you may recall, not long ago, Just before Major event in India , there used to be terrorist attack.



before 26 May 2014 swearing in ceremony of Prime Minister Modi, With the direct involvement of Pakistan based terrorist organization, Indian consulate in Herat Afghanistan was attacked on 23 May 2014.



This was just an example. But over last 30 years, Pakistan sponsored terrorists have done it again and again.



In the childhood, we have learned basic thing, if you do good, the good comes back to you, and if you do bad, then bad comes back to you.



Now, Pakistan's day of reckoning has come.



Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan is going on his first China visit in between 2nd and 5th of November.



As you all know, most important aim of this visit is to secure Chinese grant before IMF delegation arrives in Pakistan for next bailout related negotiation .



Basically, Smart Pakistan is trying to use China and IMF against each other.



If China doesn't provide grant, Pakistan would agree to divulge secret Cpec details before IMF. Therefore China can be made to take care of Pakistan.



If China provides grant, With the strength of Chinese dollars, Pakistan can negotiate for better condition of next IMF bailout.



In addition, Pakistan is very much interested in revising Cpec project conditions in its own favor.



It appears, Clever Pakistan has taken all scenarios in the account. but perhaps Pakistan forgot to look inside its own house.



Before Imran Khan boards the flight on a Chinese visit, As per news report published by A N I, 5 Workers including one engineer working on Cpec related housing project have been killed in terrorist attack in Gwadar.



Balochh liberation Army has taken the responsibility of this attack.



China and Pakistan have been working on 70 housing projects in Baluchistan. We all know, either Chinese or Punjabis will live in these houses .



That's the fear of fast demographic change among the people of Baluchistan.



While we don't support any act of terror in any place of the world. But China Pakistan have been again and again advised to take care of regional aspirations and expectations.



Perhaps China doesn't understand basic truth, No development project can become successful,  unless local people receive its direct or indirect benefit.



Local people cannot become spectators of outsiders looting their land.



This attack by Balochh Liberation Army, has once again brought the issue of safety and security for Cpec project to center stage.



When Imran Khan touches the Chinese land, first thing, he would be asked is to increase safety for workers in Gwadar.



With this level of security threats, Chinese forced labor can work in Gwadar, but normal businessman would never dare to invest money and start commercial operations there.



Priority of life comes always before the priority of Money.



This attack will echo during the talk in between Pakistani Prime Minister and Chinese president.



In the end, Chinese workers would seek safety from same Pakistani Army, which is itself responsible for creating the mess in Baluchistan.



While China will remain scared, Pakistan Army can only smile, because its always easy to extort money from scared China.



People of baluchistan have given Pakistan and China taste of their own medicine.



Now Pakistan will know, how it feels when terrorist attack happens just before major diplomatic engagement.



As happens always, Pakistan will again blame India, but this habit of blaming others is not going to let them win the heart of common people in Baluchistan.
