लेकिन यह आदमी 'Escalation of commitment' की समस्या से जूझ रहा है, तो वह दूसरे साल में दोबारा 2 बिलियन डॉलर का उसी बिज़नेस में निवेश कर देगा. जबकि दूसरे साल के दौरान भी मार्केट के परिवर्तन होने की गुंजाइश बिल्कुल भी नहीं है .

जैसा कि आप अनुमान लगा सकते हैं, दूसरे साल के खत्म होते होते इस आदमी के दो बिलियन डॉलर डूब जाते हैं.

लेकिन यह आदमी अपने आइडिया के प्रति इतना कमिटेड है, कि वह तीसरे साल में तीन बिलियन डॉलर का निवेश कर देता है. उसे केवल एक ही आशा रहती है, की अधिक से अधिक धन का निवेश करके, वह कभी ना कभी तो लाभ कमा पाएगा.

लेकिन इस आदमी का लाभ कमाने का दिन कभी नहीं आता है.

अब आइए चीन की तरफ देखते हैं, पिछले 1 वर्ष में चीन पाकिस्तान को 6 बिलियन डॉलर पहले ही दे चुका है. और चीन पाकिस्तान इकोनामिक कॉरिडोर में 60 बिलियन डॉलर का निवेश करने का वादा भी कर चुका है.

पाकिस्तान को इतनी बड़ी मात्रा में धन देने के बावजूद, आज स्टेट बैंक ऑफ पाकिस्तान के पास मात्र 6 बिलीयन डॉलर का विदेशी मुद्रा भंडार बचा हुआ है.

पाकिस्तान पैसों को जलाने वाली बहुत बड़ी मशीन है. जिसमें पिछले साल अपने 6 बिलियन डॉलर जलाने के बाद, चीन इस वर्ष फिर से  6 बिलियन डॉलर इसी मशीन में झोंकने वाला है.

इमरान खान की चीन की यात्रा के दौरान, पूरा पाकिस्तान खुशखबरी की आशा लगाए बैठा है.

ऐसी खबरें आ रही है, चीन पाकिस्तान को 1.5 बिलियन डॉलर का लोन, और 1.5 बिलियन डॉलर की ग्रांट देगा.

जैसा कि आप समझते हैं, लोन को तो ब्याज सहित चुकाना पड़ता है, लेकिन ग्रांट के केस में ब्याज सहित लौटाने की पाकिस्तान को बिल्कुल भी टेंशन नहीं होगी.

चीन से आसानी से मिलने वाले इन 3 बिलियन डॉलर के अलावा, पाकिस्तान चीन में Cpec प्रोजेक्ट के अंतर्गत 3 बिलियन डॉलर का और निवेश  करेगा .

पाकिस्तान में अपने छह बिलियन डॉलर जलाने के बाद, चीन को ऐसी अपेक्षा है की 6 बिलियन डॉलर और देकर, पाकिस्तान समृद्ध हो जाएगा.

अगर चीन का ऐसा सोचना है, तो हम चीन को शुभकामनाएं देना चाहेंगे.

हमारे कई दशकों का ऐसा मानना है, की चीन बहुत धनवान है, उसके पास 3000 बिलियन डॉलर का विदेशी मुद्रा भंडार मौजूद है. इसलिए अगर चीन के पैसों के समुद्र में से पाकिस्तान कुछ बूंदे निकाल लेगा, तो चीन पर कोई फर्क नहीं पड़ेगा.

लेकिन हमें यह नहीं भूलना चाहिए, के चीन के ऊपर 5200 बिलियन डॉलर का राष्ट्रीय कर्ज़ा  चढ़ा हुआ है. इसी बीच उसकी अर्थव्यवस्था की विकास की दर धीमी हो रही है. और राष्ट्रपति ट्रंप के कारण, वैश्विक व्यापार की परिस्थितियां अचानक से बहुत अच्छी नहीं होने वाली हैं.

इसके अलावा, एक अनुमान के मुताबिक चीन की लोकल लेवल की गवर्नमेंट के ऊपर 5800 बिलियन डॉलर का कर्ज़ चढ़ा हुआ है. जिसको बैलेंस शीट पर कभी दिखाया ही नहीं जाता है.


इस प्रकार से कुल मिलाकर पूरे चीन के ऊपर 11000 बिलियन डॉलर का अनुमानित कर्जा है. अब आप अनुमान लगाइए, कि 3000 बिलियन डॉलर का विदेशी मुद्रा भंडार बड़ा है, अथवा 11000 बिलियन डॉलर का कर्जा बड़ा है.

राष्ट्रीय क़र्ज़ की इस समस्या का आकार तो बहुत बड़ा भी हो सकता है, क्योंकि चीन से खबरें आसानी से बाहर नहीं आती है. जैसा चीन की सरकार अपने आप को दिखाना चाहती है, हम सभी को वहीं दिखाई देता है.

हमारी बात साधारण है, दुनिया भर के बड़े-बड़े विशेषज्ञ छोटी सी गलती करते हैं, वह पाकिस्तान को अंडर एस्टीमेट करते हैं, लेकिन  चीन को ओवरइस्टीमेट करते हैं.

 इसलिए तो चीन क़र्ज़ का जाल बिछाने वाला सयाना देश बन जाता है, और पाकिस्तान चीन के कर्ज के जाल में फंसने वाला बेचारा देश बन जाता है.


यहां पर आप अनुमान लगा सकते हैं, चीन और पाकिस्तान के बीच में यहां पर हो तो बिल्कुल उल्टा रहा है.

ऐसा नहीं है कि चीन को चेतावनी भरे संकेत नहीं मिल रहे हैं.

इमरान खान ने चीन की यात्रा चालू कि इसके ठीक पहले, पाकिस्तान के ग्वादर शहर में Cpec housing प्रोजेक्ट पर काम करने वाले पांच मजदूरों को मौत के घाट उतार दिया गया.

जब पाकिस्तान के प्रधानमंत्री चीन के राष्ट्रपति के साथ डिनर कर रहे होंगे, उसी समय इस्लामिक पाकिस्तान में एक ईसाई महिला के जेल से रिहा होने पर जबरदस्त विरोध प्रदर्शन हो रहे  होंगे.

समझने वाली बात यह है, पहले जब ऐसे आक्रामक विरोध प्रदर्शन हुआ करते थे, तो  गालियां केवल सरकार और नेताओं को दी जाती थी.

लेकिन इस बार विरोध प्रदर्शनों के दौरान, पाकिस्तान सेना अध्यक्ष को हटाए जाने की मांग तक की जाने लगी.


अब तो ऐसा लगता है, पाकिस्तान की सेना ने जिन सांपों को जन्म दिया था, वह इतने बड़े हो चुके हैं, किं जिस हाथ ने उन्हें खाना खिलाया है, वह उसी हाथ को काटने लगे हैं.

बड़े-बड़े विशेषज्ञ लोग यह भी अनुमान लगाते होंगे, पाकिस्तान एक बहुत अस्थिर देश है, इसलिए उसमें स्थिरता बनाए रखना पूरी दुनिया की जिम्मेदारी है. नहीं तो पाकिस्तान में विस्फोट होगा, और पूरी दुनिया उसका शिकार बन जाएगी.

लेकिन यही संदेश पाकिस्तान की सेना पूरी दुनिया को जानबूझ कर देना चाहती है.


अभी तो पूरा संदेश चीन के लिए है, कि पाकिस्तान को स्थिर बनाना और उसका विकास करना चीन को अपनी जिम्मेदारी हमेशा के लिए मान लेनी चाहिए.

परिणाम यह है, कि पाकिस्तान में अपना पैसा जलाने के बावजूद, चीन और अधिक पैसा जलाने के लिए तैयार हो गया है.


अगर चीन पाकिस्तान में बैठे हुए सांपों से पैसा छीनने की सोच रहा है, तो चीन को इस आंकड़े पर ध्यान देना चाहिए.


पिछले 70 वर्षों में पाकिस्तान को 78 बिलियन डॉलर आर्थिक सहायता देने के बावजूद, आज तक अफगानिस्तान युद्ध को जीतने के लिए अमेरिका पाकिस्तान का समर्थन नहीं खरीद पाया है.

मजबूर होकर पाकिस्तान को और अधिक पैसा देना उसे बंद करना पड़ा.

अगर चीन अमेरिका की गलती से सीखने को तैयार नहीं है, तो  हम चीन के अच्छे भविष्य की कामनाएं करते हैं.

You can easily predict, this person will lose 2 Billion dollar before second year is ended.



But this smart person will again decide to spend 3 Billion Dollar for third year , only with the hope that if he keeps investing money, one day he will start making money.



Unfortunately, that profit making day never comes.



Now, lets look at China, which has gave 6 Billion Dollar loan to Pakistan last year and promised to invest 60 Billion dollars in China Pakistan Economic corridor.



Despite handing out so much money to Pakistan, Right now State Bank of Pakistan is left with only 6 Billion Dollar foreign exchange reserves.



Pakistan is a huge cash burning machine, Even after burning 6 Billion dollars, China is ready to throw 6 Billion Dollar more in Pakistan.



During the ongoing China visit of Imran Khan, whole Pakistan is waiting for good news from China.



Its expected that China will provide 1.5 Billion Dollar loan and 1.5 Billion Dollar grant.



You know, while Loan has to be repaid with interests, Pakistan will have no tension of interest and repayment with Grant.



In addition to this 3 Billion Dollar easy money, Pakistan is expecting 3 Billion Dollar additional package for Cpec.



After burning 6 Billion Dollar in Pakistan last year, China is now thinking that giving Pakistan 6 Billion Dollar more will make it prosperous.



We can only wish good luck to China if it thinks so.



Many of our viewers say, China is very rich with 3000 Billion Dollar foreign currency reserve, and it does not matter for it, if Pakistan takes few drops from Chinese ocean of money.



But lets not forget, National debt of China stands at 5200 Billion Dollars with slowing GDP growth, and thanks to President Trump, global business environment is not going to improve any time soon.



More over,  Chinese local government is estimated to have 5800 Billion Dollar off balance sheet debt.



In total, it has around 11000 Billion Dollar debt. Now, you decide, what is more 3000 Billion Dollar Currency reserve, or 11000 Billion Dollar debt.



This problem of debt might be much bigger with China, because there is no free information flow from China to outside the world. We all see China, as Chinese government shows itself to us.







Our point is simple, World wide experts commit one simple mistake, they underestimate Pakistan, and over estimate China.



That's why China easily becomes debt trap laying country, and Pakistan becomes poor country caught in Chinese debt trap.



But as you may figure out, its happening exactly opposite in between China and Pakistan.



Its not that Warning signs are not visible for China.



Before Imran Khan started flying for China visit, 5 workers of Cpec housing project have been killed in Gwadar.



While Prime Minister Imran Khan having nice dinner with President Xi Jinping. Massive protest are going on in Pakistan against the acquittal of a christian women in Islamic nation.



More surprisingly, Until recently, during such protests, the abuses used to hurled on civilian government.



However this time around. Same extremist organization has demanded the ouster of head of Pakistan Military.



It appears, The snakes Pakistan Army has given berth has matured enough, and are now ready to bite the hand, which used to feed them.



While we would tend to believe that Pakistan is very unstable state, and all world power must help it before it implodes.



But that's the message Pakistan army wants to send out to external world.



Now the message is directed to make China understand, that its Chinese responsibility to keep Pakistan stable.



The end result is, despite burning its money in Pakistan, China is ready to put more money in Pakistan.



If China is thinking to get money repaid from Pakistan, There is one data point for it.



After giving 78 Billion Dollar aid to Pakistan in last 70 years, America cannot get Pakistani support to win Afghan war.



All it could do, was to stop throwing more money into Pakistani money burning machine.



If China doesn't want to learn from the mistake of America, we wish good luck to it.
