You might know, if a Chinese citizen is granted American visa, he can visit any American state.



However, if an American gets Chinese visa, he will need to have special permit to visit Tibet.



While majority of special permit requests are rejected during consideration, if any american is granted special permit to visit Tibet, he will always be accompanied by Government designated guide. Therefore free access to Americans has been systematically denied by China.



Now you see, such special permit is not required for Americans to visit any other state of China Including Xinjiang.



If Americans don't have right to freely visit Tibet on getting Chinese visa, we can safely assume that Indians will also not have any such right.



As per principal of reciprocity, if America allows Chinese to visit any American state without need of any special permit, China should also return the same level of access to Americans.



However, China doesn't do so, rather sadly no one has even asked for equal access to China.



Rather interestingly, As per white paper published in the year 2015, Chinese Tibet autonomous region has been transformed from a poor and backward society to economically and culturally advanced state.



If we assume that Chinese are not publishing black information in white paper, China should rather be proud of demonstrating to the whole world the great miracle of Tibet.



Significantly, In 2016 American Newspaper Washington Post reported that for journalist its easier to visit North Korea than to visit Tibet.



As we have discussed in our other videos, America is fighting all round war with China. It appears now America has understood the basic definition of appeasement that its foolish for Americans to feed Chinese crocodile and hope that It will eat Americans only in the end.



In fact, both parties of America have woken up to the challenge posed by China, this determination can be reflected from the simple fact, that on 12 December American congress has  passed Reciprocal Access to Tibet Act,



As per this act, China must provide free access to American diplomats, journalist and tourist to visit Tibetan areas.



However if Any american is denied such access, American government is required to identify all Chinese officials behind such visa decision each year.





These identified Chinese officials will not be granted visa to visit America.



As soon as president Trumps signs on this act, it will become a law and with in 90 days, American government has to identify all Chinese officials responsible for denying Americans access to Tibet, and they will be banned from entering the United states.



Hopefully, early next year, we would hear news about Chinese officials getting american visa ban.



Fearing this act, its unlikely that China will allow Americans to freely visit Tibet, because it will expose the naked Chinese truth about development of Tibet.



However, Now China will have to pay the price of doing so, and each time China does it, whole world know about the increasing number of Chinese officials banned from entering into America.

Now The question comes, would China like to be in a situation, when majority of officials in Chinese foreign ministry are denied American visa?

Seeking equal treatment is basic necessity for any friendship. After last 70 years, America has finally gathered courage to ask equal treatment from China.



Both Republican and democratic parties must be appreciated for standing against human rights violation and oppression by China in Tibet.



Unfortunately, we cannot hope same level of maturity neither from Indian government nor from opposition.





While officially accepting one china policy, we have never requested China to accept One India policy.



Its waste to expect, that Indian government will learn from America and seek reciprocal treatment from China for Indian citizens.



Rather when China issued stapled visas to Indians living in Arunachal pradesh, all we do is to lodge protest. we have never inflicted cost on china for granting stapled visa to Indians.



Needless to say, such protest without any price on China have failed to stop china from issuing stapled visa to proud Indians.



Sadly such topics will never be priority for Indian media and Indian public.
