जब भी कभी हम भारत और चीन को लेकर कोई भी वीडियो पब्लिश करते हैं, तो हमारे राष्ट्रवादी दर्शक यह सुझाव देते हैं, की चीन को सबक सिखाने के लिए भारतीयों ने चीन का सस्ता माल खरीदना बंद कर देना चाहिए.



हमारी याददाश्त अभी ताजा है, पिछले साल डोकलाम विवाद के दौरान बड़ी संख्या में भारतीयों ने चीन का माल ना खरीदने का निर्णय लिया था.



यहां पर चीन के विशेषज्ञों को भूल जाइए, जिनके अनुसार वह सभी राष्ट्रवादी भारतीय मुर्ख हैं, जो चीन का माल ना खरीद कर चीन को नुकसान पहुंचाने की कोशिश में लगे हैं.



आपको तो याद ही होगा, उस समय भारतीय विद्वानों के अनुसार भी अगर भारतीय लोगों ने चीन का माल खरीदना बंद कर दिया, तो होगा कुछ नहीं बल्कि चीन की जगह उल्टा भारत को ही नुकसान होगा.



यह बात समझ में आती है, कि भारत में रहने वाले यह विशेषज्ञ भारत से ज्यादा चीन के हितों को साधने की कोशिश में लगे रहते हैं.



कई बार ऐसा होता है, आप जो करते हैं, उसका महत्व नहीं होता है. बल्कि महत्व आप थोड़ा बहुत जो भी कर रहे हैं, उसके पीछे छुपे संदेश का होता है.



आज हम भारतीय और चीन के लोगों के बीच के मूलभूत अंतर की चर्चा करेंगे.



आप तो जानते हैं, 1 दिसंबर को अमेरिका की रिक्वेस्ट पर कनाडा की अथॉरिटी ने हुआवे  के CFO को गिरफ्तार कर लिया.



इसके तुरंत बाद अपेक्षा के अनुसार, चीन ने कनाडा और अमेरिका को गंभीर परिणाम भुगतने के लिए तैयार रहने को कहा.



इसी बीच कनाडा के कोर्ट ने हुआवे  के CFO को रिहा तो कर दिया, लेकिन उन्हें अपना पासपोर्ट जमा कराना पड़ा, और केस की सुनवाई के दौरान उन्हें कनाडा में ही रहना पड़ेगा.



चीन ने हालांकि कनाडा के तीन नागरिकों को गिरफ्तार कर लिया है, लेकिन चीन का गुस्सा अभी शांत नहीं हुआ है.



आप शायद जानते हो, इसी वर्ष अमेरिकी कंपनी एप्पल को पछाड़कर हुआवे  दुनिया की दूसरी सबसे बड़ी स्मार्टफोन बनाने वाली कंपनी बन गई.



अब आप अंदाजा यही लगाएंगे, की हुआवे  के CFO की गिरफ्तारी के विरोध में, चीन के लोगों ने एप्पल के आईफोन खरीदना बंद कर दिए होंगे.



यद्यपि चीन के लोगों ने वास्तव में आईफोन खरीदना बंद कर दिया है, लेकिन उन्होंने ऐसा क्यों किया, यह जानकर आपको भारत और चीन में मूलभूत अंतर समझ में आ जाएगा.



इस विषय के बारे में विस्तृत रूप से खबरें अखबारों में छपी हैं, लेकिन इस बात की पूरी संभावना है, कि हमारी प्यारी मीडिया एक बार फिर से रेत में अपना सर गाड़ लेगी.



आइए इस बात की चर्चा करते हैं, किस प्रकार हुवावे विवाद के दौरान अमेरिका के खिलाफ चीन में जवाबी कार्यवाही की जा रही है.



अगर किसी कंपनी के कर्मचारी हुआवे का स्मार्टफोन खरीदते है, तो वह कंपनी उन्हें 10 से 20% तक सब्सिडी उपलब्ध कराती है.



कुछ चीनी कंपनियों ने तो अपने कर्मचारियों को हुआवे का स्मार्टफोन खरीदने पर 100% सब्सिडी दे डाली है.





20 से भी अधिक चीनी कंपनियों ने सोशल मीडिया में इस बात की घोषणा की है, कि वह भविष्य में हुआवे के प्रोडक्ट ज्यादा खरीदेंगे.



अगर आप डोकलाम विवाद के बारे में सोचना चाहेंगे, तो क्या उस समय किसी भारतीय कंपनी ने अपने कर्मचारियों को भारत में बना सामान खरीदने के लिए किसी भी प्रकार की सब्सिडी दी थी? इसका जवाब तो आपको ना में ही मिलेगा.



इससे भी अधिक मजे की बात यह है, अगर आप चीन के हेनान प्रोविंस में दारू फैक्ट्री में काम करने वाले कर्मचारी है, या आप उसके कस्टमर है. तो हुआवे के प्रोडक्ट खरीदने से आपका जो बिल बनेगा, उसकी 30% कीमत की दारु आपको फ्री में मिलेगी.



एक हल्की बात कहे तो, अगर भारत में शराब कंपनियों ने दारु पर सब्सिडी देना चालू कर दी, तो मेक इन इंडिया प्रोग्राम को कितना बड़ा बल मिलेगा.



चीन की कम्युनिस्ट पार्टी ने कंपनियों से मोबाइल का समर्थन करने के लिए कहा है, कि उन्हें किसी ना किसी प्रकार से हुआवे के प्रोडक्ट की बिक्री को सब्सिडी देना होगी.



अब इस बात पर विचार कीजिए, इस सब्सिडी के बावजूद, कुछ चतुर चीनी अगर आई फ़ोन खरीदते हैं, तो उनकी कंपनी ने आईफोन को जप्त करना चालू कर दिया है.



कुछ अन्य चीनी कंपनियों ने तो कर्मचारियों को आईफोन खरीदने के लिए दंड देना चालू कर दिया है, जिसमें आई फोन कीमत के बराबर उन पर फाइन लगाया जा रहा है. इससे भी अधिक महत्वपूर्ण बात यह है, आईफोन खरीदने मात्र पर कर्मचारियों को बोनस देना बंद किया जा रहा है.



इसका परिणाम हमारे सामने है, पिछले वर्ष की तुलना में हुआवे के phones की बिक्री में 30% का इजाफा हुआ है.



इस प्रकार से तो अपने अधिकारी कि कनाडा मैं गिरफ्तारी हुआवे  के लिए बड़ी लाभकारी हो गई है. अब तो एप्पल के लिए और अधिक मुश्किल हो गया है, कि वह कैसे फिर से दुनिया की दूसरी सबसे बड़ी स्मार्टफोन बनाने बाली कंपनी बनेगी.



यहां पर समझने वाली बात यह है, एप्पल के आईफोन की तुलना में हुआवेई के फोन की बिक्री जो बढ़ रही है, उसकी कीमत चीन की कंपनियां अदा कर रही हैं.



भारतीय  fake एक्सपर्ट की तरह, आप भी कह सकते हैं, ऐसा करके तो चीन की कंपनियों को ही नुकसान होगा, लेकिन ऐसा सोचकर आप  चीनी कंपनियों के बीच के आपसी भाईचारे के महत्व को नजरअंदाज कर रहे हैं.



चीन की इस प्रकार की जवाबी कार्यवाही को देख कर, कनाडा और अमेरिका को हुआवे की CFO को रिहा करना पड़ सकता है , जबकि इस कंपनी ने ईरान को सीधे उपकरण बेचे थे.



यहां पर तो चीनी कंपनियों के बीच आपसी भाईचारे की शक्ति दिखाई दे रही है, और दुनिया को इसे ध्यान से देखना होगा.



हम भारतीयों के लिए यहां पर सीखने वाली बात है, अगली बार आपको यह बात नहीं करना चाहिए, कि भारतीयों ने चीन का माल खरीदना बंद करना चाहिए,

बल्कि आपको यह कहना चाहिए, भारतीय कंपनियां अपने कर्मचारियों और कस्टमर को भारत में बना माल खरीदने के लिए सब्सिडी या डिस्काउंट आखिर कब  देंगी.



दुर्भाग्यवश, भारत की कंपनियों को एक दूसरे का गला काटने से ही फुर्सत नहीं है, शायद यही कारण है, चीन के द्वारा पेश की जा रही चुनौती के बारे में किसी का ध्यान नहीं जाता है.



भारत की जो कंपनियां अपनी सुविधा के अनुसार माल का उत्पादन छोड़कर चीनी माल की ट्रेडर बन गई, उनमें रीढ़ की हड्डी की अपेक्षा करना हमारी मूर्खता होगी.



कहने की जरूरत नहीं है, भारत सरकार को भी चीन के साथ अच्छे संबंधों का नशा चढ़ चुका है, हम उन्हें शुभकामनाएं देना चाहेंगे.



यहां पर शर्म करने वाली बात यह है, भारत और चीन का संबंध हमेशा की तरह सिर्फ चीन के द्वारा निर्धारित किया जाता है.



जब चीन ने डोकलाम में दक्षिण दिशा की ओर सड़क निर्माण कार्य चालू किया, तो हमारे सुरक्षा बल ने चीन के मंसूबों पर पानी फेर दिया, और आपसी संबंध खट्टे हो गए.



इसके बाद जैसे ही अमेरिका की तरफ से चीन की और गर्म हवाएं आना चालू हुई, तो चीन ने भारत के ऊपर प्यार की बरसात करना चालू कर दिया. क्योंकि हमारे पास याददाश्त का आभाव है, इसलिए अब भारतीय हाथी चाइनीस ड्रैगन के फेक लव सॉन्ग पर डांस करने की कोशिश कर रहा है.



जैसा कि पहले हुआ है, चीन के द्वारा किए जा रहे ड्रामे में भारतीय मीडिया चीयरलीडर बनकर अपनी भूमिका अच्छे से निभा रही है.



कोई बात नहीं, हम इस बात की प्रशंसा करना चाहेंगे, किस प्रकार कनाडा और अमेरिका को सबक सिखाने के लिए चीन की कंपनियों ने एक दूसरे के साथ हाथ से हाथ मिला लिए. कनाडा और अमेरिका को समझ आ जाएगा, कि चीन के खिलाफ जाने का क्या परिणाम होता है.



कृपया आप इस बात की अपेक्षा मत कीजिए, कि चीन के अधिकारी सार्वजनिक रूप से यह बात स्वीकार करेंगे, कि चीन में एप्पल के आईफोन का बायकॉट हो रहा है.



कहने की जरूरत नहीं है, यहां इस बात का कोई महत्व नहीं है, कि कौन सही है और कौन गलत. महत्त्व सिर्फ इस बात का है, कि चीन के लोग अपने हितों और प्रतिष्ठा को चुनौती देने वाली हर शक्ति के खिलाफ खड़े होने के लिए तैयार हैं.



दुर्भाग्यवश भारत की मीडिया और एक्सपर्ट चीन का सस्ता माल तो खरीदना चाहते हैं, पर चीन से कुछ सीखना नहीं चाहते हैं.



हो सकता है, जब चीन भारत पर आक्रमण कर दे, तभी हम लोग जवाबी कार्यवाही करने की कला चीन से सीखना चालू करें.

Our memory is very fresh, when last year during Doklam Conflict, the call to boycott Chinese goods was supported by large number of Indians.



Forget Chinese experts who were calling Indians foolish for thinking that China will be harmed by the boycott of its goods in India.



Rather You may easily recall, Indian experts were also of the same opinion that even if Indians stop buying Chinese goods, nothing is going to happen.



Understandably while living in India, these fake experts were trying to protect Chinese interests.



Many a times, what you do is not important, the important is the message behind whatever small you are doing.



Today we can see the difference in between Indians and Chinese.



You all know, On 1 December, On American request, Canadian authorities have arrested Chief Financial officer of Huawei.

Afterwards as expected China warned of grave consequences if Huawei executive is not released.

However, later on Canadian court has granted her bail but she had to surrender her passport and must remain in Canada



Understandably, Even after arresting three Canadian citizens, Chinese anger is still increasing.



You know, earlier this year, defeating Apple, Huawei became second biggest smart phone maker in the world.



Now you would expect, that Chinese people will stop buying Apple iphone in retaliation to the arrest of Huawei CFO.



Though Chinese have indeed stopped buying iphone, yet what made them stop is something, which will tell you the difference in between China and India.



Multiple reports on this topic have been published, Its most likely that Indian media will once again choose to ignore them.



Lets talk about how China is retaliating against America in this Huawei conflict.



For the employees, Chinese companies have started subsidizing 10 to 20% of the purchase price of Huawei smartphones.



Some companies have gone to the extent of 100% subsidy to their employees for buying Huawei smartphones.



More than 20 Chinese companies have announced on social media, that they will increase purchase of Huawei products.



If you would like to go back to Doklam conflict, Has there been any Indian company, which has provided subsidy to its employees to buy made in India products. the Answer is clear No.



Rather interestingly, if you are an employee or customer to a brewery in Henan Province,  when you buy Huawei device, you will receive free alcohol worth 30% of your purchase.



On lighter note, Please consider how much make in India will get push, if liquor is subsidized in India for buying goods made in India.



Communist party has encouraged the corporate support to Huawei and urged other Chinese companies to somehow subsidize Huawei products.



Now please consider this, even after this subsidy, if some Chinese end up buying  Apple devices, the companies have started confiscating them.



Some other companies are punishing employees for buying iphones by putting fine on them, which is equal to the price of apple device. More importantly, few companies have stopped paying bonus for buying iphones.



The result is before us, phone shipment of Huawei  has increased by more than 30% from last year.



In this way, the arrest of CFO has proved beneficial to Huawei,  and it became even more difficult for Apple to regain the lost second spot among the largest smartphone makers in the world.



What is very important for us to understand, Chinese companies are paying the price for increasing the sale of Huawei at at the expense of Apple iphones sales.



Now, just like Indian fake experts, you may say, its Chinese companies, which are losing money here, but you are missing the message behind the brotherhood among Chinese companies.



With this sort of response, sooner than later China will force Canada and America to let CFO of Huawei to come back to China, regardless of her company selling equipment to Iran.



Here the might of Chinese corporate brotherhood is on display, and whole world will have to take notice of it.



For us Indians, there is lesson to learn. Next time, you should not ask Indians to stop buying Cheap Chinese goods, rather you should ask Indian companies to offer discount and subsidies on made in India goods.



Unfortunately, Indian companies are very busy in first cutting throat of each other, that they have no idea about how to face Chinese challenge.



Those Indian companies which have conveniently transformed from manufacturer to the trader of Chinese goods, its foolish to expect spine from them.



Needless to say, now a days Indian government is dreaming about good relationship with China. we wish them good luck.



What is rather shameful here is, India China relationship is being determined by China again.



When China started building road southwards in Doklam, the reactive India stopped their construction activities, and relationship was soured.



afterwards when Trump started turning heat on China, It has started showering love over India. Having little memory, Indian elephant is again trying to dance on Chinese fake love song.



As it happened in the past, Indian media is working as cheerleaders of Chinese drama here.



Anyways, We appreciate the way Chinese companies have decided to join hands, to teach lesson to Canada and America, about what will happen to them if they do anything against China.



Please don't expect that Chinese authorities will publicly accept boycotting of apple products.



Needless to say, here no body cares who is right or wrong, Chinese knows very well how to stand against those harming their interests or prestige.



Unfortunately, neither Indian companies nor Indian experts will learn anything from China.



Perhaps, the day China formally attacks on India, Indians will learn the the art of retaliation from China
