नमस्ते दोस्तों, Real Quick Info  चैनल पर आपका स्वागत है. आइए, अब हम अपने Original Real Quick Analysis के बारे में चर्चा करते हैं. 


अगर आपको याद हो, भारत और अमेरिका के बीच 16 वर्षों तक लकवा मार देने वाला विचार-विमर्श होने के बाद, वर्ष 2016 में भारत और अमेरिका के बीच Logistic exchange agreement को निष्कर्ष पर पहुंचाया गया. 

इस एग्रीमेंट के बाद भारत और अमेरिका की सेनाएं एक दूसरे की मिलिट्री बेस का इस्तेमाल आसानी से कर पाएंगी. 

इसी वर्ष मार्च महीने में, भारत और फ्रांस के बीच में एक ऐसा ही समझौता किया गया, जिसके बाद दोनों देशों की सेनाएं आवश्यकता पड़ने पर बेझिझक एक दूसरे की सैन्य सुविधाओं का  लाभ उठा पाएंगी. 

इसके बाद जुलाई महीने में, भारत और सिंगापुर के बीच भी एक महत्वपूर्ण आपसी नौसैनिक सहयोग पर आधारित समझौता हुआ है. 

इन तीन समझौतों के बाद यह निश्चित हो गया, कि भारतीय सशस्त्र सेनाएं प्रशांत और हिंद महासागर के किसी भी क्षेत्र में अपनी इच्छा अनुसार किसी भी ऑपरेशन पर आसानी से काम कर पाएंगी, और उन्हें जरूरी सुविधाओं को प्राप्त करने के लिए किसी भी प्रकार से परेशान नहीं होना पड़ेगा. 

अब तो एक और अच्छी खबर आई है. 

आप जानते हैं, प्रधानमंत्री मोदी जी इस महीने के अंत में जापान की यात्रा पर जाने वाले हैं. 

कई अखबारों में छपी खबरों के अनुसार, इस यात्रा के दौरान भारत और जापान आपसी लॉजिस्टिक सपोर्ट एग्रीमेंट पर हस्ताक्षर कर सकते हैं. 

जापान के साथ ऐसा समझौता होने के बाद, प्रशांत महासागर में भारत की शक्ति चौगुना बढ़ जाती है. 

इस समझौते के होने के बाद भारतीय थल सेना वायु सेना और नौसेना आवश्यकतानुसार जापान की सैन्य सुविधाओं का लाभ उठा पाएंगी. 

कहने की जरूरत नहीं है, इस समझौते के बाद जापान की सेना के तीनों अंगों को भारतीय सैन्य सुविधाओं तक भी पहुंच  मिल जाएगी. 

दोस्तों अगर आप चीन और पाकिस्तान के प्यार में अंधे और पागल नहीं है, तो भारत और जापान के बीच होने वाले इस लॉजिस्टिक सपोर्ट एग्रीमेंट को लेकर आपके पेट में दर्द नहीं होना चाहिए. 

सबसे महत्वपूर्ण बात यह है, इस समझौते के हो जाने के बाद भारत को जीबूटी में जापान के मिलिट्री airbase तक पहुंच मिल जाएगी. 

आप जानते हैं, जीबूटी में अमेरिका फ्रांस और जापान के मिलिट्री बेस पहले से ही थे, और पिछले वर्ष 590 मिलीयन डॉलर खर्च करके चीन ने अपना मिलिट्री बेस भी वहां पर बना लिया था. 

अब भारत का $1 भी बर्बाद किए बगैर, भारत को दुनिया के सबसे महत्वपूर्ण सामरिक स्थान पर अमेरिका फ्रांस और जापान के मिलट्री बेसेस तक पहुंच प्राप्त हो गई है. 

इसे कहते हैं, सौ सुनार की और  एक लोहार की. 

हमारे अधिकतर दर्शकों का यह साफ तौर पर मानना है, कि भारत का अपना मिलिट्री बेस जिबूती में होना चाहिए. 

लेकिन दोस्तों, हमारे मित्र लोकतांत्रिक देशों के मिलिट्री बेस तक आसान और विश्वसनीय पहुंच का प्राप्त होना भी कोई बुरा विचार नहीं है. 

इसी के साथ, बदले में जापान को भी अंडमान निकोबार में स्थित भारतीय मिलिट्री बेस तक पहुंच मिल गई है. अब भारत और जापान की नौसेना मिलकर पूरे हिंद महासागर क्षेत्र में अंतरराष्ट्रीय यातायात की स्वतंत्रता की रक्षा कर पाएंगी. 

यहां पर साफ करने वाली बात यह है, चीन को हिंद महासागर में आर्टिफिशियल आईलैंड बनाने की अनुमति नहीं दी जा सकती है. 

अब तो हम सभी जान गए हैं, झूठा और मक्कार चीन पहले आर्टिफिशियल आईलैंड बनाता है, और फिर अचानक से उनके ऊपर एंटी शिप और एंटी एयरक्राफ्ट गन तान देता है. 

और फिर जब अंतरराष्ट्रीय जहाज और हवाई जहाज उस इलाके से होकर गुजरते हैं, तो उन्हें चीन की धमकियों का सामना करना पड़ता है, की वह अब चीन की संप्रभुता और क्षेत्रीय अखंडता का उल्लंघन कर रहे हैं. 

चीन ने पूरे दक्षिण चीन सागर का अतिक्रमण करके उसे साउथ चाइनीस सी बना दिया है. अगर हम अब भी नहीं जागे, तो इंडियन ओसेन भी चाइनीस ओसेन में तब्दील हो जाएगा. 

खतरे की घंटी और तेज नहीं बज सकती है. 

या तो लोकतांत्रिक देश कम्युनिस्ट चीन के सामने एकजुट होकर खड़े रहेंगे, अथवा आप सी फूट के कारण यह सभी लोकतांत्रिक देश कम्युनिस्ट चीन से पराजित होंगे. 

यहां पर विकल्प का चुनाव करना बहुत आसान है. 

अभी हाल ही में, जब प्रधानमंत्री मोदी जी ने Strategic Policy Group को राष्ट्रीय सुरक्षा सलाहकार के नीचे लाकर, अजीत डोभाल जी को भारत का सबसे शक्तिशाली अधिकारी  बनाया था. 

तो भारतीय विशेषज्ञ  रोने और चिल्लाने लगे, कि अचानक से इतनी अधिक शक्ति एक आदमी के हाथों में आ गई है. 

 इन विशेषज्ञों के दर्द का कारण समझ आ सकता है, लेकिन यहां पर यह बात ध्यान देने योग्य है, कि पिछले सप्ताह भारतीय राष्ट्रीय सुरक्षा सलाहकार ने अपने समकक्ष जापान के अधिकारी के साथ मिलकर इस लॉजिस्टिक्स सपोर्ट एग्रीमेंट को फाइनल किया था. 

सिर्फ 5 सालों में चार लॉजिस्टिक एग्रीमेंट हुए हैं. केंद्र में स्थित सरकार से आप और अधिक सामरिक निर्णय की अपेक्षा नहीं कर सकते हैं. 

दुर्भाग्यवश, भारत की जनता तो आज पेट्रोल और डीजल खरीदने को लेकर ही परेशान है, शायद यही कारण है, कि इतने महत्वपूर्ण सामरिक निर्णय के लिए जाने के बावजूद, लोग कहते हैं, कि मोदी सरकार ने कुछ नहीं किया. 

बात तो सही है, चीन के लोग अगले 100 सालों के बारे में सोचते हैं, पाकिस्तान के लोग अगले हजार सालों के लिए भारत के खिलाफ साजिश तैयार करते हैं, लेकिन भारत के लोग सिर्फ आज में विश्वास रखते हैं, इसलिए तो वह कर्ज माफी और आरक्षण की मांग करते रहते हैं. 

शायद यही कारण है, कि चीन और पाकिस्तान के लोगों ने बहुत सही अनुमान लगाया है, कि भारत को पूरी तरह से परास्त करना उनके लिए केवल वक्त की बात है. 

लेकिन हम तो, भारत और जापान के बीच होने वाले इस लॉजिस्टिक सपोर्ट एग्रीमेंट का समर्थन करना चाहेंगे.

You may recall, after paralyzing discussions, that have gone on for 16 years,  India and America signed Logistic exchange agreement in Aug 2016.



This agreement allowed both countries to share each others military bases.



Fast forward, this year in March, India entered into similar agreement with France to ensure that armed forces of these two countries can easily support each other on regular basis.



In July this year, India entered into Naval pact with Singapore as well.



These three steps have clearly made Indian armed forces much stronger to perform operation across Indo Pacific region without caring from where they will get support.



Here we have another very good news.



You know, Prime Minister modi is going on Japan visit in the end of this month.



As per news report published in multiple newspapers, India and Japan may also enter into same kind of reciprocal logistics support agreement as well.



Having this agreement, lifts Indian strength more in Indo Pacific region.



If this agreement is signed, Indian Army, Air Force and Navy will be able to use Japanese military facilities.



Needless to say, Indian military facilities will also serve all three wings of Japanese armed forces.



Frankly, Unless you obsessively love China and Pakistan, you wont have any issue in India entering in to bilateral logistics agreement with Japan.



More Importantly, with this agreement, India will get access to Japanese military airbase in Djibouti Horn of Africa as well.



You know, after America France, and Japan, Last year China has set up its military base in Djibouti at the cost of 590 Million Dollar.



Now, without spending a single Dollar, India has got access to American, French and Japanese military bases on most important strategic location in the world.

Its like, One knockout is better than hundred punches.

Majority of our viewers hold strong opinion that India should have its own Military base in Djibouti.



But friends, if you see, having easy access to the military bases of friendly democratic countries is much better idea.


With Japan getting access of Indian naval facilities in Andaman and Nicobar islands, the naval forces of these two countries can effectively ensure freedom of navigation in Indian ocean.



Lets be clear, China cannot be allowed to build artificial islands in Indian ocean.



Now, we all know, China first  builds artificial islands for peaceful purpose. thereafter slowly installs anti Ship and anti aircraft guns on top of them.



And next day on wards, if a ship or aircraft goes through the same region, it has to face the Chinese threat to stop violating Chinese sovereignty and territorial integrity.



After china has encroached South China Sea and made it South Chinese sea. If we don't wake up now, Soon Indian Ocean will also be converted into Chinese ocean.



Alarm bell cannot ring louder.



Either all democratic countries will stand together against China, or divided all of them will fall in front of Communist China.



Choice is rather easy here.



Recently, When Prime Minister Modi has made Ajit Doval as most powerful bureaucrat in India by bringing Strategic Policy Group under National Security Adviser.



The experts started crying that so much power has accumulated into the hands of one person.



While their pain is understandable, we must high light here, Ajit Doval has met with his Japanese counterpart last week to finalize this logistic framework agreement with Japan.



Four logistics agreement in five years, we don't think, we can ask for better strategic results from a government at the center.



Unfortunately, Indian public is more concerned about buying petrol and diesel today. Perhaps that's why no one cares about such strategically important initiatives.



Its rightly said, Chinese people think about next 100 years, Pakistani people plan for  next 1000 years, but Indian people are only worried about today to get loan waiver and reservation.



Needless to say, Why Chinese and Pakistani people have dared to estimate, that their victory over India is just a matter of time.



However, we give big thumbs up to this logistics agreement with Japan.
