अभी तक आपको पाकिस्तान के कराची शहर में चीन के वाणिज्य दूतावास पर हुए हमले के बारे में तो पता लग गया होगा.



जैसा कि इस हमले के बहुत पहले से ही हम सबको पता था, पाकिस्तान ने इस हमले के पीछे भारत की रॉ और अमेरिका की सीआईए को जिम्मेदार ठहराया है.



पाकिस्तान के द्वारा इस प्रकार दोषारोपण करने का बड़ा ही सीधा साधा कारण है, भारत और अमेरिका मिलकर सी पैक प्रोजेक्ट को बंद करवाना चाहते हैं, ताकि चीन का बेल्ट एवं रोड इनीशिएटिव भी अपने आप बंद हो जावे.



सबसे पहले तो भारत और अमेरिका दुनिया के दो मूर्ख देश होंगे, अगर वह उस प्रोजेक्ट को बंद करवाने में अपनी ऊर्जा और समय बर्बाद करेंगे, जो अपने ही वजन के कारण गिरने वाला हो. अच्छा होगा पाकिस्तानी इस हमले के पीछे किसी जिन्न को जिम्मेदार ठहरा दे, जिसने भारत और अमेरिका के अलादीन के आदेश पर कराची शहर में हमला करवाया था.



अगर पाकिस्तान अपने द्वारा लगाए गए आरोपों के बारे में थोड़ा सा भी संजीदा है, तो भारत और अमेरिका की साजिश  के पक्ष में वह मजबूत एविडेंस दुनिया के सामने प्रकट क्यों नहीं कर रहा है.



इसके अलावा पाकिस्तान को अपनी आई एस आई के ऊपर बहुत घमंड है. क्या कराची में चीनी काउंसलेट पर हमला आई एस आई की एक बड़ी विफलता नहीं मानी जानी चाहिए.



हम सभी जानते हैं, पाकिस्तान के द्वारा लगाए गए यह आरोप अपनी घरेलू जनता और चीन के अधिकारियों को मूर्ख बनाने का एक प्रयत्न मात्र है.



अगर आपने ध्यान दिया हो, तो कराची हमले के तुरंत बाद अखबारों में ऐसी खबरें बड़े पैमाने पर प्रकाशित की गई, जिनमें पाकिस्तान की एक बहादुर पुलिस अधिकारी का जिक्र किया गया, जिसने आतंकवादियों के चीनी काउंसलेट स्टाफ तक पहुंचने से रोकने में सफलता प्राप्त की.



जबकि पाकिस्तानी मीडिया इस हमले के पीछे भारत को जिम्मेदार ठहरा रही थी, भारत की हमारी प्यारी मीडिया ने इस खबर को हाथों-हाथ लिया, और निश्चित किया के पूरे भारत को यह खबर पता लग जाए.



आप सभी की तरह, हम इस महिला पुलिस अधिकारी के साहस और नेतृत्व क्षमता की सराहना करते हैं. लेकिन क्या आपको ऐसा नहीं लग रहा है, कि यह न्यूज़ आइटम बड़े सोच समझ कर इसलिए फैलाया जा रहा है, ताकि कराची हमले और उस हमले के पीछे के वास्तविक कारणों के ऊपर से दुनिया का ध्यान हटाया जा सके?



कोई बात नहीं, दुनिया भर में इस हमले की निंदा हुई है, और हम भी इस प्रकार के हमलों के विरोध में हैं. लेकिन इस हमले के बाद क्या हमें सवाल पूछना बंद कर देना चाहिए?



हम सभी जानते हैं, बलूच लिबरेशन आर्मी ने इस हमले की जिम्मेदारी अपने सर पर ली है. पाकिस्तान और चीन के द्वारा किए जा रहे शोषण की तरफ दुनिया का ध्यान आकर्षित करने के लिए इस संगठन ने जिस जरिए को अपनाया है, हम उसका विरोध करते हैं.



लेकिन हमें एक छोटा सा सवाल पूछना चाहिए, कि इस हमले से आखिर में लाभ किसे पहुंच रहा है?



पाकिस्तान के प्रधानमंत्री के अनुसार, इस प्रकार के हमलों से चीन पाकिस्तान का आपसी संबंध कमजोर नहीं होगा. जो कि हिमालय से भी अधिक शक्तिशाली है, और अरब सागर से भी गहरा है.



लेकिन इस आतंकवादी हमले की निंदा करते हुए, जुमलों का इस्तेमाल ना करते हुए चीन के अधिकारियों के अनुसार, उन्हें इस बात का पूरा विश्वास है, कि पाकिस्तान चीनी संस्थाओं और नागरिकों की पाकिस्तान में सुरक्षा की पुख्ता व्यवस्था कर पाएगा.



मूलभूत रूप से इस हमले के बाद एक बार फिर से सिद्ध हो गया है, कि पाकिस्तान में चीन पाकिस्तान के ऊपर कितना अधिक निर्भर है.



कुछ ही समय पूर्व, चीन ने श्रीलंका का हंबनटोटा बंदरगाह 99 वर्षों के लिए अपने अधिकार में ले लिया.



और कई सारे विद्वान यह भी कहते आ रहे हैं, कि एक ना एक दिन चीन पाकिस्तान के इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर को भी अपने कब्जे में ले लेगा.



लेकिन यह विद्वान यह बात भूल जाते हैं, कि पाकिस्तान श्रीलंका नहीं है.





श्रीलंका ने हंबनटोटा बंदरगाह चीन के हाथों सौंप दिया, श्रीलंका का इतना बड़ा शोषण देखने के बावजूद, श्रीलंका में चीन के खिलाफ क्या एक गोली भी चलाई गई? इसका जवाब सीधा ना है.





श्रीलंका चीन के कर्ज के जाल में फंस सकता है, लेकिन चीन का कर्ज़ का जाल इतना बड़ा नहीं है, कि वह पाकिस्तान को फांस सके.



 और यही बात चीन को समझाने की कोशिश की जा रही है, इस हमले के पीछे BLA या किसी और संगठन का हाथ हो सकता है, लेकिन इस हमले से सीधा लाभ सिर्फ पाकिस्तान को हो रहा है.



कई बार हमारे अधिकतर दर्शक ऐसे कमेंट करते हैं, कि चीन बहुत शक्तिशाली है, और एक दिन कर्ज के जाल की रणनीति के अंतर्गत चीन की सेना पूरे पाकिस्तान को अपने कब्जे में ले लेगी.



सबसे पहले तो इतनी बड़ी मूर्खता करने के लिए चीन को दुनिया का सबसे बढ़ा मूर्ख देश बनना होगा. और यदि चीन ने ऐसा करने की हिमाकत की, तो चीन पाकिस्तान में अपने हजार घावों से खून बहायेगा.



इस बात पर विचार कीजिए, अमेरिका ने अफगानिस्तान युद्ध वर्ष 2001 में चालू किया था. तब से लेकर आज तक अमेरिका ने अफगानिस्तान में अपने 1 ट्रिलियन डॉलर जला दिए हैं. और परिणाम यह है, आज जब हम बातचीत कर रहे हैं, तब अफगानिस्तान का 45% हिस्सा तालिबान के नियंत्रण में हैं.



इससे भी अधिक महत्वपूर्ण बात यह है, अपना इतना अधिक पैसा बर्बाद करने के बावजूद, अफगानिस्तान युद्ध अमेरिका जीतेगा इसकी कोई आशा दिखाई नहीं पड़ रही है. अफगानिस्तान के पहाड़ों के ऊपर अपना पैसा फेंक कर अमेरिका सिर्फ अपनी हार को delay कर सकता है. लेकिन इस रणनीति के साथ वह अफगानिस्तान युद्ध जीत नहीं सकेगा.



अब आप यहां पर देखिए, जबकि पाकिस्तान ने चीन को अपने मौत के जाल में फाँसा है, पूरी दुनिया को पाकिस्तान की ओर से चिंता हो रही है. और बड़े बड़े विद्वान पाकिस्तान को फ्री में सलाह देने के लिए तैयार बैठे हैं, कि कैसे वह चीन के कर्ज के जाल से अपने आप को बचाए.



मूलभूत प्रश्न यह है, जब ग्वादर बंदरगाह का सपना पाकिस्तान ने चीन को वर्ष 2015 में बेचा था, तब पाकिस्तान को क्या यह नहीं पता था, की बलूचिस्तान प्रांत में अलगाववाद और तनाव की समस्या है.



ग्वादर में गहरे समुद्री बंदरगाह का महत्व वर्ष 1954 में पहचाना गया था. लेकिन बलूचिस्तान में आंदोलन वर्ष 1948 से चल रहा है.



यदि आपका दोस्त आपको सुनहरे सपने दिखाकर अपने विवाद में घसीटे, तो क्या आप ऐसे व्यक्ति को अपना मित्र कहेंगे?



ऐसे Cheater को आप अपना दोस्त तो नहीं कहेंगे, लेकिन चीन ऐसे पाकिस्तान को अपना सदाबहार दोस्त बताता है.





वास्तव में बलूचिस्तान प्रांत में निवेश चालू करने के पहले, चीन केबल अपने शिनजियांग प्रांत में अलगाववाद की समस्या से जूझ रहा था. लेकिन अब चीन को बलूचिस्तान में भी अपने आप को अलगाववाद की समस्या के चपेट में आने से बचाना होगा .





चीन के पास केवल दो विकल्प मौजूद हैं. पहला तो यह है, कि वह अपने नागरिकों की सुरक्षा की व्यवस्था करने के लिए पाकिस्तानी सेना पर निर्भर बना रहे. और दूसरा विकल्प यह है, कि वह पाकिस्तान में अपने नागरिकों की सुरक्षा की जिम्मेदारी सीधा अपने हाथों में ले ले.



लेकिन इन दोनों ही विकल्पों में वह बलूचिस्तान के विवाद का सीधा हिस्सा बन जाता है.





जहां तक व्यवसायिक गतिविधियों का सवाल है. कॉमन सेंस बतलाता है, की व्यवसायिक गतिविधियां फल फूल नहीं सकेंगी , जब तक आतंकवाद का खतरा बना रहेगा.





जबकि चीन के लोग नोट गिनने में ज्यादा मशरूफ हैं, हम उनसे यह अपेक्षा नहीं करेंगे, कि वह नई रणनीति बनाने के लिए अपना दिमाग खर्च करें.





चीन में अपना 60 बिलियन डॉलर निवेश करने के बावजूद, पाकिस्तानी लोगों की चीन को वाहवाही नहीं मिल रही है. बल्कि चीन के नागरिकों पर हमले किए जा रहे हैं, और उसे पाकिस्तान की सुरक्षा संस्थाओं से सुरक्षा की भीख मांगने पड़ रही है.





कराची वाणिज्य दूतावास पर हुए हमले के पीछे किसी का भी हाथ हो सकता है, लेकिन इस हमले से लाभ तो केवल पाकिस्तान को होता हुआ दिखाई पड़ रहा है.

You might already know about the attack on Chinese consulate in Karachi.



As expected long before such kind of attacks, Pakistan has again started Blaming Indian RAW and American CIA for this attack.



The simple logic behind such blame game is, that India and America want to delay and disrupt Cpec, which will lead to eventual collapse of Chinese Belt and Road initiative.



First of all, India and America had to be more than foolish, to waste their effort on something, which is already falling due to its own weight. Rather Pakistani side can blame some Jinn for this attack, which was working at the combined instruction of RAW and CIA.



If Pakistan is really serious about these allegations, who is stopping it from coming up with solid evidences against Indian and American hands.



Moreover, Pakistan is very proud of its premier ISI, should this attack on Chinese consulate not be considered as big failure of ISI?



We all know, this old Pakistani blame game is to make domestic audience and Chinese officials fool.



In fact, if you have noticed, Just after the Karachi attack, a number of news items were published about the brave Pakistani Woman officer for stopping terrorists from reaching Chinese consulate staff.



While Pakistan was conveniently blaming India for the attack, Indian Media lapped this news item and circulated it among Indian audience.





Just like all of you, we also appreciate the courage and leadership skill shown by this woman officer.  But does this news item not appear to you, as a carefully crafted conspiracy to divert the attention of whole world from the attack and real reasons behind it??



Anyways, World over this attack has been condemned. We are also against any such attack. However, this attack must not stop us from asking questions.



We all know, Baluch Liberation Army has formally taken the responsibility of this attack.  We condemned the means, they have adopted to catch world's attention towards their exploitation by China and Pakistan.



But we must ask ourselves one simple question, who is getting benefited by this attack?



As per Pakistani prime minister, such incident would never be able to undermine Pakistan china relationship, which is mightier than Himalaya and deeper than Arabian sea.



However while condemning this terrorist attack, Chinese side believed that Pakistani Side is able to ensure the safety of Chinese institution and personnel in Pakistan.



Basically, this attack has once again shown to Chinese side, how much they are dependent on Pakistan.



Not long ago, China has taken control of Hambantota Port for 99 years.



Since then many experts have said that One day china will take control of infrastructural projects in Pakistan as well.



However, experts tend to miss the simple point that Pakistan is not Sri Lanka.



Despite having Hambantota port handed over to China, has any gun shot been fired against Chinese exploitation of Sri Lanka. The answer is clear No.



Sri Lanka can fall into Chinese debt trap, but Pakistan is too big even for Chinese debt trap.



That's the point being conveyed to China here. Though B L A might be behind this attack, yet the direct beneficiary of this act is Pakistan.



Many a times our viewers comment that China is very powerful, and Chinese army will take control of entire Pakistan as part of this debt trap strategy.



First of all China would be most foolish nation on earth to commit this mistake. Not learning from Past, Even if it does so, China will bleed by thousand cuts in Pakistan.



Consider this, Since year 2001, America has been fighting Afghanistan war.  Even After spending more than 1 Trillion Dollars in this war, 45% of Afghan land is in Taliban's control, as we speak now.



More importantly, even after spending such a huge amount of money, America has no hope to win Afghan war. it can delay its defeat by putting  more money in Afghan war, but it cannot win this war in foreseeable future.



Now you see the beauty, though Pakistan has smartly caught China in its death trap, whole world is worried on behalf of Pakistan, and suggesting many ways free of cost on how Pakistan can save itself from Chinese debt trap.



The basic question is, Was Pakistan not aware of unrest in Baluchistan, when the dream of Gwadar port was sold to China in the year 2015.



The potential of deep water sea port at Gwadar was identified way back in the year 1954. Now look at this, insurgency in Baluchistan has been going on since 1948.



Now if your friend drags you in his fight by selling you dream of prosperity, will you call that person as your friend?



You wont call such cheater your friend, but China calls such country Pakistan as its all weather friend.



In fact, until China started investing money in Baluchistan, it has been fighting separatist movement only in its western province of Xinjiang. But now China will have to save itself from separatist movement in Baluchistan as well.



Now China is left with two options, either it remains dependent on Pakistan Army for the safety of Chinese nationals in Pakistan, or it can bring its own troops in Pakistan to save its own nationals in Pakistan.



In both these options, China has become party to Baluchistan conflict.



So far as commercial operations are concerned, common sense confirms, under the consistent threat of attack, such operations cannot thrive.



Anyways, when Chinese minds are busy in counting notes, we should not expect them to use their minds for making better strategy.



After spending more than 60 Billion Dollars in Pakistan, Rather than earning the goodwill of Pakistanis, Chinese are getting attacked and seeking protection from Pakistani security agencies.



Whosoever is behind the attack on Chinese consulate in Karachi, Pakistan appears to get most of the benefit here.
