23 सितंबर 2018 को मालदीप का चुनाव हारने के बाद भी , राष्ट्रपति यामीन ने उम्मीद नहीं हारी थी.



जैसा कि हमने अपने इस वीडियो में चर्चा की थी, राष्ट्रपति यामीन ने चुनाव परिणाम को चुनौती देते हुए एक संवैधानिक केस सुप्रीम कोर्ट में दायर किया था.



पिछले रविवार को मालदीव के सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने इस विषय में सुनवाई चालू की थी, जिसके दौरान यामीन के वकीलों का कहना था, की Vote डालते समय जिस स्याही का इस्तेमाल किया गया, उसके कारण मत पेटियों में यामीन के समर्थन में डाले गए वोट गायब हो गए.



यामीन के द्वारा प्रस्तुत की गई इस कांस्पीरेसी  थ्योरी  में उनके समर्थक तो विश्वास कर सकते हैं, लेकिन यामीन के वकील इस थ्योरी  के समर्थन में कोई भी विश्वसनीय सबूत प्रस्तुत नहीं कर पाए.



इससे भी अधिक महत्वपूर्ण बात यह है, मालदीव के निर्वाचन आयोग की तरफ से लड़ रहे वकीलों ने स्वतंत्र और निष्पक्ष चुनाव का जमकर समर्थन किया.



यामीन के वकीलों ने सुप्रीम कोर्ट से आग्रह किया, कि वह तीन गोपनीय गवाहों के बयान सुने. लेकिन चुनाव में धांधली को लेकर प्राथमिक सबूतों का अभाव होने पर, सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने ऐसे किसी भी गोपनीय गवाह की बात सुनने से मना कर दिया.



सभी पक्षों पर ठीक प्रकार से विचार करने के बाद, मालदीव के सुप्रीम कोर्ट के 5 जजों की फुल बेंच ने एकमत से यह निर्णय लिया, कि राष्ट्रपति यामीन चुनाव में धांधली को सिद्ध कर पाने में पूरी तरह से असफल हुए. इसलिए मालदीव के निर्वाचन आयोग को दोबारा मतदान आयोजित करवाने की कोई जरूरत नहीं है.



सुप्रीम कोर्ट के ऐतिहासिक निर्णय के बाद, राष्ट्रपति चुनाव को लेकर बनी हुई अनिश्चितता समाप्त हो गई है, और राष्ट्रपति यामीन के कार्यकाल का अंत होना निश्चित हो चुका है.



रोचक बात यह है, मालदीव की विपक्षी पार्टियों ने पुलिस से कहा है, कि उसे राष्ट्रपति यामीन की विदेश यात्रा पर रोक लगा देनी चाहिए. इस बात का डर है, कि भ्रष्टाचार के आरोपों से बचने के लिए वह देश छोड़कर भाग सकते हैं.



कहने की जरूरत नहीं है, सुप्रीम कोर्ट के इस आदेश ने चीन के मुंह पर वर्फीला  ठंडा पानी दे मारा है, और उसकी मालदीप में वापस लौटने की सभी संभावनाएं मर गई हैं.



अब जबकि मालदीव में राष्ट्रपति यामीन का अंत निकट आ चुका है, हमें मालदीव के निर्वाचन आयुक्त अहमद शरीफ की भूमिका के बारे में चर्चा करनी चाहिए.

शायद आपको याद हो, चुनाव के ठीक पहले अपने वफादार अहमद शरीफ को राष्ट्रपति यामीन ने मालदीव का मुख्य निर्वाचन आयुक्त बनवाया था.



राष्ट्रपति यामीन के वफादार चुनाव आयुक्त के होने से, इस बात का डर बहुत बढ़ गया था, की  यामीन के पक्ष में इस बार चुनाव में बड़े पैमाने पर धांधली की जाएगी.



लेकिन मुंशी प्रेमचंद की पंच परमेश्वर कहानी की तरह, अहमद शरीफ ने जैसे ही संवैधानिक पद स्वीकार किया, उनके व्यवहार में पूरी तरह से परिवर्तन आ गया. और उन्होंने स्वतंत्र और निष्पक्ष चुनाव करवाने के वादे पर खरा उतरने की पूरी कोशिश की. यहां तक कि चुनाव परिणाम के घोषित हो जाने के बाद, उन्होंने मालदीव के लोगों के जनमत की रक्षा करने की सफल और भरपूर कोशिश की.



यह बहुत कम होता है, की पद प्राप्त होने के बाद कोई आदमी महान हो जाए. मालदीव के चुनाव के बाद, मुख्य निर्वाचन आयुक्त अहमद शरीफ मालदीव में लोकतंत्र के एक बड़े रक्षक के रूप में उभरे हैं.



सुप्रीम कोर्ट में केस बुरी तरह से हार जाने के बाद, ऐसी अपेक्षा की जा सकती है, की यामीन शांतिपूर्वक नए राष्ट्रपति सोलीह के हाथों में सत्ता सौंप देंगे.



दमनकारी यामीन प्रशासन का अंत होने से, मालदीव की आम जनता अब राहत की सांस ले सकती है.



लेकिन बात चौंकाने वाली यह है, कि भारतीय मीडिया ने इस सकारात्मक  घटनाक्रम को पूरी तरह से नजरअंदाज कर दिया है.





अगर गलती से भी राष्ट्रपति यामीन सुप्रीम कोर्ट में केस जीत गए होते, तो भारत की पूरी मीडिया ने इस प्रकार के नकारात्मक घटनाक्रम को भारत को लगे गहरे झटके के रूप में  बड़े जोर शोर से दिखाया होता.



वास्तव में मालदीव के सुप्रीम कोर्ट का कल का निर्णय कोई अलग नहीं है, भूटान के आम चुनाव में भी भारत के प्रति सकारात्मक परिणाम आया है. लेकिन भारत की मीडिया से यह दोनों खबरें नजरअंदाज हो गई.





हम सभी समझते हैं. भारत की मीडिया चूहों की दौड़ मैं लगी हुई है. जिसमें सभी न्यूज़ चैनल एक साथ एक ही तरह की न्यूज़ लगातार दिखाते रहते हैं.



लेकिन अगर समय मिले, तो भारत की मीडिया को सोचना चाहिए, अच्छी और सकारात्मक घटनाओं के बारे में चर्चा करने से वह क्यों हमेशा चूक जाते हैं?



अगर भारत सरकार से कोई गलती हो जाए, अथवा भारतीय हितों को कहीं पर नुकसान पहुंचे, तभी भारत में ब्रेकिंग न्यूज़ बनती है. नहीं तो किसी को कोई फर्क नहीं पड़ता है.



वास्तव में सत्ता में कोई भी पार्टी बनी रहे. भारत की मीडिया का यह भारत विरोधी व्यवहार हमेशा देखा जा सकता है.



यूट्यूब पर वीडियो डालते हुए हमें जो थोड़ा बहुत अनुभव हुआ है, उससे हमें ऐसा लगता है, कि दर्शक वास्तव में अच्छी और सकारात्मक खबरों की अपेक्षा करते हैं. इसलिए ऐसा प्रतीत होता है, कि भारत की मीडिया भारत की जनता के मुंह में जबरदस्ती बुरी और नकारात्मक खबरें ठूँसती है.



हमने तो यहां तक देखा है, कि हमारे कुछ मित्र जो एनडीटीवी न्यूज़ चैनल को लगातार देखते हैं, वह स्वभाव से ही हर चीज में नकारात्मक दृष्टिकोण रखने लगते है, और कमी निकालना उनका शौक होता है.



आप भी यह बात आजमा कर देख सकते हैं, भारत के बारे में किसी भी प्रकार की अच्छी खबर अगर आप इन लोगों को सुनाएं, तो इन्हें कमी निकालने में और आलोचना करने में बिल्कुल भी समय नहीं लगता है.



उदाहरण के लिए, अभी हाल ही में मोदी केयर स्वास्थ्य योजना से लगभग एक लाख लोगों को लाभ पहुंचा है. लेकिन यह लोग अभी भी रोते रहेंगे, कि भारत के सारे हॉस्पिटल इस योजना में शामिल नहीं हुए हैं, और इस योजना के पीछे लगा हुआ आईटी सिस्टम खराब काम कर रहा है.



दोस्तों, चाहे केंद्र में किसी भी पार्टी का शासन हो, भारत की उदारवादी वामपंथी मीडिया भारत के हितों की तुलना में हमेशा भारत के दुश्मनों के हितों की सेवा ज्यादा करती है.



कोई बात नहीं, अभी तो हमें मालदीव के सुप्रीम कोर्ट के न्याय संगत निर्णय की खुशी मनानी चाहिए.



लेकिन हमें यह मानने की गलती नहीं करनी चाहिए, मालदीव और भूटान में एक के बाद एक गहरा झटका खाने के बाद, चीन शांति से घर पर बैठ जाएगा.



वास्तव में चीन ने 2020 के श्रीलंका के आम चुनाव पर फोकस करना पहले से ही चालू कर दिया है.



श्रीलंका और भारत के संबंध चुनाव का मुद्दा बने, इसलिए अफवाहें फैलाई जाने लगी है, कि भारत श्रीलंका के वर्तमान राष्ट्रपति की हत्या करवाना चाहता है.



ऐसी अफवाह कौन फैला रहा है, यह कभी पता नहीं चलेगा. लेकिन इन अफवाहों से किसे लाभ होता है, इसका अंदाजा आप को बड़ी आसानी से होगा.



इसलिए हमेशा चौकन्ना रहते हुए, हमें हर मोर्चे पर चीन के खिलाफ लड़ाई के लिए तैयार रहना चाहिए.



कभी हम हारेंगे, तो कभी हम जीतेंगे. लेकिन हमें हमेशा लड़ाई लड़ने के लिए तैयार रहना होगा.

After loosing the election on 23 September 2018, President Yameen didn't lose the hope.



As we have discussed in this video, he challenged the election result in Supreme court as a constitutional case.



Last Sunday, When Supreme court started hearing of the case, Yameen lawyers claimed that magic ink had been used to rig the election, so that votes marked in Yameen's support disappeared inside ballot boxes.



This conspiracy theory might appear credible for Yameen supporter, but his Lawyers could not submit legal evidence to back up the claim.



More significantly, Lawyers from election commission did remarkable job in proving freedom and fairness of election process.



Yameen's lawyers requested the court to hear testimony of three unidentified witnesses, but due to lack of preliminary evidences, Court said there was no reason to hear secret testimony.



After careful deliberation of all the aspects, Yesterday five judge supreme court full bench has unanimously declared, outgoing president Yameen failed to conclusively prove that election was rigged.



Therefore Supreme Court didn't find any need to  ask Maldives election commission to conduct fresh rounds of poll.



This Supreme court order has cleared the uncertainty, and put a full stop on the tenure of Abdulla Yameen.



Interestingly, Maldivian democratic party has called Police to impose travel ban on Yameen,  who is expected to flee from the country.



Needless to say, Supreme court order has thrown cold water on Chinese hope to make a come back in Maldives.



As the end of Yameen regime comes near, we must quickly discuss the role played by Chief Election commissioner Ahmed Shareef.



You may recall, Just before the election, Yameen made him the chief election commissioner.



With Yameen loyalist holding the post, it was widely feared, that election would be rigged in favor of Yameen.



But Ahmed Shareef has transformed after occupying the constitutional post. And true to his words, he not only ensured free and fair election, but also he stood up with people's mandate even after the elections results were announced.



Rarely it happens that Post elevates the character of a person. In Maldivian election Ahmed Shareef certainly comes out as a real savior of Maldivian democracy.



After loss of face in Supreme court, It is hoped, that Transfer of power from Yameen to Solih will happen smoothly.



More than any one else, it was Maldivian people, who felt relief to see end of oppressive Yameen regime.



What rather surprises us is Indian media's total negligence to this positive news item.



If Yameen had won the case in Supreme court, Indian media would have certainly highlighted the case as huge set back to India.



In fact, Maldivian supreme court verdict is not alone here, last week when India got very positive results in Bhutan general election. Indian mainstream media somehow neglected that news.



We all understand, they are running in rat race, all reporting same news item at the same time.



But They must seriously introspect, why they knowingly avoid publishing and discussing the positive news.



Only If Indian government does something bad, if Indian interests are harmed, it becomes breaking news. Else no body cares.



No matter which party is in Power, Anti India behavior of Indian main stream media can always be observed .



Our little experience on Youtube confirms, that viewers like good and positive news. That's why we tend to believe, that Indian media force feed bad and negative news to Indian public.



In fact, We have observed that some of our friends who regularly watch NDTV news channel, they are normally pessimistic and critical of everything.



You can try on your own, if you tell them any general positive news, they will find faults in it.





For example, In just one month, Modi care health care scheme has provided benefit to 1 lakh people, but these people will still crib, that all hospitals are not participating in this scheme and IT system is not working properly. 



Anyways, That's how Indian left liberal media serves interests of India's enemies, than the interests of India.



For now, we must feel good about Maldivian Supreme court ruling.



However, we must not assume that China is going to accept back to back set backs in Maldives and Bhutan.



In fact, China has already started focusing on the 2020 Sri Lankan Parliamentary elections.



In order to make India an election issue, rumors are being spread, that India has been planning to assassinate current Sri Lankan President.



No body can confirm the source of these rumors, but we all understand, who will get benefit out of these rumors .



That's why, we must remain alarmed and try to give tough fight to China.



Some times we win, Other times we lose, but main thing is we should keep fighting.
