कल हमने आप के साथ एक वीडियो साझा किया था, जिस में हमने इस संभावना के ऊपर चर्चा की थी, की श्रीलंका मैं हो रहे उथल पुथल के पीछे चीन का हाथ है. तो हमारे कुछ दर्शकों का ऐसा कहना था, की श्रीलंका के घटनाक्रम के पीछे चीन को देखना बेमतलब होगा.



चीन का पक्ष लेने वाले महिंदा राजपक्षा को प्रधानमंत्री तो बना दिया गया है, लेकिन उन्हें अभी भी संसद में अपना बहुमत साबित करना होगा.



श्रीलंका की संसद के 225 सदस्यों में से, राजपक्षा  और श्री सेना के पास 95 सदस्यों का समर्थन है. इसलिए बहुमत साबित करने के लिए राजपक्षा  को 18 सदस्यों को खरीदना पड़ेगा. इस काम को आसान करने के लिए, श्रीलंका के राष्ट्रपति ने 16 नवंबर तक संसद को सस्पेंड भी कर दिया है.





यहां पर याद रखना उचित होगा, हटाए गए प्रधानमंत्री के पास 106 सदस्यों का समर्थन है. और बहुमत साबित करने के लिए उन्हें मात्र 7 सदस्यों के समर्थन की जरूरत पड़ेगी. इसलिए उन्होंने संसद के विशेष सत्र को बुलाए जाने की मांग भी की थी. लेकिन ऐसा ना हो पाए, इसलिए श्रीलंका के राष्ट्रपति ने संसद को ही सस्पेंशन में भेज दिया.



यहां पर छोटी सी बात यह है, श्रीलंका का प्रधानमंत्री कौन बना रहेगा, इसके बारे में अंतिम निर्णय अभी श्रीलंका की संसद को लेना बाकी है.



लेकिन श्रीलंका के इस घटनाक्रम से चीन इतना खुश है, की श्रीलंका में चीन के राजदूत ने नए  प्रधानमंत्री से ना सिर्फ मुलाकात की, बल्कि उन्हें शुभकामनाएं भी दी. और उन्हें श्रीलंका के विकास कार्यों में चीन के हरसंभव सहयोग का आश्वासन भी दिया.



यहां पर यह बात दोहराना आवश्यक है, कि भारत समेत दुनिया के अन्य सभी देश अभी श्रीलंका के घटनाक्रम को शांत होकर केवल देख रहे हैं .



श्रीलंका मैं चीन  के राजदूत का अति उत्साह सिद्ध करता है, कि संविधान और लोकतांत्रिक प्रक्रिया में चीन विश्वास नहीं करता है.



यह अपेक्षा करना मूर्खता होगी, की सत्ता वादी चीन श्रीलंका में लोकतंत्र का समर्थन करेगा.



यहां पर याद करना जरूरी है, कि राष्ट्रपति महिंदा राजपक्षे के दो शासनकाल ने ही श्रीलंका को चीन के क़र्ज़  के पहाड़ के तले दबा दिया है.



श्रीलंका की सरकार को जितनी कमाई होती है, उसका 80% हिस्सा सिर्फ विदेशी कर्ज चुकाने में चला जाता है.



जब श्रीलंका के प्रधानमंत्री रानिल विक्रमासिंघे ने हंबनटोटा बंदरगाह 99 वर्षों के लिए चीन को लीज पर दे दिया, तो महिंदा राजपक्षे ने इसका जमकर विरोध किया.



अगर आप हमें कहने का मौका दें, यदि महिंदा राजपक्षे अभी श्रीलंका के प्रधानमंत्री होते, तो शायद चीन ने हंबनटोटा बंदरगाह पर 99 वर्षों के लिए कब्जा भी ना किया होता. रानिल विक्रमासिंघे को श्रीलंका का प्रधानमंत्री बनाने पर हंबनटोटा बंदरगाह पर कब्जा करके चीन ने पूरे श्रीलंका से बदला लिया.





श्रीलंका की सरकार पर उधार इतना अधिक है, कि श्रीलंका के विकास कार्यों के लिए पैसा बहुत कम मात्रा में उपलब्ध होता है. शायद इसीलिए रानिल विक्रमासिंघे की लोकप्रियता भी तेजी से नीचे गिर रही थी.



अब आप चीन की कर्ज की कूटनीति की विशेषता देखिए, श्री लंका की समस्याओं को सुलझाने के लिए महिंदा राजपक्षे को प्रधानमंत्री बना दिया गया है, जबकि यही महिंदा राजपक्षे इन समस्याओं के जनक हैं.





महिंदा राजपक्षे और श्री सेना वर्ष 2020 में अगला राष्ट्रपति और संसद का चुनाव जीते, इसके लिए चीन अब श्रीलंका में पैसों की नदियां बहा देगा.



अगर चीन ने अपने खर्चे को वसूलने की शर्ते ही ढीली कर दी, तो हाल फिलहाल श्रीलंका की सरकार का काम चल जाएगा.



मालदीप में बुरी तरह से मात खाने के बाद, चीन ने श्रीलंका में बहुत शातिर चाल चली है. लेकिन श्रीलंका के घटनाक्रम में चीन की भूमिका को लेकर हम सभी भारतीय अभी भी असमंजस में हैं.



शायद हम सभी इस बात की प्रतीक्षा कर रहे हैं, कि जब श्रीलंका के कोलंबो और हंबनटोटा बंदरगाह पर चीन की पनडुब्बी और युद्धपोत तैनात हो जाएंगे, तभी हम सभी हिंद महासागर में चीन की चुनौती से निपटने के लिए गहरी नींद से जागेंगे.





जहां तक हम सोच समझ सकते हैं, हिंद महासागर में अपना दबदबा बनाए रखने के लिए, चीन ने सोच समझ कर श्रीलंका के प्रधानमंत्री का अचानक से परिवर्तन करवाया हैं.



साधारण शब्दों में, हिंद महासागर की वैश्विक राजनीति का केंद्र बहुत तेजी से मालदीव से हटकर श्रीलंका में स्थापित हो गया. और हम भारतीयों को भनक तक नहीं लगी.



जबकि यह सब हमारी नाक के नीचे हो रहा है, भारतीय सरकार कच्चे माल का चीन को निर्यात बढ़ाने के ऊपर ध्यान दे रही है, और भारत की आम जनता दिवाली के मौके पर चीन का सस्ता सामान खरीदने के लिए नोट गिन रही है.



आज अखबार में छपे इस विश्लेषण के अनुसार, भारतीय प्रधानमंत्री की जापान यात्रा के दौरान, भारत को जापान का पक्ष नहीं लेना चाहिए. बल्कि उसे चीन और जापान दोनों से एक समान दूरी बनाए रखना चाहिए. इन विशेषज्ञ के अनुसार, भारत को चीन के 3000 बिलियन डॉलर के विदेशी मुद्रा भंडार पर ध्यान देना चाहिए. और भारत में Infrastructure  के विकास के लिए चीन को आमंत्रण देना चाहिए.





चीन का पैसा लेकर कोई देश आईएमएफ के सामने केबल भिखारी बन सकता है. दुर्भाग्यवश भारत के महान विद्वान लोग अफ्रीका पाकिस्तान श्रीलंका और नेपाल में जो हो रहा है, उससे कुछ भी सीखने को तैयार नहीं है.



और इसी बीच राजधानी बीजिंग में बैठे हुए राष्ट्रपति शी जिनपिंग बहुत खुश हो रहे होंगे, और वर्ष 2019 में भारत के आम चुनाव में पीछे से हस्तक्षेप करने की योजना बना रहे होंगे. भारत में कमजोर और मजबूर केंद्र सरकार उनके काम को बहुत आसान बना देगी.



आप के विश्लेषण के अनुसार, क्या चीन भारत के आम चुनाव में हस्तक्षेप करने की कोशिश नहीं करेगा, ताकि नई केंद्रीय सरकार हमेशा कमजोर बनी रहे.

Yesterday, when we published video about possibility of Chinese role in Political turmoil in Sri Lanka, few of our viewers have remarked, that its non sense for us to assume any Chinese hand in Sri Lankan events.



Pro china Mahinda Rajapaksha has been appointed as Prime Minister, but he is yet to prove his majority in the parliament.



if you see, In the 225 member parliament, Rajapaksha and Sri Sena have support of 95 members.



Therefore Rajapaksha has to manage support of 18 more members. In order to felicitate the horse trading, Sri Lankan President has suspended parliament until November 16.



Its interesting to note here, that Sacked Prime Minister Ranil Wickermsinghe has support of 106 members, and he needs 7 more members support to prove his majority in Parliament.



In fact, He called for a special session of parliament to prove his majority. in order to prevent it, Sri Lankan President Sri Sena has gone ahead with sudden suspension.



The Simple point, we are trying to make is, who will remain as prime minister of Sri Lanka, the final decision is yet to be made by Sri Lankan Parliament.



But China is so happy with the development that its ambassador in Sri Lanka has paid a visit to newly appointed Prime Minister. he not only congratulated him, but also promised all support to Sri Lankan development activities.



Its important to realize, if you keep China aside, all other countries, including India, have decided to remain in wait and watch mode.



The over enthusiasm of Chinese ambassador confirms, that China doesn't care about constitution and democratic process.



Its foolish for us to assume, that Authoritarian China will support democracy in Sri Lanka.



Its interesting to note, Thanks to two terms of president Mahinda Rajapaksa, Sri Lanka has been lying under the mountain of Chinese debt.



In fact, 80% of government revenue is being used to repay the foreign debt.



In fact, When China forced Ranil Wickermsinghe to give  up control of Hambantota port for 99 years, it was Mahinda Rajapaksa who criticized the move of Sri Lankan government.

If you allow us to say, if Mahinda Rajapaksha had been Sri Lankan Prime Minister then, China would not have taken Hambantota port on 99 years lease. Yes, China basically punished Sri Lanka for electing Ranil Wickermsinghe as Prime Minister by taking over the control of Hambantota port.

Debt is so huge that Sri Lankan government has very little resources, to meet the development needs of the nation. Thus, popularity of Wickermsinghe has been sliding.





Thanks to Chinese Debt trap diplomacy,  In order to fix the problem of Sri lanka, Rajapaksha has been made the Prime Minister, who  is in fact responsible for making Sri lanka victim of Chinese debt trap.



In order to ensure that Sri Sena and Rajapaksha win next presidential and parliament election in the year 2020, Now China will open the flood of funds towards  Sri Lanka.



China relaxing debt repayment conditions will provide enough help to sri Lankan government in the short run.



While China has played its card very well after loosing miserably in Maldives, We Indians are still confused, if China has any role in Sri Lankan turmoil.



Perhaps, we are waiting for Chinese warships and Submarine to dock again at Colombo and Hambantota port to wake up for rising Chinese challenge in Indian ocean.



So far as we think, we would like to believe that China has directly engineered the change of Prime Minister in Sri Lanka to maintain its influence in Indian ocean region.



In simple words, the center of Indian ocean geopolitics has simply and rapidly shifted from Maldives to Sri Lanka, and we Indians are caught unaware.



Amid all this, Indian government is interested in increasing export of raw commodities to China, and Indian public is getting ready for Diwali shopping of cheap Chinese goods.



Today, As per this analysis, during Prime minister Modi's Japan visit, India need not take side with Japan, but maintain equidistant with China and Japan. As per this expert, India should rather take advantage of Chinese 3000 Billion dollar foreign currency reserves and invite china for infrastructure development in India.



Chinese easy money can only make a country a beggar before IMF. Unfortunately, Indian experts don't  want to learn from what is happening in Africa, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Maldives and Nepal.



Amid all this, Some where in Capital Beijing, Chinese President Xi Jinping must be smiling, and planning to meddle in 2019 Indian general election.  Weak Indian government will make his job much easier.



As per your analysis, Will China not try to indirectly interfere in Indian general election, so that new Indian central government remains weak afterwards.
