As we all know, President Yameen has formally accepted his defeat.



Now, as per scheduled program, Ibrahim Mohammad Solih will take oath of office on 17 November after President Yameen completes his 5 year term.



As we have discussed yesterday, with overwhelming 89% of voting and Ibrahim getting 16% more majority votes, it was just a matter of time for President Yameen to face the truth in the public.



Interestingly, our prime minister modi has not only congratulated president elect Ibrahim, but also invited him to India as soon as possible.



Ibrahim has accepted the invitation, and very soon we will see him arriving in India.



While America and India congratulated Maldives for successful election. China has maintained the silence.



One excuse is, due to public holiday on 24 Sept, Chinese foreign ministry officials are not available to give reaction. While our dear media tend to believe so, the reality seems, China is yet to come to its senses to accept the big scale of defeat in small Maldives.



Nevertheless, today or tomorrow China will come out with official response welcoming successful election process in Maldives.



Meanwhile, understandably our Chinese viewers have also buried their heads in sand, as if nothing has happened.



You know, Maldives has 1.3 billion dollar Chinese debt. which is equal to 25% of Maldivian GDP.



New government will now be pressurized by China to service the loan as per the set conditions.



if Yameen had won, China would have thought of relaxing  or cancelling the loan.



As it happened in the case of Hambantota port in Sri Lanka, its quite possible, that China will force new Maldives government to give up control of strategic assets  on next 99 year lease to repay the loans.



While Yameen took the loan, but Ibrahim will have to repay it without any Chinese lenience whatsoever.



The point we are trying to make is simple, China is still very much in the game.



Election in Maldives was just battle that India has won, but we are certainly at war with China.

even if you reject it, the existence of this reality will not change.



We have always made the point, Maldives has been symptom of disease. If we get temporary relief from system like Cough , it doesn't mean that we have cured the Tuberculosis disease.



While relishing win in Maldives, we must never forget to see the chessboard.



What is rather surprising is, our opposition party media were at the fore front for calling PM Modi's name for failure in handling in Maldives.



Now, they are thanking people of Maldives, democratic systems and Indian diplomacy.



Frankly, we have not heard any one crediting Prime Minister Modi for his remarkable leadership in handling Maldives.



If Indian opposition party media can blame PM Modi for his failure in handling Maldives, should they not take his name after successful election in Maldives?



lets talk about this simple scenario, if two or three candidate had contested election against President Yameen, in the first round of voting, he might not have got majority.



But main thing is, none of the candidate would also have got majority. thus opening gate for multiple rounds of voting until Yameen gets majority as it happened in 2013 election.



The point we are trying to make is very obvious, People of Maldives would not have given clear mandate if they had not been offered two options Black and White.





President Yameen has lost the election when the joint opposition candidate was fielded against him in the month of July. To know more about this, please watch our this video.





Therefore, lets not make ourselves fool, it was success of grand Indian strategy against Maldives, and we have no hesitation in saying, that Prime Minister Modi deserves credit for it.



Interestingly, now a days, there is so much uproar  going on Rafael jet deal in our country.



There are many who are crediting Rahul Gandhi for his persistent and successful attack on Modi government.



But we beg to differ here. Its Indian opposition party media, which must be given its full credit for sustaining this rafael controversy.



They are so enthusiastic cheerleaders, that they start dancing for sixer, even when Batsman in Rahul Gandhi has scored a single run.





We have no issue if Opposition party media is deliberately running anti Modi agenda. They have full right to do so, but they should not claim, that they are truth seeker unbiased media.



In fact, when we watch American media, we realize Indian media is exactly same.



American Media feels pride in abusing President Trump, Indian Media feels the same in  abusing Prime Minister Modi.



Anyways, we all understand, opposition party media serves Pakistani and Chinese interests better than Indian interests.



for this video, we would like to congratulate Prime Minister Modi for his great leadership in solving the problem of Maldives, which was the very creation of Last UPA regime.





Frankly we don't have any evidence but it appears, Now China and Pakistan will somehow try to take revenge from Prime Minister Modi by felicitating Grand Alliance In India.
