नमस्ते दोस्तों, Real Quick Info  चैनल पर आपका स्वागत है. आइए, अब हम अपने Original Real Quick Analysis के बारे में चर्चा करते हैं.



जैसा कि आपको याद होगा, पिछले महीने घमंडी नेपाल ने भारत में होने वाले बिम्सटेक संगठन के पहले सैन्य अभ्यास में भाग लेने से मना कर दिया था.



इसके बजाय नेपाल ने चीन के साथ मिलिट्री गेम्स खेलना ज्यादा अच्छा समझा.



उस समय जैसा कि हमने चर्चा की थी, पाकिस्तान को भड़का कर चीन ने सार्क संगठन को कभी सफल नहीं होने दिया. और अब नेपाल का दुरुपयोग करके चीन बिम्सटेक संगठन को असफल बनाने की कोशिश कर रहा है.



इसके ठीक बाद नेपाल ने घोषणा की, कि उसे चीन के चार बंदरगाह तक पहुंच मिल गई है. जिससे नेपाल की भारत पर निर्भरता कम होती चली जाएगी.



उस समय हमारे कई दर्शकों ने बहुत सही कहा था, की चीन से आने वाला रास्ता नेपाल के लिए लाभकारी नहीं होगा.



लेकिन महत्वपूर्ण बात यह है, व्यापार और यातायात के लिए नेपाल ने चीन का रास्ता नहीं चुना है, बल्कि वह भारत से होकर जाने वाले जमीनी रास्ते पर अपनी निर्भरता को कम होता हुआ दिखाना चाहता है.



दोस्तों, नेपाल को चीन के बंदरगाहों तक पहुंच मिलने का महत्व छोटा था, लेकिन उसके पीछे मैसेज बहुत बड़ा था.



जैसा कि हमने अपने अन्य वीडियोस में चर्चा की है, पाकिस्तानी और चीन के दोस्तों की तुलना में, नेपाल के दोस्तों ने हमें ज्यादा गालियां दी हैं. इस वीडियो के जवाब में भी हम नेपाली दोस्तों से गालियां सुनने के लिए तैयार बैठे हैं.



इन दो उदाहरणों से आप समझ गए होंगे, की नेपाल ने आक्रामक रुख ले रखा है, और उसके जवाब में भारत का रुख रक्षात्मक था.



लेकिन अब एक अच्छी खबर आई है, अभी नेपाल की ओर आ रहे हवाई जहाजों को भारत से होकर गुजरने के लिए सिर्फ एक सिमरा का एंट्री प्वाइंट  मिलता है. नेपाल को आने वाली ज्यादातर फ्लाइट इसी रास्ते से होकर आती हैं.



आने वाले एक रास्ते की तुलना में, नेपाल से बाहर जाने के लिए सात हवाई रास्ते मौजूद है.



इसलिए नेपाल की ओर आने वाले रास्तों पर हमेशा हवाई जाम लगा रहता है.



इसलिए नेपाल भारत से आग्रह कर रहा था, कि भारत ने उसे कई अन्य हवाई एंट्री प्वाइंट देनी चाहिए. इस साल जून महीने में भारत ने महेंद्र नगर, जनकपुर और विराट नगर जैसे तीन नए एयर एंट्री प्वाइंट्स से  होते हुए नेपाल को 4 नए हवाई रास्ते खोलने का निर्णय लिया.



आप यहां पर ध्यान दीजिए, जून महीने में हुए निर्णय के अनुसार, नेपालगंज को एयर एंट्री प्वाइंट के रूप में दिए जाने के ऊपर बातचीत तक नहीं होनी थी.



लेकिन पिछले 4 महीनों में नेपाल ने  जैसे रंग दिखलाये हैं, उनको देखते हुए भारत ने औपचारिक रूप से महेंद्र नगर और नेपालगंज के ऊपर से नेपाल को एयर एंट्री प्वाइंट देने से मना कर दिया.



यहां पर साफ करने वाली बात यह है, नेपालगंज के पास भारतीय वायुसेना की विशेष सुविधाएं मौजूद है, और यहां पर वायु सेना का अभ्यास चलता रहता है. इसलिए नेपाल चाहे कितना भी चिल्लाता रहे, नेपालगंज के ऊपर से उसे हवाई रास्ता नहीं मिलने वाला है.



जहां तक महेंद्र नगर का सवाल था, इस प्वाइंट के आसपास भारतीय हवाई क्षेत्र में पहले से ही बहुत ज्यादा ट्रैफिक रहता है. इसलिए भारत इस पॉइंट की भी अनुमति नहीं दे पाया.



इन दो एंट्री प्वाइंट के अभाव के कारण, नेपाल की ओर आने वाले हवाई जहाज का खर्चा बढ़ जाता है, और नेपाल के कुछ हवाई अड्डे पर हवाई यातायात का विस्तार नहीं हो पा रहा है.



उदाहरण के लिए, भैरहवा हवाई अड्डे तक पहुंचने के लिए हवाई जहाज को सिमरा के एंट्री प्वाइंट से होकर नेपाल में घुसना पड़ता है. जिससे हवाई जहाज को 300 किलोमीटर की अधिक यात्रा करनी पड़ती है.



लेकिन जैसा कि पहले जमीनी रास्ते को लेकर हुआ है, नेपाल चिल्लाएगा, कि भारत उसका हवाई रास्ता भी रोक रहा है.



लेकिन यहाँ पर कहने वाली बात यह है, की जून महीने की सहमति के अनुसार, नेपाल को जनकपुर और विराट नगर के एयर एंट्री प्वाइंट की पहुंच अभी भी मिल सकती है.



भारत में केवल महेंद्र नगर के एयर एंट्री प्वाइंट के लिए मना किया है, लेकिन नेपाल की मीडिया इसे भारत का एक बड़ा U Turn दिखा रही हैं.



मूलभूत रूप से, नेपाल की मीडिया आधे भरे गिलास की ओर ना देख कर, आधे खाली गिलास को देख कर रो और चिल्ला रही है.



इस प्रकार से  नेपाल की जनता के बीच भारत के प्रति दुर्भावना और भड़काई  जाएगी.



हम यह नहीं जानते हैं, नेपाल की मीडिया को पैसा कहां से मिलता है, लेकिन भारत और नेपाल के संबंधों को बिगाड़ने में नेपाल की मीडिया ने भी बहुत बढ़ा रोल निभाया है.



बड़े ही स्वाभाविक तकनीकी और रक्षा कारणों से भारत ने नेपाल को महेंद्र नगर और नेपालगंज के ईयर एंट्री प्वाइंट को ना देने का निर्णय लिया है. लेकिन अब नेपाल को अपेक्षा है, की राजनीतिक स्तर पर इन दो हवाई एंट्री प्वाइंट का उपयोग करने कि उसे अनुमति मिल जानी चाहिए.



अब आप बताइए, क्या नेपाल के प्रति हमें उदारता दिखानी चाहिए?



जहां तक हम कह सकते हैं, दोस्ती का रास्ता दोहरा होता है. अगर स्वतंत्र नेपाल कुछ लेना चाहता है, तो उसे स्वतंत्र भारत को कुछ देना भी होगा.



एक दुश्मन की तरह व्यवहार करते हुए, सम्प्रभुत्व नेपाल ने यह अपेक्षा नहीं करनी चाहिए, की सम्प्रभुत्व भारत एक तरफा दोस्ती की जिम्मेदारी निभाता चला जाएगा.



भारत नेपाल को अगर कोई हवाई एंट्री प्वाइंट नहीं दे रहा है. तो हम नेपाल  को शुभकामनाएं देना चाहते हैं, शायद चीन और पाकिस्तान से उसे नई एयर एंट्री प्वाइंट मिल जाएंगे. वैसे भी आजकल नेपालियों को पाकिस्तान और चीन पर बड़ा प्यार उमड़ रहा है.



अंत में नेपाल के लिए एक अक्ल मंद बात कही जानी चाहिए, जब तक 2 देश मित्रता पूर्ण ढंग से बातचीत करते रहे, तो हर एक समस्या का समाधान निकाला जा सकता है.



लेकिन नेपाल ने  अपने आप को भारत से पीड़ित मानना बंद करना होगा, और अपनी हर एक समस्या का ठीकरा भारत के सर पर फोड़ना बंद करना होगा.



अच्छी बात यह है, नए भारत ने अपने पड़ोसियों के हितों की तुलना में अपने हितों को महत्व देना चालू कर दिया है. हमारे यह भोले पड़ोसी देश एक हाथ से हमसे कुछ ना कुछ लेते रहते हैं , और दूसरे हाथ से हमारे मुंह पर थप्पड़ भी मार देते हैं.



स्वतंत्र और सम्प्रभुत्व नेपाल को यह बात सोचनी  चाहिए, क्या वह भारत से मित्रता और उदारता की अपेक्षा करने का अधिकार रखता है?



आप के विश्लेषण के अनुसार, तकनीकी और सुरक्षा कारणों को दरकिनार करते हुए क्या भारत ने नेपाल का तुष्टीकरण करते हुए उसे नेपालगंज और महेंद्र नगर के ईयर एंट्री प्वाइंट का उपयोग करने की सुविधा दे देनी चाहिए?

You can easily recall, some time last month, Arrogant Nepal declined to participate in the first ever military exercise of the bay of Bengal group of countries in India.



Instead  Nepal preferred to play military games with China.



At that time we have discussed, China has instigated Pakistan to fail Saarc, and Now China is using Nepal to fail Bimstec.





Soon afterwards. Nepal proudly announced that China allowed Nepal to use four of its ports to reduce Nepalese dependence on India.



While many of our viewers have rightly commented, that trade routes via these Chinese ports are not economical.



More importantly, Nepal has not got access to these ports for trade and transport, but to prove its Independence over the land route offered by India.

Friends, There was more message than substance in Nepal getting access to chinese ports.

As we discussed in our other videos, We have received more abuse from Nepalese friends, than from Chinese and Pakistani friends. Anyways, We are ready for more abuses from them for this videos as well.



As you understand, In above two examples, while Nepal was on offensive, we were in defensive mode.



But here is good news. Right now From Indian side,  Nepal has single entry point in Simara for most of the air lines flying into the country.



In comparison, there are seven exit points for aircraft flying out of Nepal.



Therefore incoming route always remain congested.



Therefore Nepal has been asking India to provide more air entry points. In fact, In June This year, India has agreed to open four air routes to Nepal from three air entry points Mahendra nagar , Janakpur and Biraat nagar.



Please note here, Nepalgunj entry point was kept out of discussion even in June due to Indian security concerns.



However, in the background of Nepalese behavior in last four months, India has denied air entry from Mahendra nagar and Nepalgunj.



Lets be clear, Nepalgunj entry point is near Indian air force facilities, where fighter jet exercise are held regularly. Therefore Nepal can cry for Nepalgunj as much as it wants, but it will not get it.



So far as Mahendra nagar  entry point is concerned,  India denied entry due to heavy traffic in the Indian air space.





However, Due to lack of these two entry points,  the cost of incoming flights may increase, and Nepal will not be able to grow air traffic for a few air ports.



For example -  any incoming flight to Bhairahawa airport will have to enter in Nepal via Simara, thus increasing the distance by 300 kilometer.



Now, as it happened in the past, Nepal is cribbing that India is blocking air space of Nepal.



But lets be clear, Nepal may still get two new entry points over Biraat nagar and Janakpur.



Indian side denied entry only for Mahendra nagar entry point, but Nepalese media is blaming India for U turn.



Basically, Rather than looking at the half filled glass, Nepal is crying for half empty glass.



That's the way to create bad image about India among Nepalese public.



We don't know, who sponcer Nepalese media, but Its clear, Nepalese media has played most important role in destroying the India Nepal relationship.







Due to very valid technical reasons, Indian side is not ready to provide access via Mahendra nagar and Nepal Gunj air entry points.



Now, Nepal is expecting political  decision from India to grant them access from these two entry points as well.



Now, you tell, does Nepal deserve any generosity from India?



So far as we can say, Friendship is a two way street. If Independent Nepal wants to take something, it should give something else to Independent India.



While behaving like an adversary, a Sovereign Nepal should not expect that Sovereign India will keep on playing role of one sided friendship.



If India is not giving air entry route, We wish Nepal good luck to get new entry routes from China and Pakistan. Anyways our Nepalese friends love China and Pakistan more now a days.



In the end, there is word of wisdom for Nepal,  As long as two friendly countries remain engaged, solution to each and every problem can be found out.



But Nepal must stop playing victim card and blaming India for each of its problem.



Thankfully, This new India has started putting its interest first, before the interest of neighboring countries, who have the habit to taking something from India in one hand, and slapping India by another hand.



Independent Nepal must seriously introspect its own behavior, if its really deserves Indian friendship.
