जैसा कि आपने अखबारों में पड़ा होगा, मेड इन पाकिस्तान आर्थिक खस्ताहाल से निपटने के लिए सऊदी अरब ने पाकिस्तान को 6 बिलियन डॉलर की आर्थिक सहायता उपलब्ध कराने का वचन दिया है.



इस समझौते के अनुसार, सऊदी अरब तुरंत स्टेट बैंक ऑफ पाकिस्तान में तीन बिलियन डॉलर अगले 1 वर्ष के लिए जमा करा देगा.



और अगले 3 वर्षों के लिए पाकिस्तान सऊदी अरब से 3 बिलियन डॉलर मूल्य का कच्चा तेल खरीद पाएगा. जिसमें पाकिस्तान तुरंत तेल खरीद तो सकेगा, लेकिन पेमेंट देर से सुविधा के अनुसार किया जा सकता है.



पाकिस्तान के पास सिर्फ 8 बिलियन  डॉलर का विदेशी मुद्रा भंडार बचा हुआ है. 3 महीने में माल आयात करने के लिए पाकिस्तान के पास एक फूटी कौड़ी भी नहीं बचेगी. इसलिए पाकिस्तान को पैसे की बहुत ज्यादा जरूरत थी.



लेकिन यदि आप पाकिस्तान के कुल निर्यात में से कुल आयात को घटा दें, तो पाकिस्तान को इस वर्ष अकेले 18 बिलियन डॉलर का घाटा होगा. इसके ऊपर पाकिस्तान को पहले लिया हुआ कर्ज लौटाने के लिए 9 बिलियन डॉलर और इकट्ठे करने होंगे.



इसलिए कुल मिलाकर पाकिस्तान को 27 बिलियन डॉलर की जरूरत है. अगर पाकिस्तान अपनी अर्थव्यवस्था का संचालन बहुत अच्छे ढंग से भी करता है, तो भी पाकिस्तान को 12 बिलियन डॉलर की जरूरत तो निश्चित रूप से पड़ेगी.



पाकिस्तान इस पूरे अमाउंट के लिए आईएमएफ से भीख कभी भी मांग सकता है. लेकिन आईएमएफ के लोन का आकार जितना बड़ा होगा, पाकिस्तान पर उतनी ही कड़ी शर्तें लगाई जाएंगी. और पाकिस्तान यह बात अच्छे से समझता है.



बड़े ही स्वाभाविक ढंग से पाकिस्तान आईएमएफ से कम कर्ज़ लेना पड़े, इसके लिए जुगाड़ लगा रहा है.



यहां पर हमें यह नहीं भूलना चाहिए, चुनाव के खत्म होने के बाद अगस्त महीने में पाकिस्तान ने चीन से 2 बिलियन डॉलर लिए थे, और सऊदी अरब से 4.5 बिलियन डॉलर का कच्चा तेल Buy Now लेकिन Pay Later की व्यवस्था के अंतर्गत खरीदने का  अधिकार ले लिया था.



इसलिए आज अगर पाकिस्तान को सऊदी अरब से 6 बिलियन डॉलर मिल रहे हैं, तो आपको चोकने की जरूरत नहीं है. क्योंकि 3 महीने पहले ही चीन और सऊदी अरब ने पाकिस्तान के मुंह में 6.5 बिलियन डॉलर ठूसे थे.



ऐसा तभी होता है, जब लिवर कैंसर पेशेंट डॉक्टर के पास ना जाकर, अपने दोस्तों के साथ दारू पार्टी करने चला जाता है.





पाकिस्तान पैसा जलाने वाली मशीन है, इसलिए अभी जिन 6 बिलियन DOLLAR को पाकिस्तान ने प्राप्त किया है, वह भी जल्दी ही जला दिए जाएंगे.



और अगले महीने पाकिस्तान के प्रधानमंत्री भीख का कटोरा लिए हुए चीन पहुंचने वाले हैं. या तो पाकिस्तान को नया कर्ज मिलेगा, अथवा पुराना कर्ज माफ हो जाएगा. दोनों ही हालत में पाकिस्तान को पैसा मिलना चाहिए.



हम सभी जानते हैं, पाकिस्तान को रोकड़े से मतलब है, रोकड़ा आ कहां से रहा है, पाकिस्तान इसकी परवाह नहीं करता है.



सऊदी अरब के युवराज, जिनके हाथ Kasoosgi के खून से रंगे हैं, से 6 बिलियन डॉलर लेने के पहले पाकिस्तान ने दोबारा नहीं सोचा.



कोई बात नहीं, चीन और सऊदी अरब से पैसा बटोरने के बाद, शातिर पाकिस्तान अंतरराष्ट्रीय मुद्रा कोष से बेहतर शर्तों के साथ लोन लेने के लिए मोल भाव करेगा.



आईएमएफ से लोन मिलने के बाद ही, पाकिस्तान को दुनिया की अन्य संस्थाओं से कर्जा मिलना चालू हो पाएगा. इसलिए पाकिस्तान को आज नहीं तो कल आईएमएफ की शरण में जाना ही होगा.



आमतौर पर कोई देश अपनी अर्थव्यवस्था का मैनेजमेंट करता है, लेकिन पाकिस्तान तो अपने दिवालियेपन  का मैनेजमेंट करता है.



कोई फर्क नहीं पड़ता है, कि पाकिस्तान कितनी आर्थिक खस्ताहाल से होकर गुजर रहा है, वह भारत की तरफ आतंकवाद को निर्यात करता रहेगा, और साल दर साल अपना रक्षा बजट भी बढ़ाता जाएगा.



वास्तव में यदि अंतरराष्ट्रीय मुद्रा कोष पाकिस्तान के निर्यात में पाकिस्तान से होने वाले आतंकवाद के निर्यात को भी जोड़ दें, पाकिस्तान से होने वाला निर्यात आयात की तुलना में बहुत अधिक बढ़ जाएगा. इस प्रकार वास्तव में पाकिस्तान को हर साल व्यापार में  बहुत लाभ हो रहा है. इसलिए पाकिस्तान की अर्थव्यवस्था बहुत स्वस्थ है.



देखा जाए तो, दुनिया के आर्थिक हालत को मापने वाले मानदंड ही खराब है. क्योंकि उन्होंने पाकिस्तान की विशेष आर्थिक सफलता का अंदाज लगाने में असफलता प्राप्त की है.



बात बहुत सीधी है, पाकिस्तान सिर्फ इसलिए जिंदा रहने की कोशिश कर रहा है, ताकि वह कल भारत को मार सके. किसी सामान्य देश की तरह, अपना विकास करना और समृद्ध होना पाकिस्तान के लिए लक्ष्य नहीं है.



लेकिन आज हमें एक और साधारण सवाल पूछना होगा. आखिर सऊदी अरब भारत को तेल का निर्यात करने वाला सबसे बड़ा देश क्यों है. हम अपने बिलियन डॉलर हर साल सऊदी अरब को क्यों दे रहे हैं, जो कि सऊदी अरब से होते हुए पाकिस्तान तक पहुंचते हैं.





क्या हमें एथेनॉल और बिजली पर अपने वाहन चलाने की रणनीति पर तेजी से आगे नहीं बढ़ना चाहिए?



इस बात में कोई संदेह नहीं है, कि यह लंबे समय की रणनीति है. लेकिन एनडीए 1 के शासनकाल में भारत ने इस दिशा में चलना चालू किया था. लेकिन यूपीए वन और टू के शासनकाल मैं भारत इस दिशा में आगे नहीं बड़ पाया. अब एनडीए 2 के शासनकाल में भारत ने ऊर्जा के वैकल्पिक स्रोतों का बड़े पैमाने पर उपयोग करने की दिशा में आगे बढ़ना फिर से चालू किया है.



आइए देखते हैं, कि भारत की जनता 2019 के आम चुनाव में यूपीए 3 का निर्वाचन करेगी. ताकि हमेशा की तरह  भारत अपना पैसा सऊदी अरब में फेंकता  रहे, और पाकिस्तान भारत को मारने के लिए जिंदा बना रहे.

You might have read in news papers, that Saudi Arabia has offered 6 Billion Dollars to Pakistan to survive the current self made economic crisis.



As per this offer, Saudi Arabia will deposit 3 Billion Dollars in State Bank of Pakistan for a period of 1 year.



and  For next 3 years, Pakistan will be able to buy Saudi oil worth 3 Billion Dollars and pay later for it.



With 8 Billion Dollar currency reserves, after three months, Pakistan will left with no money to pay for its imports. Therefore Pakistan desperately need the money.



However, if you subtract Pakistan's total annual Import from Export , Pakistan is left with 18 Billion Dollar deficit.



On top of it, Pakistan needs another 9 Billion Dollars to repay loans this year.



In total, Pakistan needs 27 Billion Dollars.  Even if Pakistan's finance ministry does its best job of money management, it will still need 12 Billion Dollars.



Pakistan may beg IMF for this whole amount. but the more is loan amount the stricter will be IMF loan conditions, and Pakistan understands this.



Therefore, its obviously trying to minimize the loan amount needed from IMF.



lets not forget here, Just after the election in August, Pakistan got 2 Billion Dollar loan from China and ability to buy Saudi crude oil worth 4.5 Billion Dollar for three years under buy now and pay later mechanism.



Therefore Pakistan getting 6 Billion Dollar help from Saudi Arabia should not surprise you, when just three months back it has got 6.5 Billion Dollars from both China and Saudi Arabia.



That happens, when a lever cancer patient choose to go to his friend house and enjoy wine rather than admitting himself to hospital.



Pakistan is a cash burning machine and it will soon burn these newly released 6 billion Dollar as well.



Next month, with Begging bowl Imran Khan is going to visit China. Either he will get more loan, or he will get old loan cancelled.



Either way, Pakistan will get money.



As we all understand, Pakistan only cares about money, it does not bother from where its coming.



Pakistan even does not think twice before accepting money from Crown Prince, who has his hands red with blood of Kassoggi.



Anyways, After getting loans from both Saudi Arabia and China, Smart Pakistan will be able to negotiate better conditions for IMF loans.



Only after getting IMF loan, Pakistan will be able to get loan from other global lending agencies. Therefore Pakistan will seek IMF bailout, that's for sure.



Normally a country manages its economy, Smart Pakistan is managing its bankruptcy .



No matter what kind of economic mess Pakistan is in, It will continue terrorism export to India and keep increasing its defense budget year after year.



In fact,  if IMF adds Terrorism exports in Pakistan's total export, Pakistan would end up having surplus in trade, where Export would be much higher than imports. Therefore, if you see, Overall Pakistan is running very healthy economy. 



Rather its inability of economic metrics, because they have failed to measure the economic prosperity of Pakistan.



The point is simple, Pakistan is just trying to survive in order to kill India. Like any other nation, Pakistan doesn't want to thrive and grow.



But we must ask one simple question, why is Saudi Arabia our largest oil supplier? Why are we sending billions of dollars to Saudi Arabia, which will eventually find their way to Pakistan.



Should we not increase the speed of our movement from crude oil to electricity and ethanol?



No doubt, its long term strategy. But India started looking in this direction during NDA 1 regime. Thereafter we lost 10 years in UPA one and two. Now again NDA 2 has moved ahead to harness alternative sources of fuel.



Lets see, if Indian public will end up bringing UPA 3 in 2019 general election to ensure that India keep dumping money in Saudi Arabia so that Pakistan keeps surviving.
