आंध्र प्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री के अनुसार, हमारे देश में भारतीय प्रधानमंत्री मोदी जी ने पिछले 5 सालों में कुछ भी नहीं किया.



ऐसे विचार रखने वाले यह अकेले महानुभाव नहीं हैं, हमारे देश में ऐसे लोगों का बहुमत है, जिनके अनुसार वर्तमान सरकार ने ऐसा कुछ भी नहीं किया, जो उन्हें जमीन पर दिखाई देता हो.



यह वीडियो उन सभी  विद्वानों को समर्पित है, जो मोदी से घृणा करते हुए इतने अंधे हो गए, कि उन्हें जमीन पर होता हुआ विकास भी दिखाई नहीं देता है.



आप तो जानते हैं, 25 दिसंबर को प्रधानमंत्री मोदी जी ब्रह्मपुत्र नदी पर बने भारत के सबसे लंबे रेल और रोड बोगिबील ब्रिज का उद्घाटन करने वाले हैं.



कृपया ध्यान दीजिए, इस ब्रिज का आईडिया वर्ष 1985 के असम एकॉर्ड के साथ अस्तित्व में आया था.



इसके बाद भारत की अत्यधिक व्यस्त सरकारों को इस पुल की आधारशिला रखने में 12 वर्षों का समय लग गया. 1997 में इस कार्यक्रम के बाद वर्ष 2002 तक इस प्रोजेक्ट को कंप्लीट किया जाना था.



लेकिन इस प्रोजेक्ट पर काम चालू वर्ष 2002 में हुआ, क्योंकि उस समय भारत के इतिहास की सबसे निकम्मी सरकार का ध्यान गलती से इस ब्रिज की तरफ चला गया था. शायद यह भी एक कारण था , भारत के बुद्धिमान मतदाताओं ने वर्ष 2004 में इस निकम्मी सरकार को चुनाव में हराकर बिल्कुल सही दंड दिया.



कोई बात नहीं, वर्ष 2002 के अनुमान के मुताबिक इस प्रोजेक्ट को मात्र 1670 करोड़ की कीमत पर कंप्लीट किया जाना था.



लेकिन वर्ष 2004 और 2014 के बीच भारतीय इतिहास की सबसे प्रगतिशील सरकार भारत को आगे ले जाने में इतनी अधिक व्यस्त थी, कि उसे इस प्रोजेक्ट को आगे ले जाने का समय नहीं मिल पाया.



वास्तव में, यूपीए सरकार ने इस महत्वपूर्ण प्रोजेक्ट के सामरिक महत्व को समझने में ऐतिहासिक सफलता प्राप्त की थी, तभी तो राष्ट्र निर्माण के इतने महत्वपूर्ण कार्यक्रम में लगे होने के बावजूद, वर्ष 2007 में उन्हें इस प्रोजेक्ट को राष्ट्रीय प्रोजेक्ट का स्टेटस देने का समय मिल गया.



इसी बीच इस प्रोजेक्ट को पूरा करने की कीमत 1670 करोड से बढ़कर 3230 करोड़ तक पहुंच गई. शायद हमारे Fake एक्सपर्ट्स के अनुसार, कीमत में आए इस इजाफे की जिम्मेदार केवल ब्रह्मपुत्र नदी थी.



इसके बाद अनुमान लगाया गया, की लगभग 2009 तक यह प्रोजेक्ट पूरी तरह से कंप्लीट हो जाएगा.



लेकिन यूपीए सरकार भारत से गरीबी हटाने के कार्यक्रम में जी जान से लगी हुई थी, तभी तो उन्हें यह सवाल पूछने का समय ही नहीं मिला, की उनके शासन के 10 वर्षों के पूरे हो जाने के बावजूद, इस छोटे से ब्रिज का निर्माण पूरा क्यों नहीं हो पाया.



Finally भारतीय इतिहास की सबसे नाकारा सरकार वर्ष 2014 में अस्तित्व में आई, तभी से जैसा की आप रोजाना टीवी में देखते हैं, भारत के ऊपर आसमान टूट कर गिर रहा है.



भारतीय युवराज के अनुसार पिछले 5 सालों से मोदी सरकार सोई हुई है.

जबकि यह सरकार गहरी नींद में खोई हुई थी, तभी भारत के राज परिवार की दुआओं को धन्यवाद दिया जाना चाहिए, की अचानक से जुलाई 2014 के बाद इस प्रोजेक्ट पर काम तेजी से आगे बढ़ने लगा.



लेकिन वर्तमान एनडीए सरकार तो बहुत ज्यादा भ्रष्ट है, तभी तो यूपीए सरकार को इस पुल का निर्माण मात्र 3230 करोड़ में कंप्लीट करना था, लेकिन मोदी सरकार ने इस प्रोजेक्ट को पूरा करने के लिए 5900 करोड रुपए में आग लगा दी.



रफाल घोटाले को धन्यवाद दिया जाना चाहिए, अब हमें यह बात समझ में आ रही है, चौकीदार चोर है, इसको साबित करने का इससे बड़ा कोई सबूत हो ही नहीं सकता, आखिर  इस पुल का निर्माण कराने की कीमत में 82 फ़ीसदी की बेतहाशा बढ़ोतरी कैसे हो गई.



ध्यान देने वाली बात यहां पर यह है, इस बात का कोई मतलब नहीं है, की 3230 करोड़ की कीमत पर इस प्रोजेक्ट को समय सीमा के अंदर ख़त्म नहीं किया गया. इसलिए तो पूरा दोष वर्तमान सरकार को दिया जाना चाहिए, क्यों उसने बढ़ी हुई कीमत पर इस प्रोजेक्ट को पूरा करवाया.



भारतीय इतिहास के सबसे बड़े रक्षा घोटाले में हमने यह ज्ञान प्राप्त किया है, कि भारतीय युवराज बहुत प्रशंसा करते, अगर उनके नेतृत्व की सरकार की तरह, वर्तमान भारत सरकार बिना इस प्रोजेक्ट को पूरा किए सिर्फ इसकी कीमत को बढ़ाती चली जाती.



कोई बात नहीं, प्रकृति को धन्यवाद देने की जरूरत है, आधारशिला रखे जाने के 21 वर्षों बाद 4.9 किलोमीटर लंबा यह डबल डेकर ब्रिज 25 दिसंबर 2018 को जनता को अपने आप समर्पित कर दिया जाएगा.



आइए जल्दी से भारत और चीन के काम करने की तुलना कर लेते हैं.



इसी साल जनवरी महीने में, मात्र 5 वर्षों के भीतर चीन ने अपनी सबसे बड़ी नदी के ऊपर 5.3 किलोमीटर लंबे डबल डेकर ब्रिज का उद्घाटन किया था.



इस प्रकार चीन के 5 सालों की तुलना में, हम भारतीयों को इस प्रोजेक्ट को पूरा करने में मात्र 21 वर्षों का समय ही  तो लगा है. इसके लिए हमें गौरवान्वित महसूस करना चाहिए, क्योंकि हमारी सरकारें किसानों की कर्ज माफी करके उन्हें दुनिया का सबसे धनाढ्य किसान बनाने के महान कार्य में लगी हुई थी, तभी तो दूरदराज के इलाके में उन्हें इस छोटे से पुल का  निर्माण समय सीमा के अंदर कराने का समय नहीं मिला.



अब आप देखिए, चीन का अरुणाचल प्रदेश के ऊपर दावा पेश करना बिल्कुल सही है, क्योंकि अच्छे इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर के साथ अपने राज्य और अपने लोगों से जुड़ने  का समय ही  हम लोगों को नहीं मिला. जबकि चीन बड़े पैमाने पर अपनी तरफ की सीमा में इन्फ्रास्ट्रक्चर का निर्माण लगातार करता आया है.



हालांकि इस ब्रिज का सामरिक महत्व समझना बड़ा ही आसान है, लेकिन जब भारत के भूतपूर्व वित्त मंत्री आज यह कह सकते हैं, की रफाल विवाद से भारतीय सुरक्षा बलों को बाहर रहना चाहिए. तो इसी तर्क के आधार पर, सीमावर्ती इलाकों में इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर के विकास को लेकर सभी विषयों से बाहर रहने के लिए उन्होंने पहले भारतीय रक्षा बलों से कह दिया होगा.



चलिए छोड़िए, यह बोगिबील ब्रिज अगले 120 सालों तक उत्तर पूर्व में रहने वाले भारतीय नागरिकों और वहां पर तैनात सुरक्षाबलों की सेवा करेगा. लेकिन यहां पर यह याद रखना बहुत जरूरी है, कि मोदी सरकार ने पिछले 5 सालों में जमीन पर दिखाई देने वाला कोई भी काम नहीं किया है.

Yesterday, Chief Minister of Andra Pradesh has said that Prime Minister Modi has done nothing for the country.



You see, he is not alone, there is wast majority of Indians, who think that current government has not done anything, which is visible on the ground.



This video is dedicated to those, who are so much blind by Modi Hatred, that they cannot see the development in this country.



You know, On 25th of December, Prime Minister Modi is going to inaugurate India's longest rail road Bogibeel bridge on the Bramhpurta River.



Please note, The idea of this major infrastructural project originated in Assam Accord of 1985.



It took 12 years for busy government of India to lay the foundation stone for this project in 1997, and the construction was estimated to be completed by year 2002.



However, construction could start in the year 2002 by one of the most worthless government in Indian history, which was rightly punished in the general election of 2004 by wise Indians.



Anyways, In the year 2002, the cost of this project was estimated to be only 1670 Crores.



You know, Most Development oriented government ruled over India in between year 2004 and 2014. They were so busy in taking India forward, that Bogibeel Bridge project naturally suffered due to slow progress.



In fact, UPA government did find time to recognize the strategic significance of this project, That's why out of their very busy schedule of nation building, they could find time to grant national project status to this bridge project in the year 2007.



Understandably, the estimated cost of this project has went up to 3230 crore from initial 1670 Crores. Perhaps, Brahmputra river should be blamed for this cost escalation.

Then it was expected that construction on this project would be completed in the year 2009.



But UPA government was so occupied in eradicating poverty from India, that they could not find time to ask, why construction was not complete, even after their government had completed its 10 years terms.



Finally, most incompetent government in Indian history came in to power in the year 2014, since then sky is falling over India.



As Crown prince of India has rightly said, that Modi government has been sleeping for last five years.



While this government was in slumber, Thanks to Good wishes of royal family of India, suddenly the construction on this project has gained momentum since July 2014.



But current NDA government is very corrupt, UPA government planned to complete the project at the cost of only 3230 crore, but NDA government completed the project at the whopping cost of 5,900 crores.





Thanks to the Rafael scam, Now we know, There cannot be better evidence to prove that Watchmen is thief, otherwise why the cost of this bridge project went up by 82%.



More importantly, It doesn't matter that project was never completed as per the estimated cost of 3230 crore. Therefore the government completing the project should be rightly blamed for completing the project at higher cost.

As we have learned from biggest Indian defense scam of Rafal jet, Indian crown prince would have rather appreciated,  if current government had increased the estimated cost without completing the project just similar to his past government.



Anyways, after 21 years of foundation laying ceremony, finally this 4.9 Kilometer long double Decker bridge will be open to public on 25 December 2018.



Now, lets quickly compare the Indian efficiency with Chinese.



This year in January, With in five years, China completed construction work on 5.3 kilometer long double Decker bridge on its longest river.



In front of Chinese 5 years, we Indians took only 21 years.  We should feel proud of this, after all our governments were busy in distributing loan waivers to make Indian farmers richest in the world, that's why they didn't find time to build this bridge.



You see,  China is right to claim Arunachal Pradesh as its own territory, because we didn't get time to integrate this state with India with robust infrastructure, while China has been rapidly building infrastructure on its side.



Though the strategic significance of this project is very obvious, but when former finance minister can now confidently ask Indian security forces to stay out of Rafael jet controversy, with the similar logic, In the past, he would have told them to stay out of Infrastructure development in the border areas as well.



Anyways, this Bogibeel Bridge will server people of north east and security forces deployed there for next 120 years. but let us remind you that NDA government, which completed this bridge has not done anything in last five years.
