Now, International Monitory fund has received Pakistan's request for 22nd bailout.



If you hear carefully, experts start the count from the year 1988, hence this is Pakistan's 12th bailout request.



The basic question is, Was Pakistan born in year 1988?



Knowingly or unknowingly these experts underestimate Pakistani habit of begging before IMF.



Anyways, the day when Pakistan finance Minister was standing with begging bowl, Pakistani Prime Minister inaugurated his project to deliver 50 Lakh homes to people.



When Government should have limited its expenditures, Pakistan government is opening new avenues to spend more.



This decision clearly reflects the seriousness of Pakistan, and confirms this 22nd bailout will not be the last bailout of Pakistan.



Meanwhile, before formal talks for IMF bailout could start, Managing director of IMF has asked for absolute transparency on how much debt Pakistan government and government owned companies have.



More than anyone of us, economist at IMF understand that Pakistan is right now carrying the mountain of debt.



Therefore before finalizing the terms and conditions for next bailout, IMF would obviously want to see the truthful picture of Pakistan's financial state.



First of all, IMF must not underestimate Pakistan's ability to lie. Its quite possible that Pakistan knowingly try to hide the facts from IMF.



For last 6 months or so, Majority of us have been expecting that Once Pakistan goes to IMF, China will be exposed for giving huge loan to Pakistan at high interest rates.



Our fear is, even after IMF provides the bailout to Pakistan, The whole world may not be able to know the reality of China Pakistan Economic Corridor project.



The point is, Normally a country goes to IMF for permanent solution to its problems. but Pakistan goes to IMF for temporary solution of its problems.



Even in current economic difficult condition, Pakistan is estimated to require 26 Billion Dollars to survive.



But its asking for way less money from International monitory funds. In addition, Pakistan is still expecting that friendly countries will keep on providing loans in future.



Pakistan knows it very well, IMF program will last for only three years, and it can easily end it by abusing IMF, as soon as its economy starts recovering.



But it can continue to suck Chinese blood for many more years to come.



In fact, Pakistan can get 26 billion dollars from China even now, and survive this economic weak condition as well. But the problem is, Chinese money doesn't bring confidence among the investors.



Therefore taking Chinese money without IMF bailout is like throwing Chinese money in the drain of Karachi.



That's why Smart Pakistan has taken this hybrid approach to take IMF loan for short term and keep sucking Chinese blood in the long term.



What is rather interesting, even before IMF could start formal talks with Pakistani government, Pakistani opposition parties have started protests on the streets.



With strict conditions of IMF program, As it happened in the Past, the popularity of Imran Khan government is going to nosedive for sure.



Once again Army Generals in Rawalpindi would laugh for finding another scapegoat in last general election.



You see, The real culprits of Pakistani bankruptcy is Army, but every one is blaming last and current Prime Minister for this condition.



if you allow us to predict, despite Pakistan going to IMF this year, in next budget Pakistan will once again increase its defense budget.



So far as poor Imran Khan is concerned, he has been hired to get abused for IMF bailout by Pakistani public. As soon as he continues to warm the chair of prime minister, he will remain Prime Minister.



The moment, he will start thinking, he will be thrown in Lahore jail.



While majority of our viewers feel happy about Pakistan begging for IMF bailout, we must not forget, this is nothing new for Pakistan.



They have vast experience of making IMF fool.



Lets understand one simple thing, Pakistan loves money, it doesn't care from where it is coming.



That's why China should relax, that Pakistan will not expose it in front of whole world. At the same time, it should keep cash ready for its all weather friend.
