You all know, last week Pakistan has secured assistance worth 6 Billion Dollars from Saudi Arabia.



As per this offer, Saudi Arabia will deposit 3 Billion Dollars in State Bank of Pakistan for a period of 1 year.



and  For next 3 years, Pakistan will be able to buy Saudi oil worth 3 Billion Dollars and pay later for it.



With 8 Billion Dollar currency reserves, after three months, Pakistan will be left with no money to pay for its imports. Therefore Pakistan desperately need the money.



However, if you subtract Pakistan's total annual Import from Export , Pakistan is left with 18 Billion Dollar deficit.



On top of it, Pakistan needs another 9 Billion Dollars to repay loans this year.



In total, Pakistan needs 27 Billion Dollars.  Even if Pakistan's finance ministry does its best job of money management, it will still need 12 Billion Dollars.



Pakistan may beg IMF for this whole amount. but the more is loan amount the stricter will be IMF loan conditions. and Pakistan understands this.



Therefore, its obviously trying to minimize the loan amount needed from IMF with more favorable loan conditions.



Only after getting IMF loan, Pakistan will be able to get loan from other global lending agencies and win the confidence of global investors. Therefore Pakistan will seek IMF bailout, that's for sure.





Normally a country manages its economy, Smart Pakistan is managing its bankruptcy .



Last weekend, when UAE delegation visited Pakistan, Imran Khan started begging for 6 Billion Dollar loan from UAE similar to Saudi Arabian package.



While UAE is still considering on this request, Pakistan is almost sure to get 6 Billion Dollar more from UAE.



While Saudi Arabia gave loans and UAE is thinking about giving loan, China is planning to provide grant to Pakistan.



The simple difference in between loan and grant is, Pakistan is supposed to repay the loan but there is no repayment condition associated with Grant.





As per Chinese diplomat in Pakistan, During Chinese visit of Imran Khan, Pakistan will receive good news from China in the form of Grant.



As we have always discussed, Pakistan has become responsibility of China.



Its Chinese duty to take care of Pakistan. That's why no need to get surprised, if Pakistan is able to get grant from China without any repayment with interest.





Contrary to what experts have been suggesting that Pakistan has been caught in Chinese debt trap, Chinese grant offer confirms that Pakistan has instead caught China in Death trap.



You see, Muslim Brothers are giving Loans to Pakistan, but China is providing grant to Pakistan.



Pakistan is a cash burning machine and it knows that it will soon burn Saudi Arabian 6 billion Dollar. That's why its seeking 6 Billion Dollars from UAE, and China is ready to provide grant to loan addict all weather friend.



No matter what kind of economic mess Pakistan is in, It will continue terrorism export to India and keep increasing its defense budget year after year.



To compete with India and remain equal is national obsession for Pakistan. You know, last week Pakistan announced that Just like India, Pakistan will carry out its first  space mission in 2022.



you see, Beggars are thinking about space missions. It doesn't matter weather Pakistan comes up to this announcement or not, More importantly, it confirms, that Pakistan doesn't  want to showcase its self lagging behind India in any sphere.



This blind obsession with India is mainly responsible for current economic mess, Pakistan is in right now.



In fact,  if IMF adds Terrorism exports in Pakistan's total export, Pakistan would end up having surplus in trade, where Export would be much higher than imports. Therefore, if you see, Overall Pakistan is running very healthy economy.





Rather its inability of economic metrics, because they have failed to measure the economic prosperity of Pakistan.



The point is simple, Pakistan is just trying to survive in order to kill India. Like any other nation, Pakistan doesn't want to thrive and grow.



In the end, we Indian must realize that if we were hoping that current economic bankruptcy of Pakistan will change its attitude towards India. we were just making fool of ourselves.



Pakistan has waged 1000 years war against India, therefore we must not expect that we can win Pakistani friendship in our generation. Let Indian experts hallucinate about having friendly relationship with Pakistan if Prime Minister Modi some how gets defeated in next general election
