हम सभी जानते हैं, चीन ने  बड़ी सफलता पूर्वक नेपाल और मालदीप को भारत के प्रभाव क्षेत्र से बाहर निकाल दिया है. और उसका अगला लक्ष्य भूटान है.



सार्वजनिक रूप से दिए गए मित्रतापूर्ण भाषणों को अगर आप किनारे पर रख  दें, तो मालदीव और नेपाल किसी ना किसी प्रकार से भारत को नुकसान पहुंचाने की भरपूर कोशिश कर रहे हैं.



चीन के राजनयिकों के द्वारा हाल ही में भूटान की की गई यात्राओं से यह बात सिद्ध हो जाती है, नवंबर महीने में भूटान में होने वाले चुनावों के बाद चीन वहां पर अपने लिए अनुकूल सरकार की स्थापना करना चाहता है.



जैसा कि हमारे सामने है, राष्ट्रपति शी और प्रधानमंत्री मोदी के बीच हुई अनौपचारिक बातचीत से जमीनी हालात में बिल्कुल भी परिवर्तन नहीं हुआ है.



हालांकि भारत ने चीन का तुष्टिकरण करने की कोशिश की है, लेकिन चीन अभी भी पहले की तरह भारत के विरोध में दक्षिण एशिया और हिंद महासागर क्षेत्र में काम कर रहा है.



इस कूटनीतिक लड़ाई के  अलावा, चीन ने भारत के खिलाफ आर्थिक लड़ाई भी चालू रखी है. आप तो जानते हैं, पिछले 2 वर्षों में चीन के साथ भारत को होने वाला व्यापार घाटा 35,000 करोड़ से बढ़कर 42,000 करोड़ हो गया.



हमारा हमेशा यही कहना है. कि चीन एक ही भाषा समझता है. चीन का तुष्टिकरण करने की रणनीति ना केवल वर्तमान में बल्कि भविष्य में भारत को नुकसान निश्चित रूप से पहुंचाएगी.



जैसा कि आप जानते हैं, एक और जहां चीन के उत्पादन को भारत में बड़ी ही सरलता के साथ रजिस्टर कर दिया जाता है, तो दूसरी ओर भारतीय उत्पादन को चीन में रजिस्टर करने के लिए अधिक फीस देने के बावजूद देरी का सामना करना पड़ता है.



हर दिवाली पर, हम लोगों को चीन में बनी हुई सस्ती lighting और झालर खरीदने की आदत है.



लेकिन चीन के अखबार ग्लोबल टाइम्स के अनुसार, इस वर्ष पिछले वर्ष की तुलना में चीन को लगभग आधे दिवाली के ऑर्डर्स मिले हैं.



चीन को उसी की भाषा में जवाब देते हुए, किसी भी देश से light emitting diode lamp का आयात करने के पहले,  Bureau of Indian standard से अनुमति लेना जरूरी हो गया है.



पहले के वर्षों में चीन के सस्ते लैंप लाइट और झालर भारतीय बाजार में डंप कर दिए जाते थे. लेकिन इस साल चीन के यह सभी उत्पाद भारतीय सर्टिफिकेट लेने के लिए लाइन में लगे हैं.



हर साल की तरह, इस बार चीन की रोशनी के बिना हम लोग रोशनी का त्यौहार दिवाली मनाएंगे.



हर साल की तरह इस बार लैंप लाइट और झालर की मांग तो रहने वाली है. इसलिए इस बार भारत में ही लोगों को इससे रोजगार मिलेगा. यह अकेला उदाहरण नहीं है.



आप जानते हैं, parliamentary standing committee के अनुसार, चीन से आ रहे बहुत सस्ते solar panel के कारण भारत में 200000 लोगों की नौकरियां गई है.



सोलर पैनल्स के भारत में उत्पादन  को चीन सबसे बड़ा खतरा बनकर उभरा है.



व्यापक रूप से जांच पड़ताल करने के बाद, भारत सरकार ने चीन और मलेशिया से  आने वाले सोलर पैनल्स पर 25% की safeguard duty लगा दी है. यह भारत का चीन को उसी की भाषा में जवाब है.



चीन के विशेषज्ञों ने रोना धोना चालू कर दिया है, की भारत अमेरिका की नीति का अनुसरण करते हुए चीन के माल के लिए भारतीय बाजार तक पहुंच रोक रहा है.



अब आप देखिए, अब  कौन ज्ञान दे रहा है?  अमेरिका ने तो चीन के खिलाफ Global Trade War 6 महीने से चालू कर रखा है, और भारत तो अभी हाल ही में चीन की चुनौती से निपटने के लिए गहरी नींद से जागा है. लेकिन चीन लगातार 20 वर्षों से पूरी दुनिया के खिलाफ Global Trade War लड़ रहा है.



अच्छा होगा, रोना धोना छोड़ कर चीन के विशेषज्ञ अपना मुंह शांति से बंद कर ले. भारत चीन के लिए अपने बाजार तक पहुंच कम कर रहा है, इसके बारे में कंप्लेंट करने का उनको कोई हक़ नहीं है.



जहां तक हम कह सकते हैं, भारत सरकार के द्वारा उठाए गए यह दो छोटे कदम अंत नहीं शुरुआत होने चाहिए.



आप तो जानते हैं, चीन के राजा को बड़ी उम्मीद थी, की  यूरोपियन यूनियन अमेरिका के खिलाफ ग्लोबल ट्रेड War में चीन का साथ देगा.



लेकिन यूरोपियन यूनियन ने चीन को ना सिर्फ ठेंगा दिखा दिया, बल्कि अमेरिका के साथ deal को महत्व देते हुए, बातचीत और मोल भाव चालू  कर दिया है.

यह एक अच्छी बात है, यूरोपियन यूनियन ने दोस्त और दुश्मन में अंतर कर पाने में सफलता प्राप्त की है.



ठीक इसी प्रकार अमेरिका के साथ Free और Fair Trade Deal के लिए भारत को सकारात्मक ढंग से बातचीत और मोल भाव चालू कर देना चाहिए.



अगर कल अमेरिकी कंपनियों ने चीन में उत्पादन करने के लिए कारखाने लगाए थे, तो  अब भारत में व्यापार करना आसान हो रहा है, जीएसटी भी लागू हो चुका है, इसलिए अमेरिकी कंपनियां अपने कारखाने चीन से हटाकर अब भारत में लगा सकती हैं.





दुनिया में सबसे अधिक उत्पादन करने वाले देश चीन को अपना कच्चा माल बेचने पर ध्यान केंद्रित करने के बजाय, अच्छा होगा भारत दुनिया के सबसे बड़े बाजार अमेरिका को अपना सामान और सेवाएं बेचने के ऊपर ध्यान केंद्रित करें.



जहां तक हम समझते हैं, यदि अमेरिका यूरोपियन यूनियन जापान और भारत ने हाथ मिला लिया, तो चीन  अलग-थलग पड़ जायेगा और उसकी  Global Trade War मैं हार निश्चित हो जाएगी.

We all know, after successfully driving Nepal and Maldives out of Indian influence. Chinese next target is Bhutan.



In fact, disregarding all that friendly talk, Nepal and Maldives are harming Indian interests in one or the other way.

Though India has started appeasing China,  yet China is still working on its anti India campaign in South Asia and Indian Ocean region.



In addition to diplomatic warfare, China continue to wage economic war against India. You know, in last two years, Indian trade deficit with China has gone up from 35 thousand crores to 42 thousand crore.



We have always argued that China understands only one language. Appeasing it will only harm India in both short and long term.



you know, Chinese products are very easily registered by Indian Authorities, but Indian products have to suffer from delay and high fee to get registered by Chinese authorities.



Each Diwali, we all are used to buying made in China lighting. 



As per Chinese news paper Global times, Orders for Diwali have reduced by half as compared to last year.



Now, this year, India has decided to give China taste of its own medicine by making it mandatory for all imported light emitting diode lamps to be first approved by Bureau of Indian standard.



Thus Chinese lamp and lighting, which used to get freely dumped in Indian markets, are now in queue to get Indian certification done.



Just like last year, we will celebrate the festival of light, but without china made lighting's.



Since the demand is going to remain the same, lighting's and lamps will be made in India. Thus generating more employment locally.



this is not one example alone. 



You know, as per parliamentary standing committee, Due to cheap Chinese solar panel dumping, 2 Lakh Indians have lost jobs.



These Chinese solar panels were serious threat to domestic manufacturing in India.



After proper investigation, India has imposed 25% safeguard duty on Solar cells imported from China and Malaysia.



This is Indian reply to China in Chinese language.



Chinese analyst have started crying, that India is following American example of trade protectionism against china.



Look who is talking here. America has waged trade war against China only 6 months back, and India has just woken up to Chinese challenge, but China has been following Trade protectionism for last 20 years.



Chinese experts would do better to keep their mouth shut, rather than cribbing that India is closing its market access for China.



As far as we can say, these two small Indian steps should be just beginning not end.



You know, Clever Chinese Emperor was expecting that European union would enter into deal against America.



European union said flat No to China, and rather preferring deal with America entered into negotiations.



Thankfully, European Union could differentiate in between friend and foe.



In the similar way, India should also enter into free and Fair trade deal negotiation with America.



If yesterday American companies could set up manufacturing plants in China, Thanks to improve ease of doing business and GST implementation, today they can shift manufacturing base in India as well.



Rather than focusing on selling raw material to China, which is already the largest producer in the world. we must focus on selling goods and services to America, the Largest consumer in the world.



We understand, If India, European Union, Japan and America join hands, China will be increasingly isolated and eventually lose in this Global trade war.
