you all know, Christian Michel has been successfully extradited from UAE to India .



We were just wondering, how Supreme Judge of India will respond to this success of Indian investigative agencies. Since he has always been against corruption, we were expecting, that he would now at least appreciate good work done by Indian investigative agencies.



Lets be frank, we didn't expect, that he will applaud, that entire operation was conducted under the leadership of NSA Ajit Doval.



Thankfully, In the end , he could allocate three minutes in his 31 minutes long program to this extradition.



his main point was, since highest Italian court dismissed all charges of corruption  in this deal in last January, its unlikely that anything substantial will come out of this extradition.



he also asked, In order to prove any corruption in this deal, when Indian agencies would be able to extradite two seniors of the company, who were cleared of charges by Italian court due to lack of sufficient evidence.



We have heard this story of optimist looking at Glass half full and Pessimist focusing on Glass half empty.



Rather than appreciating the extradition of this alleged middleman, The supreme Judge of India has successfully raised question on the very utility of extradition.



The basic question is, Should Indian investigative agencies accept the verdict of Italian court and close the case?



If Italian investigative agencies could not gather sufficient evidence to prove corruption in the deal. how come Indian investigative agencies dare to gather evidence.



You know, Most Honest defense minister of India said in 2013, that Corruption had taken place in the helicopter deal and bribes have been taken. That's why the contract to purchase helicopters had been frozen.



If there was no corruption, why then Indian government cancelled the contract even before the start of Investigation.



Perhaps They knew corruption has taken place, that's why even before investigation could reach any conclusion, government of India in January 2014, Cancelled the contract.



While raising questions on the utility of this extradition, As diversionary tactic, Supreme Judge of India has dragged Chattishgarh BJP chief minister and his son in another helicopter corruption case.



Supreme Court of India has already cleared the name of Chattishgarh BJP Chief Minister and his son in this corruption case.

However a review petition filed by CEO of PIL Industry, against last supreme court order is right now pending before supreme court.



But Supreme Judge of India repented, that Indian Media has not covered the news about this review petition.



Interestingly, He is ready to believe in verdict of Supreme court of Italy, but he is not ready to accept the verdict of Supreme court of India.  In Indian case, he wants his viewers to wait until verdict on review petition comes.



 Indian media always cry about Fake news being spread by Social Media, but what about the Fake Analysis being presented by Indian main Stream media.



If fake News is harmful to India, will fake analysis not be dangerous for India?



Anyways, now that Christian Michel is in India, We hope, speed of investigation will increase.



However, we cannot forget that Indian general elections are due in Next year.



In this chopper scam, what will happen after next general election, if you want to know, you can go back to year 2004.



12 Years after the Bofors scam surfaced, first chargesheet was filed in the year 1999  when NDA government was in power.



In June 2003,  two bank accounts having around 4 Million Dollars were frozen. These accounts were held by Quattrochi and his wife.



Please remember, Quattrochi  has requested multiple times to de freeze these accounts, however due to strong evidence presented by CBI, British courts turned down his request.



Significantly in February 2004, Delhi High Court quashed the charges of Bribery against RajiV Gandhi.



And Government at the center changed soon after. The result was, without consulting CBI, Indian law ministry requested British court to release these two accounts in December 2005.



When the matter reached to Supreme court in January 2006, CBI was asked to ensure that Money was not withdrawn from the account.



But before Supreme court & CBI could do anything, Around 4 Million Dollar money was withdrawn from these two accounts.



If there was no corruption in the Bofors scam, Why UPA government helped in Italian money getting withdrawn from the British accounts. Why this alarmingly great generosity was shown by UPA government which was later known for its policy paralysis.





Thus most publicized middleman in Indian defense deal Quattrochi  died peacefully in the year 2013 and with him all the hope to know the truth of Bofors scandal has gone in the heaven.



Many of you would be able to easily recall these incidents. Public memory may be short, but the memory of our fake experts is even shorter.



If central government changes in next year, please don't be surprised if Christian Michel is also released due to lack of evidence.



As supreme judge of India has tried to make the case today, it wont be difficult to put the full stop on this case in next year.



Rather If Ajit Doval and Narendra Modi had not been in power,Just like Quattrocchi, Christian Michel would have never been extradited to India.



Some of you would have raised question on why Prime Minister Modi keeps on travelling. Perhaps this extradition of British national from UAE speaks for itself about the benefits of his foreign travels.



Lets be clear, future of this Helicopter scam will not be decided by investigative agencies and courts, but by you all, when you cast vote in next general election.



Lets always remember, those who don't learn from mistakes of past, will commit those mistakes in Future.



If We don't learn from the mistake of Bofors, we will commits the mistake of Bofors in case of Helicopter scam.
