदिन भारत की बेरोजगारी की समस्या को बढ़ाता चला जा रहा है.



टेक्सटाइल इंडस्ट्री में 3.5 करोड़ लोगों को सीधा रोजगार मिला हुआ है. और ऐसा हर एक आदमी कम से कम तीन और लोगों को रोजगार देता है. इसलिए हम यहां पर 10 करोड़ लोगों की रोजी-रोटी की बात कर रहे हैं. चीन से आ रहे इन सस्ते टेक्सटाइल प्रोडक्ट्स के कारण 10 करोड़ लोगों की नौकरियों पर सवालिया निशान लग गया है.



हमारे कई दर्शकों का ऐसा कहना है, कि हम सब लोगों को व्यक्तिगत तौर पर चीन का सस्ता सामान नहीं खरीदना चाहिए.



साफ तौर पर, इस आईडिया ने ना तो भूतकाल में काम किया है, और ना ही भविष्य में कारगर साबित होगा.



यहां तक कि जो लोग टेक्सटाइल इंडस्ट्री में काम कर रहे हैं, वह भी चीन के सस्ते कपड़े खरीदने के पहले दोबारा नहीं सोचेंगे. इसलिए यहां पर सरकार की भूमिका महत्वपूर्ण हो जाती है.



अच्छी बात यह है, मोदी सरकार अब जाग चुकी है, और उसने टेक्सटाइल प्रोडक्ट्स के आयात पर 20% आयात कर लगाने का निर्णय लिया है.

स्वाभाविक रूप से, यहां निशाने पर चीन है. लेकिन भारत का यह नया आयात शुल्क हमारे छोटे पड़ोसी देशों पर लागू नहीं होगा.



इसलिए हमें अपनी रणनीति बदलनी होगी, और माल का वास्तव में जहां उत्पादन हुआ है, उसे देखते हुए आयात शुल्क लगाना चाहिए.

अभी जो रणनीति है, उसके अनुसार, भारत का चीन से कपड़ों का आयात कम होगा, लेकिन बांग्लादेश और नेपाल से कपड़ों का उतना ही आयात बढ़ जाएगा.



इसलिए हमें Free और Unfair Trade Agreement समझ नहीं आते हैं. हमें तो Free और fair Trade Agreement में शामिल होना चाहिए.



लेकिन भारत सरकार ने जो भी कदम उठाया हो, वह प्रशंसनीय है. नहीं तो कुछ ही वर्षों में हमारी घरेलू टेक्सटाइल इंडस्ट्री का विनाश हो जाता.



अब आप यह देखिए, पिछले कुछ वर्षों तक भारत दुनिया में कपड़ों के निर्यात करने वाले सबसे बड़े देशों में से एक था. लेकिन अब चीन को धन्यवाद देने की जरूरत है, कि भारतीय टेक्सटाइल इंडस्ट्री घर में अस्तित्व की लड़ाई लड़ रही है.



अगर बेरोजगारी की समस्या है, तो  समस्या को चीन ने पैदा किया है.



दुर्भाग्यवश, भारतीय राजनीति में चीन कोई मुद्दा ही नहीं है. ऐसा प्रतीत होता है, भारतीय विपक्षी पार्टियों को शायद चीन से तगड़ा माल मिल रहा होगा.



अमेरिका के पिछले राष्ट्रपति चुनाव में, चीन के साथ व्यापार सबसे बड़ा मुद्दा बना.



डोनाल्ड ट्रंप अमेरिका के राष्ट्रपति बने, और अभी चीन के साथ व्यापारिक युद्ध चालू किए हुए 6 महीने भी नहीं हुए हैं, लेकिन आज अमेरिका में २०० वर्षों के इतिहास की  सबसे कम बेरोजगारी  है.



भारत में बेरोजगारी की समस्या के लिए प्रधानमंत्री मोदी जी को दोष देना बहुत आसान है. लेकिन अगर कोई राजनीतिक पार्टी, वास्तव में बेरोजगारी की समस्या का निदान करना चाहती है, तो उसे इसका दोष  चीन को देना चाहिए.



मोदी जी के प्रधानमंत्री रहते हुए, पिछले 4 वर्षों में व्यापारिक घाटे के बढ़ते हुए पहाड़ के कारण, चीन ने भारत से 1.7 लाख करोड़ रुपए लूटे हैं. यही कारण है, कि भारत में बेरोजगारी की समस्या का कोई हल दिखाई नहीं दे रहा है.



दोस्तों हमें इससे कोई फर्क नहीं पड़ता, कि अगला चुनाव कौन जीतेगा . हम तो बस यह चाहते हैं, की अगली सरकार भारत में बेरोजगारी की समस्या को हरा दे. क्योंकि भारत के सामने यह सबसे बड़ी समस्या आज खड़ी हुई है.



जहां तक चीन की समस्या का सवाल है, वक्त आ गया है, हमें चीन पर दोषारोपण बंद कर देना चाहिए. हमें तो पिछले 20 वर्षों से लगातार भारत पर शासन कर रही मूर्ख सरकारों को दोष देना चाहिए, जिन्होंने चीन को भारत से कुल मिलाकर 3 लाख  करोड रुपए लूटने दिए.

As we have all discussed that China has massive  trade surplus with India, and it is also widening very rapidly.



In the financial year 2017, India lost 35 Thousand crore and in the year 2018, India lost 43 Thousand Crore to China.



While this figure is itself very huge, China is also dumping its goods into India via Nepal, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh, with whom India has free but unfair trade agreement.



In fact, this is one reason by Indian neighbors love China so much.



While daily abusing India, These small countries have offered attractive route for China to dump its goods in India.



While India continues to bleed, these neighboring countries are earning commission by becoming Chinese traders.



There is no problem if these neighbor build goods and export to India. The problem is they are importing massive goods from China, only to export them to India.



Therefore, Annually India would be losing way more money than the official trade deficit with China.



Here, we need to distinguish, source of problem is China, not our neighboring countries. They are just enjoying the free Chinese ride



While Indian governments look other way, Indians are losing jobs and livelihood.



Consider this, India is largest producer of cotton yarn, but in last three years, India has lost  50% of Market share to Vietnam.



The result is Indian farmers are not getting good price for their cotton crop.



Because China is importing cotton from Vietnam, making cheap textile products and dumping all over the world.



Historically, India was exporter of textile products to China. But last year china turned the game by exporting textile products worth 1000 crore to India.



Please notice here, this number doesn't include textile import from neighboring countries, which are basically routing Chinese textile products to India.



You know it very well, Textile industry is very labor intensive industry. While there is no hope of increasing number of jobs , China is simple worsening Indian unemployment problem with each passing day.



Textile industry provides direct employment to 3.5 crore Indians. if one direct employment creates three indirect jobs, we are talking about livelihood of more than 10 crore people. Cheap Chinese textile products have put the jobs of all these people at stake.



Many of our viewers says, we should stop buying cheap Chinese products. 



But frankly, this idea has not worked in the past and it will not work in future as well.



Those guys who are themselves working in textile industry, will not think twice before buying cheap Chinese clothes.



That's why government has important role to play here.



Thankfully, Indian government has woken up now, with imposing 20% import tariffs on 328 textile goods.



Obviously, the target here is China. But these tariffs don't apply on neighboring countries, which will continue to dump Chinese textile products in India.



That's why, we must change out strategy to put import tariffs considering source of origin.



With current strategy, Chinese textile import will decline but Textile import from Nepal and Bangladesh will increase.



That's why we dislike these free trade agreement. It has to be free and fair trade agreement.



Anyways, whatever little Indian government has done today is praiseworthy, else we would end up destroying our domestic textile industry.



Now look at this, Thanks to China, India one of the largest exporters of textile products in the world, is now fighting for battle of survival at home.



If there is unemployment problem in India, China is source of this problem.

Unfortunately China is not an issue for Indian political parties, perhaps they might be getting good Chinese funding.



In last american presidential election, China was the single biggest issue.



President Trump won the election. Now look at this fact, six months in to the trade war with China, America has lowest unemployment in its history. 



Its easy to blame PM Modi for unemployment in India.



But if some political party seriously wants to fix unemployment problem, its should blame China for it.



Under PM Modi's watch, Thanks to rapidly mounting trade deficit, China has robbed 1.7 Lakh crore rupees in last four years. That's why no solution to unemployment problem is in sight.



Frankly, We don't care, who wins next election, we just want problem of unemployment to be defeated. because that is the biggest problem India is facing now.



So far as Problem of China is concerned, Time has come, we must stop Blaming China. We should rather blame successive foolish Indian government for letting China loot 3 Lakh Crore from India in last 20 years.
