आज हम केवल आंकड़ों की चर्चा करेंगे, क्योंकि आंकड़े झूठ नहीं बोलते हैं. 



भारतीय वाणिज्य मंत्रालय का एक अध्ययन अंग्रेजी की अखबार फाइनेंसियल एक्सप्रेस में छपा है. जिसके अनुसार अमेरिका के चीन से आने वाले माल पर आयात शुल्क लगाए जाने से, भारत के 171 item चीन के आइटम की तुलना में अमेरिकी बाजार में सस्ते हो गए हैं. 



अगर भारतीय निर्यातक इन 171 आइटम को अमेरिकी बाजार में अधिक निर्यात करने पर ध्यान दें, तो भारत को अमेरिका से 8.7 बिलियन डॉलर का नया व्यापार प्राप्त हो सकता है. 



इस व्यापारिक अवसर का महत्व समझने के लिए, आप यह देखिए, अभी जो s400 की  जो डील हुई है, उसकी साइज 5 बिलियन डॉलर की है. 



और पाकिस्तान 8 बिलियन डॉलर की भीख मांगने के लिए आईएमएफ के दरवाजे पर खड़ा है. 



अगर आप ध्यान से देखें, अमेरिका के द्वारा चीन पर लगा आयात शुल्क भारत के उत्पादकों और निर्यातकों के लिए एक बहुत बड़ा अवसर खोलता है. 



कृपया ध्यान दीजिए, अभी जबकि अमेरिका ने मात्र 250 बिलियन डॉलर के चीन के माल पर आयात शुल्क मारा है, तो भारत के लिए 8.7 बिलियन डॉलर का व्यापारिक अवसर खुल गया है. 



आप जानते हैं, इस वर्ष के अंत तक अमेरिका चीन के 267 बिलीयन डॉलर के माल पर और आयात शुल्क जड़ने  वाला है, इसलिए भारत के लिए अमेरिका का व्यापारिक अवसर अभी और अधिक सुहावना होने वाला है. 



अब यह हम पर निर्भर करता है, कि हम कहां अपनी उर्जा लगाना चाहते है. 



कहने की जरूरत नहीं है, इस अवसर का भरपूर लाभ उठाने के लिए, भारत को अमेरिका के साथ फ्री और फेयर ट्रेड डील भी करनी होगी. 



रोचक बात यह है, जब भारतीय वाणिज्य मंत्रालय ने इसी प्रकार का अध्ययन चीन के संदर्भ में किया. तो यह पता लगा, कि भारत चीन को 44 आइटम का निर्यात बढ़ा सकता है. अन्य 17 आइटम जो आज चीन अमेरिका से खरीदता है, उनको भारत चीन के बाजार में बेच सकता है, लेकिन उनके लिए चीन का बाजार बंद है. इसलिए यह 17 आइटम चीन को निर्यात करने के पहले, हमें चीन से आग्रह करना होगा, कि वह अपना बाजार हमारे लिए खोले. 



जब भी कभी हम अमेरिका और चीन के बीच के व्यापारिक युद्ध का लाभ उठाने के बारे में चर्चा करते है, तो हमारे कई दर्शक कहते हैं, कि हमें गुटनिरपेक्ष की नीति का पालन करना चाहिए, और अपना व्यापार अमेरिका और चीन दोनों के साथ बढ़ाने पर ध्यान देना चाहिए. 



लेकिन दोस्तों, जिंदगी में कभी कभी हमें किसी एक पक्ष का साथ देना होता है.

परिणाम यह हुआ, 1988 में भारत और चीन की अर्थव्यवस्था का आकार समान था, लेकिन आज चीन की अर्थव्यवस्था भारतीय अर्थव्यवस्था की 5 गुनी हो गई है. 



अगर आप इतिहास की तरफ देखना नहीं चाहते हैं, तो हम पिछले वर्ष के व्यापारिक आंकड़ों की चर्चा करते हैं. 



पिछले वर्ष, चीन ने अमेरिका को 522 बिलियन डॉलर का माल निर्यात किया, और चीन ने अमेरिका से 187 बिलियन डॉलर का माल आयात किया. 



चलिए अब हम सबसे अच्छी संभावना के बारे में चर्चा करते हैं. 



मान लेते हैं, कि अमेरिका और चीन के बीच व्यापार पूरी तरह से बंद हो गया है, और चीन ने पूरा माल भारत से आयात करना चालू कर दिया है, तो इस प्रकार से भारत के सामने चीन को 187 बिलियन डॉलर का माल निर्यात करने का अवसर खुल जाता है. 



लेकिन यदि अमेरिका और चीन के बीच व्यापार पूरी तरह से बंद हो गया है, और अमेरिका ने पूरा माल भारत से आयात करना चालू कर दिया है, तो इस प्रकार से भारत के सामने अमेरिका को 522 बिलियन डॉलर का माल निर्यात करने का अवसर खुल जाता है. 



अब यह भारत पर निर्भर करता है, हम 522 बिलियन डॉलर के अवसर पर ध्यान दें, अथवा 187 बिलियन डॉलर के अवसर पर . 



हमारे कुछ दर्शकों का यह कहना भी सही है, कि भारत को गुटनिरपेक्ष रहते हुए चीन और अमेरिका दोनों को ही अपने माल का निर्यात बढ़ाने की कोशिश करनी चाहिए. 



इस बड़े विचार के सामने एक छोटा सवाल खड़ा होता है, अगर एक रास्ता उत्तर दिशा की ओर जाता है, और दूसरा रास्ता दक्षिण दिशा की ओर जाता है. तो क्या आप एक साथ दोनों रास्तों पर चल सकते हैं? 



यहां पर भारत को कम्युनिस्ट चीन और डेमोक्रेटिक अमेरिका, सरकार के द्वारा बंद चीन का बाजार और खुला हुआ अमेरिकी बाजार मैं से किसी एक का चुनाव करना है. 



अमेरिकी विकल्प का चुनाव करते समय हमें अपनी रणनीति नहीं बदलनी है, क्योंकि हम पहले से ही लोकतांत्रिक फ्री मार्केट इकोनामी है. 



भारत में ऐसे लोगों की भरमार है, जिन्हें अमेरिका को गाली देने और चीन को प्यार करने में बड़ा गर्व महसूस होता है. 



आप अमेरिका को जी चाहे गाली दे सकते हैं, लेकिन आप दुनिया के सबसे बड़े मूर्ख होंगे, अगर आप अमेरिका से आने वाले पैसे को भी गाली देने लगे. 



हमें यह बात समझने की जरूरत है, अमेरिका के लोगों को जितना माल लगता है, वह उतने माल का उत्पादन कभी नहीं कर सकते हैं. 



अगर चीन का माल महंगा हो रहा है, तो वह भारत से आने वाला सस्ता माल तुरंत खरीद लेंगे. 



यहां पर साफ करने वाली बात यह है, हम अमेरिका का समर्थन सिर्फ इसलिए करते हैं, क्योंकि अमेरिका के सहयोग से भारत में बेरोजगारी की समस्या का समाधान निकल सकता है. 



अगर चीन भारत में बेरोजगारी की समस्या का समाधान करे, तो हम चीन का भी गुणगान करेंगे. 



आशा की जा सकती है, भारतीय वाणिज्य मंत्रालय के अध्ययन को पढ़ने के बाद, Global Trade war में अमेरिका से उभरते हुए व्यापार अवसर को भारतीय व्यापारी और निर्यातक ध्यान से देखेंगे. 



इतिहास गवाह है, जिन लोगों ने युद्ध में लड़ाई लड़ी है, उनकी हमेशा हार हुई है. लेकिन जिन्होंने युद्ध में हथियार बेचे हैं, उनकी हमेशा विजय हुई है. 



चीन की तरफ से, भारतीय विद्वान चिल्ला रहे हैं, और वैश्विक अर्थव्यवस्था को नुकसान पहुंचाने के लिए मूर्ख राष्ट्रपति ट्रंप को गालियां दे रहे हैं. लेकिन अच्छा होगा, भारतीय निर्यातक अमेरिका से पैसा कमाने पर अपना जोर लगाएं.

Due to American tariffs on Chinese goods, 171 Indian items have become cheaper than their Chinese competitor in American market.



If Indian exporters focus on American market and try to export these 171 items more, India can get additional business worth 8.7 Billion Dollar from America.



In order to understand the size of this business opportunity, you know,  the total size of Indian S400 deal was close to 5 Billion Dollar.



Right now, Pakistan is begging for 8 Billion Dollar IMF bailout.



By any means, American trade tariffs on China present huge opportunity before Indian manufacturers and exporters.



Please note, 8.7 Billion Dollar opportunity has opened with only American tariffs on Chinese goods worth 250 Billion Dollar.



You know, by the end of this year, President Trump is all set to impose tariffs  on Chinese goods worth 267 Billion Dollars.



Therefore the size of this 8.7 Billion Dollar opportunity is going to increase further.



Now, its up to us, what we want to focus on.



Needless to say, in order to take full advantage of this opportunity we must enter into Free and fair trade deal with America.





Interestingly, when Indian commerce ministry did same kind of study with China, it realized due to the trade war, India can increase export of only 44 items to China. For rest 17 items, that China imports from America, Chinese market is closed for India. Before Exporting these 17 types of goods to China, we must first request China to open its market.





Whenever we discuss about taking advantage of this America China Trade War.



Many of our viewers comment, we should remain non aligned and try to increase the trade with both America and China.



but friends, some times in the life of a nation, we must take side.



Lets look at Cold War, Non aligned India and Communist China were standing with Communist Russia.



But after 1972 visit of American president, China conveniently changed the side. but India remained stuck in same non alignment policy.





The result is, the size of Indian and Chinese economy was same in the year 1988, but now Chinese economy is 5 times larger than Indian economy.

Last year, China exported goods worth 522 Billion Dollar to America but China imported goods worth only 187 Billion dollars from America.

Please consider this best case scenario.

Now,Due to Complete trade stop in between America and China, if China starts importing same amount of goods only from India, we will have export opportunity worth 187 Billion Dollars.



But if due to Complete  trade stop in between America and China, if America starts importing same amount of goods only from India, we will have export opportunity worth 522 Billion Dollars.



Now, its up to India, if we want to focus on 522 Billion Dollar, or on 187 Billion Dollar.

Hopefully, After reading this formal study of Indian commerce ministry, Indian exporters will start looking at American opportunity arising out of this trade war.



History tells us, those who fight in the war, always lose it. But the side, which sells weapons, always wins.



On behalf of China, Indian Experts are busy in crying  and abusing foolish President Trump for destroying global economy. But Indian exporters should rather look at from where they can earn more money.
