You might have read in newspapers and on TV that CBI D I G Manish Kumar Sinha has moved to supreme court against his transfer.



He was asking for urgent hearing, because he has some shocking revelations to be made.



However, supreme court preferred to hear only former CBI chief Alok Verma's petition today.





Anyways this CBI officer has filed an affidavit yesterday, and our media has got access to it.



When Supreme court didn't get shocked, the attempt is being made now to put whole country in shock.



In simple words, in this round of CBI Vs CBI fight, few more names have been dragged.



Number 1 - Ajit Doval for interfering in Asthana probe

Number 2 - Minister of State in Modi government for taking bribe

Number 3 - Central Vigilance Commissioner for lobbying in favor of Moin Qureshi

Number 4 -Law secretary and cabinet secretary have also been dragged into the controversy.



While the allegation are grave and they call for serious investigation.

Needless to say, very critical analysis has been done in this video, and it helped us in knowing more about the allegations made. In fact, after watching this video, we were led to believe as if all these 4 entities were directly working on the instruction of Prime Minister Modi.





While analyzing the allegation of D I G Sinha, Most curious mind in India asked many questions, but he forgot to ask one simple question?



Anyways Lets take a step back. On 24th of October CBI Deputy inspector general Manish Kumar Sinha was transferred along with other officers.



Interestingly on the same day, Alok Verma also moved to the court challenging government order to remove him as CBI director.



Supreme court heard the case on 26 October and ordered central vigilance commissioner to complete its inquiry in two weeks.



If you have noticed, Those experts who were calling government order to send CBI director on leave as illegal, went in to silent mode when Supreme court refused to cancel government order.



Has anyone of them came on television and said that supreme court decision to ask for more inquiry confirms, that government decision to send CBI offers on leave was fully legal?





Central Vigilance Commissioner submitted inquiry on 16 November having some very uncomplimentary findings against Alok Verma.



Now, the question comes, when Manish Kumar Sinha has so shocking revelation to make why he waited till 19th of November to knock the door of Supreme court.



Its understandable that he might be consulting with his legal team before moving to supreme court.



But the another question which no one is asking, if integrity of CVC was under the suspicion, should he not have informed the court on 26 October itself.



It can be safely assumed that since Sinha knew it then Alok Verma must have been aware of it. While asking supreme court to cancel government order, why these so shocking facts were not revealed to supreme court.



Its quite possible, Only when adverse CVC report was submitted to Supreme court, In order to discredit CVC, the decision to go to the court might have been made.



In fact, As per news report published in The wire, on the day CVC submitted its report. CBI director Alok Verma has accused the central vigilance commission of bias and violating supreme court order.



Perhaps all these protectors of Honesty were only waiting for adverse CVC reports against them to cast doubt about the integrity of CVC.



While supreme court is hearing the case, its premature to reach the conclusion, but well crafted conspiracy can be smelled here.





We all know the tactic, if a report is against you, you place the question mark on the person who prepared report against you.



Disregarding the timeline of the case, Our dear media is conducting court trial in TV studios and selectively highlighting the aspects, which suit their predefined narrative.



World over foundational principal of law is. you are innocent until proven guilty.



The point is, which ever government is in power, we are moving toward the age of real quick justice by media, where in a person is considered guilty long before he is proven innocent.



Now only on the basis of who said what, the allegations are being made and when court says something against you, either go in silent mode or try to twist the talk.



As CBI Vs CBI fight goes on, while learning about the daily updates, we might have to remember the timeline of the case, which may tell us the hidden story behind the move.



Our point is simple, Modi government must be made to pay the price if its proven corrupt. Therefore lets wait to hear what supreme court says. its going to take long time for sure. However, Let Passing time not convince you that a person is guilty even before he is proven innocent.
