As soon as elections results were declared in Pakistan, Economic experts have started estimating that Pakistan may need IMF bailout worth 9 to 12 Billion Dollars.



As we have discussed in this video, Even before Pakistan could knock at the doors of international monitory fund, Most powerful member at IMF, America has clearly stated, that it would not allow any IMF Dollar to Pakistan to effectively bail out China.



You know, to a great extent, Increasing Chinese imports and loan repayments are responsible for the currency crisis of Pakistan.



Therefore, America is right that any bailout to Pakistan would effectively bailout to China.



In addition, tough conditions of IMF bailout would have forced Pakistan to control its rising import bill by stopping Chinese project at mid way.



Basically, IMF bailout is well known sword hanging on the Chinese head in Pakistan.



Therefore, Pakistan at the door of IMF will be the last thing for China to accept.



But the problem is, Pakistan has monthly import bill of 5 Billion dollars, but State bank of Pakistan is left with only 9 Billion dollars.



Given dramatic economic turnaround is impossible,  Pakistan would have no money to pay for imports in third month on wards.



That's where China came in once again, As per Pakistani news paper Express Tribune, China has already lent 1 Billion dollar to Pakistan and 1 More billion dollar is coming.



Just few months back, China gave 1 Billion Dollar loan to Pakistan, so that it can conduct election without getting bankrupt. Now China is giving 2 Billion Dollar more, so that Smiling Imran Khan can at least take the oath of office .



You understand,  Chinese loans are not solution to Pakistan's structural problems and rampant corruption.



In fact, Neither Pakistan nor China want to solve these fundamental issues.



Chinese loans will just push today's problem towards tomorrow. Its not that China doesn't get it, how much big mess Pakistan has dragged it in to.


Amid on going global trade war, Chinese currency is at free fall, export orders are declining. Suddenly, There is no buyer for Chinese over capacity. and guess what, American economy is booming with recently announced 4.1% growth rate.



You see, until few months ago, we all have assumed President Xi will die as king of China. but now even Chinese experts started raising question on his life long term.



As soon as trade war started, Many expert have claimed that Communist China would win because it has stable leadership of Xi Jinping, but America has turbulent leadership with possibility that Trump may either be impeached, or he wont get second term in 2020.



only 1 month in global trade war, has just confirmed that China is weaker than anyone of us has ever assumed.



It can also be possible, that before trump  completes his term, Xi Jinping loses his chair.



This Global trade war could not have arrived at better time.   On top of it, China has to ensure that Pakistani economy survives month after month.





That's why, we accept that Pakistan China friendship is certainly deeper than the ocean, but  China is slowly sinking in it.



Since China is obvious looser of IMF bailout, it is scared of Pakistan falling at IMF's feet, therefore it will continue to bail out Pakistan month after month, Or it may even cancel its loans.



Now,  the end result is, Pakistan is able to survive the currency crisis, but its Chinese money which is sinking in Arabian sea.



Pakistan is such a Thankless country that it doesn't thank America, which has given it 78 Billion dollar aid in last 70 years, and 13 IMF bail outs.



Rather it is ready to block American supply lines to Afghanistan, if america comes in between Pakistan and IMF bailout on 14th time.



It is very obvious, Pakistan will be thankful to china as long as Dollars keep flowing in China Pakistan economic corridor.


The moment fund flow stops from China, it will cut deal with America, and get IMF bail out. China will be eventual looser in that case.



Basically, What Pakistan made Afghanistan for America, the same Pakistan has made China Pakistan economic corridor for China.



With Pakistan as partner, America  started Afghan war , which it can continue to fight forever, but it can never win it.



In the same way, China can continue to burn its money in Cpec projects and in struggling Pakistani economy, but it can never get its money recovered. lets not even talk about Chinese return on Pakistani investment here.



Here we are talking about a country, which cannot pay for its own imports, you know, it will obviously not be able to service High interest Chinese loans.



You tell, A person who can not arrange for his food, will he be able to pay back loans?



America  learnt hard way that its a murgaa for Pakistan, Clever China will learn  in harder way that its also a murgaa for Pakistan.
