China gets Angry against American Act on Free Tibet?

On 12 December, State Council office in China has published a white paper, confirming that, religious freedom for ethnic minority groups in China is fully guaranteed.
As per this white paper, China has made comprehensive progress in human rights in Tibet and Xinjiang.
Notably such progress also include the rights of minority groups in these two areas.
2 days ago, reports have been widely published about a young tibetan man setting himself on fire outside a district security office.
While Chanting 'Free Tibet', He is the latest Tibetan to attempt self immolation over the repressive Chinese policies in Tibet.
Understandably, There has been an immediate lock down in the area with internet communication blocked. Its assumed, this Tibetan is still alive, but no body knows where he is now, and what is his condition.
Simultaneously, there are unconfirmed reports about other cases of Yong Tibetans burning themselves in opposition to Chinese rule.
Please note, These Tibetans are not throwing stones at Chinese security forces, they are setting themselves on fire.
If China has really improved its human rights record in Tibet, why these young men are being forced to commit suicide.
Either Chinese white paper is lying, or These Tibetans are mad to commit suicide.
What is rather sad, Indian media has completely neglected the struggle of people of Tibet.
Its understandable that government has its limitation, but who is stopping media from spreading awareness about human rights violation in China.
if you see, struggle of people in Baluchistan, Tibet and Xinjiang has never been area of concern for our Fake news factories.
Fake experts are very sensitive for the rights of Muslims, only if they don't live in Baluchistan and Xinjiang. Likewise, their fake analysis don't call for peace and freedom, when unarmed young men are burning themselves up.
If you have noticed, American congress has recently passed Reciprocal Access to Tibet Act, which bans US entry for Chinese officials for blocking Access to Tibet for Americans.

While Indian media is busy in spreading fake news to make their clown prince the joker king, they conveniently buried this news.
However, In official reaction, China has opposed this act, and urged American president not to sign this act into a law.
As per China, this act interferes in its domestic affairs, but what China is doing, when its asking American president not to sign on the act passed by american congress.
If China doesn't want America to interfere in its internal affairs, Why China is interfering in internal law making process of America.
Now, China has come up with the figure that since 2015, around 40,000 American citizens have visited Tibet. That's fine, but the problem is different, these Americans had to seek special permit for Tibetan visit, and during their journey they were accompanied by Government designated guides.
If China can put special conditions on Americans to visit Tibet. it should have no issue, if US congress is putting special condition on Chinese officials to visit America.
While America China trade war ceasefire is going on, lets see, if President Trumps signs this act into law. Most Likely, he will do so. but lets not forget, he is a businessman, he can sacrifice this act for a good deal with China.
It would be interesting to see, how US congress and Trump proceeds further after China has lodged its strong protest.
Friends, if you have noticed, few years ago, we used to read in news papers, Russia annexed Crimea, and China militarized south China Sea.
While all these things were happening, Weak American president was speaking by his big mouth.
If you like or dislike President Trump, but you would accept, that he has stolen initiative from Russian and Chinese presidents.
Now America is playing the proactive game, but China and Russia are reacting to American moves.
President trump succeeds or fails, only time will be able to tell. But one thing is sure, he is trying hard to change things rather than putting today's problem on tomorrow.
You see now, President Trump lost majority in House in last Mid term election, and Prime Minister Modi has lost three states in last assembly elections.
Perhaps this suggests , people don't like those leaders, who put the foundation for better future today. All they care is about loan waivers, free water and free electricity today.
