As we have discussed in our last video, about President Trump formally imposing 10% tariffs on Chinese import worth 200 Billion Dollars.



And he also threatened China to start the process for third round of trade war, in which america will impose tariffs on Chinese imports worth 267 Billion Dollars.



But Yesterday in the midnight, China has retaliated with 10% tariffs on American imports worth 60 Billion Dollars.



This clearly confirms, Whats going in between America and China is more than a trade war.
 Yes, its fight for the supremacy in the world.



Interestingly, many experts are saying, that President trump is very fool because after this round, the cost of Chinese toy in America will go up from 100 dollar to 110 Dollars.



Their whole argument is, trade war will harm america, more than it will harm China.



But these expert simply forget, why their loved country China is also putting tariffs on American goods.



Will the price of American soybean in Chinese market will not go up by 10 percent?



If President Trump is fool for imposing tariffs  on China, are these experts correct in assuming that President Xi Jinping is genius because he is retaliating by imposing tariffs  on America.



Just because President Trump has started first round of imposing the tariffs , should the entire blame be put on him?



Moreover, In reality China has been waging trade war against whole world for last 20 years.



Rather than blaming China for starting the trade war, these experts are blaming President Trump for starting retaliation only in the year 2018.


Moreover, if retaliation after first and second round is the right of China, Does America not have any right to retaliate in trade war, which china has waged for last 20 years.


Our question is simple, If President Trump is fool and President Xi Jinping is really genius, he could have stopped retaliation and saved the economy of whole world from the collapse.



This brings us to central point, in the end of May, President Trump has imposed 25% tariffs  on steel and aluminium import.



In response, India decided to impose tariffs on American almonds, walnuts from 4th of August.



But by 4th of August, India delayed imposing tariffs  on These american goods till 18 September.



Now again, India has decided to delay imposing tariffs till 2  November.



While delaying retaliatory tariffs on America, India has requested conditional waiver from America on Indian steel and aluminium, because Major defense partner India doesn't pose a security threat to America.



Given the negotiations are going on, India has responded in a matured way. you know, if we get waiver from America, Indian steel and Aluminium export to America will start increasing.



In fact, India is actively negotiating with America to get a packaged Free and Fair trade deal so that both countries can grow further.



if you look at recently concluded America Mexico trade deal,  its good for both the parties.



There is no doubt, if India and America talk to each other, a better deal can be negotiated which will be beneficial to both countries.



As long as you are ready for give and take, you will negotiate and cut the deal in the end.



But if you are a blood sucking Chinese parasite, you will only take as much as possible without giving any thing.



The second round confirms that, More than Foolishness of President Trump, its selfishness of President Xi Jinping, which is responsible for the Global Trade war.





Unfortunately, No expert in the world, would dare to say so.







Thankfully, Prime Minister Modi has smartly understood the need to engage with America.



You tell, Why to fight trade war , when we can gain more by having trade with America.

With Improved ease of doing business and GST implementation, India must welcome American companies to uproot their factories from China and plant them here in India.

More importantly, You know, India has been planning to roll out 5th generation of cellular mobile communication after success 4G roll out.





 Now Indian government has invited all Telecommunication companies to start preparation, but no invitation has been sent to Chinese Companies.



With out Made in China devices, Indian government is planning to roll out 5G in India.



This step of Indian government is certainly praiseworthy. Hopefully, India will continue to stick with this policy.



In this trade war, there is no point in remaining non aligned, we must choose either democratic America or Communist China.
