जैसा कि शायद आपने अखबारों में पड़ा होगा, इमरान खान के अनुसार पाकिस्तान और चीन के बीच में एक बहुत बड़ी फाइनेंसियल डील हुई है.



लेकिन केवल चीन के राष्ट्रपति की रिक्वेस्ट पर, पाकिस्तान के प्रधानमंत्री इमरान खान इस डील की जानकारी सार्वजनिक नहीं कर रहे हैं.



इस डील को सार्वजनिक ना करने का जो कारण दिया जा रहा है, वह थोड़ा मनोरंजक है.



अगर इमरान खान इस Deal के बारे में दुनिया को बता देंगे, तो दूसरे कई देश चीन से और अधिक पैसा मांगने लगेंगे.



अगर हम पाकिस्तान के प्रधानमंत्री के इस वक्तव्य को थोड़ी सी भी गंभीरता से लें, तो एक बात तो तय हो जाती है, कि बेल्ट एवं रोड इनीशिएटिव ने कई देशों को इतना दिवालिया बना दिया है, कि अगर यह सभी देश जिंदा रहने के लिए एक साथ मिलकर चीन से पैसा मांगने लगे, तो चीन के लिए जिंदा रहना मुश्किल पड़ जाएगा.



एक बात साफ है, चीन के बेल्ट एवं रोड इनीशिएटिव से चीन समेत कोई भी देश समृद्ध नहीं बन सकता है. यह तो केवल देशों को आईएमएफ के द्वार पर कटोरा लेकर खड़े रहने के लिए मजबूर कर सकता है.



अफीम की तरह, चीन का बेल्ट एवं रोड इनीशिएटिव केवल छोटे और गरीब देशों को आईएमएफ बेलआउट का नशेड़ी बना सकता है.



लेकिन बचपन में हम सभी ने एक छोटी सी बात सीखी थी, कि अगर आप दूसरों के लिए गड्ढा खोदेंगे, तो भगवान आपके लिए खाई खोदेंगे. आज नहीं  तो कल चीन के हिसाब किताब का दिन भी आएगा.



अब तो आप यह देखिए, कि पाकिस्तान ने चीन से पैसा लिया, और यह महान पाकिस्तान की उदारता है, कि वह चीन से ली गई सहायता की डिटेल चीन के हित में दुनिया को नहीं बता रहा है.



राजनीति की सच्चाई यह है, कि चीन पाकिस्तान इकोनामिक कॉरिडोर का काला सच सबके सामने उजागर करने का वादा देकर ही इमरान खान पाकिस्तान के प्रधानमंत्री बने हैं.



अब आप सीपैक मैं पारदर्शिता बढ़ाने का सवाल तो दूर छोड़ दीजिए, चीन से लिए गए और अधिक पैसे की डिटेल भी दुनिया को नहीं दी जा रही है.



अपने द्वारा लिए गए यू टर्न को एक्सप्लेन करने के लिए, अब इमरान खान को ऐसा लगता है, की यू टर्न लेना एक महान लीडर की विशेषता होती है.



ऐसे कई विद्वान हैं, जिनके अनुसार इमरान खान की चीन यात्रा पूरी तरह से असफल रही, और अब सयाने चीन की आंखें खुल गई हैं, और वह पाकिस्तान को सही राह पर चलने के लिए मजबूर कर रहा है.



हालांकि यह बात पूरी तरह से संभव है, कि अपने पहले 100 दिनों की सफलता को दिखाने के लिए, चीन से बहुत बड़ी डील प्राप्त होने के बारे में दुनिया को बता कर, पाकिस्तानी प्रधानमंत्री झूठा प्रचार कर रहे हो.



लेकिन चीन से आ रहे फाइनेंसियल पैकेज की डिटेल दुनिया को ना बताने के पीछे, पाकिस्तान के प्रधानमंत्री ने चीन के राष्ट्रपति को बलि का बकरा बनाया है. इसलिए अब तो यह देखना है, कि क्या रिपोर्टर चीन के अधिकारियों से यह पूछेंगे, की पाकिस्तान के साथ हुई इस सीक्रेट डील का सच क्या है.



वास्तव में, पाकिस्तान के साथ अगर कोई सीक्रेट डील हुई है, तो चीन के राष्ट्रपति की विश्वसनीयता के ऊपर सबसे बड़ा सवालिया निशान लगाया जाना चाहिए.





लेकिन हमेशा की तरह, विद्वान लोग तो पाकिस्तानी प्रधानमंत्री के ऊपर छोटे-छोटे सवालिया निशान लगाते रहेंगे.



यहां पर साफ करने वाली बात यह है, कि हमें इस से कोई मतलब नहीं होना चाहिए, कि पाकिस्तान और चीन के बीच में कैसी सीक्रेट डील हुई है.



हमें तो केवल यह आश्चर्य करना चाहिए, कि पाकिस्तान और चीन के बीच हुई एक सीक्रेट डील को जानने में  क्या अंतरराष्ट्रीय मुद्रा कोष कोई रुचि ले रहा है.



जैसा कि हमने पहले भी चर्चा की है, अगला बेलआउट पाकिस्तान के लिए परीक्षा की घड़ी नहीं है, बल्कि यह तो आईएमएफ के लिए परीक्षा की घड़ी है.



आईएमएफ सीपैक के बारे में जानने के लिए तो बड़ा उत्सुक था, क्या चीन और पाकिस्तान के बीच हुई इस सीक्रेट डील के बारे में जानने के लिए आईएमएफ को उत्सुक नहीं होना चाहिए.



एक विश्वसनीय अंतर्राष्ट्रीय बैंक होने के कारण, आईएमएफ की यह जिम्मेदारी है, इससे पहले कि वह पाकिस्तान को और अधिक कर्जा मोहिया करवाए , उसे यह पता करना चाहिए, कि पाकिस्तान के ऊपर आज कितना कर्जा है.



सिर्फ पाकिस्तान बेलआउट मांग रहा है, इसलिए पाकिस्तान बेलआउट के योग्य नहीं बन जाता है.



पाकिस्तान के वित्त मंत्री ने रिकॉर्ड पर आकर कहा है, कि उन्हें आईएमएफ के पैसे में कोई रुचि नहीं है. वह तो पाकिस्तान को आईएमएफ के प्रोग्राम में शामिल कराना चाहते हैं. ताकि दुनिया भर से निवेशक पाकिस्तान में निवेश करना फिर से चालू कर दें, और दुनिया की अन्य आर्थिक संस्थाएं पाकिस्तान को लोन देना चालू कर दें.



इस धूर्त वक्तव्य को पाकिस्तान के अंग्रेजी अखबारों में व्यापक तौर पर प्रकाशित किया गया है. दुनिया भर के प्रतिष्ठित आर्थिक विशेषज्ञ जो अभी IMF का नेतृत्व कर रहे हैं, उन्हें पाकिस्तान के अखबार पढ़ने के लिए थोड़ा समय निकालना चाहिए.



हमारे कई दर्शकों का ऐसा कहना है, कि अमेरिका से अनुमति लिए बगैर आईएमएफ पाकिस्तान को बेलआउट उपलब्ध नहीं करा सकता है. यह बात सही है, और हम इस बात से सहमत हैं. .



अमेरिका को पाकिस्तान से मूर्ख बनने की आदत लगी हुई है. इसलिए अमेरिका से हमें कोई अपेक्षा नहीं होना चाहिए.



लेकिन किसी का पक्ष न लेने वाले, स्वतंत्र रूप से सोचने वाले महान आर्थिक विशेषज्ञों से हमारी तो छोटी सी अपेक्षा जरूर है, कि पाकिस्तान को अगला बेलआउट देने के पहले, वह कड़े सवाल पाकिस्तान से जरूर पूछें.



अगर उन्होंने सही सवाल आज नहीं पूछे, तो वह आगे चलकर अपनी रिपोर्ट में गलत एनालिसिस ही प्रकाशित करेंगे.



 जैसा कि बाहर से लग रहा है, आजकल आईएमएफ पाकिस्तान में केबल आधिकारिक खानापूर्ति कर रहा है. और पाकिस्तान को बेलआउट मुहैया करवाने का निर्णय पहले ही लिया जा चुका है.



अधिकतर विद्वानों को पाकिस्तान को कम करके आंकने की बीमारी लगी हुई है, और उसी समय यह विद्वान अमेरिका चीन और अंतरराष्ट्रीय मुद्रा कोष को बढ़ा चढ़ाकर आंकते हैं.



अगर ऐसा नहीं होता, तो कैसे पूरी दुनिया को पता होने के बावजूद, कि इस वर्ष पाकिस्तान को आर्थिक खस्ताहाल से जूझना होगा, पाकिस्तान ने वर्ष 2018 19 के लिए अपना रक्षा बजट 20% बढ़ाया है.





देखा जाए तो, आईएमएफ के बेलआउट, सऊदी अरब से 6 बिलियन डॉलर और चीन से सीक्रेट फाइनेंसियल पैकेज लेने के बाद, इस बात की पूरी संभावना है, कि पाकिस्तान फिर अपना रक्षा बजट अगले वर्ष के लिए बढ़ाएगा. और दुनिया में सबसे तेज गति से परमाणु हथियारों का विकास भी करता रहेगा.



जैसा कि सही कहा जाता है, सामान्य तौर पर किसी देश के पास सेना होती है, लेकिन पाकिस्तान के केस में सेना के पास देश है.



इसलिए यह पूरा का पूरा पैसा पाकिस्तान सेना की जेब में जाने वाला है, बेचारे इमरान खान आज है, वह कल भी होंगे इसकी कोई गारंटी नहीं है.



इस बीच, हमारी आशा बहुत कमजोर है, कि आईएमएफ के विद्वान अपनी पुरानी गलतियों से सीख कर पाकिस्तान को कड़ी शर्तों के साथ बेलआउट उपलब्ध करवाएंगे.

You might have read in the news papers, As per Imran Khan, Pakistan has got big financial packaged deal from China.



But only on the request of Chinese president Xi Jinping, he is not revealing the details of big deal with China.



What is rather interesting is the reason given by Pakistani Prime Minister.



if he reveals the details of Chinese deal, other countries will also start demanding more money from China.



If we take this statement seriously, one thing is confirmed that China knows that its belt and road initiative has made so many countries bankrupt, that if all of them simultaneously start asking for Chinese money to survive, it will be difficult for China to survive.



Chinese belt and road initiative can not make any participating country prosperous. it can only make them stand in queue behind the IMF gates for next bailout.



Just like opium,  Chinese belt and road initiative can only make other countries IMF addict.



But in childhood we were tought, as you sow, so shall you reap. Sooner or later Chinese day of reckoning will also arrive.



Now you see,  after taking huge money from China, its generosity of Pakistan that its not revealing Chinese aid details.



The reality of Politics is, that Imran khan won the election on the promise of making details of China Pakistan Economic corridor public.



Now, leave aside transparency of cpec project, Pakistan is not revealing Chinese package details.



In order to explain this sudden U Turn, As per Imran Khan, the ability to take U Turn has suddenly become the hallmark of great leader.



There are many experts who were saying that Imran Khan's China visit was a big failure. as per these same experts, China will not be helping Pakistan any more if it does not correct its path.



While its quite possible that in order to showcase his first 100 days in government as big success, Imran khan is trying to save his face by giving berth to False Propaganda, that he did get big deal from China.



But since he made Chinese president responsible for hiding the package details, it would be interesting to see, if reporters gather the courage to ask the details of this secret package deal with Pakistan from Chinese authorities.



In fact, This secret big financial deal should raise bigger question mark on the credibility of Chinese president Xi Jinping.



As usual, Experts will waste their efforts in putting multiple small question marks on Pakistani Prime Minister.



Lets be clear, we are not interested in knowing how much money Pakistan has got from China.



We are only wondering, if International Monitory fund is interested in knowing the details of this latest Chinese secret deal with Pakistan.



As we have discussed in our recent videos, next bailout is not a test for Pakistan, but its a test for IMF.



When IMF was very interested in knowing Cpec details, should it not ask Pakistan the details of this big secret deal.



As responsible lender, is it not responsibility of IMF to know how much money Pakistan owes to other nations, before it lends more money to Pakistan.



Only Because Pakistan is asking for bailout should not make it eligible for IMF bailout.



In fact, As per Finance Minister of Pakistan, Pakistan is not interested in IMF money. All it wants is enrollment in next IMF program, so that global investors  again start investing money in Pakistan, and Global lending agencies again start lending money to Pakistan.



Such cunning statement have been widely published in Pakistani English newspapers. Hopefully, Globally reputed economists leading IMF will find some time to read Pakistani news papers.



Many of our viewers say that without American permission IMF cannot provide any loan to Pakistan. Thats fine, we agree with that.



America has habit of being fooled by Pakistan, therefore we have no hope from it.



But we do have hope from unbiased free thinker economists of IMF, that they will ask tough questions from Pakistan before giving next bailout.



Only if IMF ask such questions now, it will be able to publish the truth in its report.



As it appears from outside, IMF is just following a bureaucratic process for the sake of it, and the decision to grant bailout to Pakistan might  already have been made.



While majority of experts underestimate Pakistan, if you see carefully, they are in fact overestimating China, America and International Monitory fund.



If it were not so, despite whole world knowing, that Pakistan was about to face serious financial crisis this year, why Pakistan's defense budget has been raised by 20% in April this year for the year 2018-19 .



In fact, after getting IMF bailout, 6 Billion Dollars from Saudi Arabia and big secret deal from China, it will most likely again raise its defense budget, and keep building nuclear bombs at the fastest rate in the world.



as its rightly said, Normally a country has army, in case of Pakistan, its army that has a country.

Therefore all this money is directly going to Pakistani Army. Poor Imran Khan is just a mask here.



Amid all this, we have no hope that IMF experts will learn from its past mistakes before giving next bailout.
